This review was so avoidable. I'm actually sitting in the restaurant right now using their Wi-Fi. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. I've been eating round table for 40 years. I know what double pepperoni looks like. When the pizza came, it was obviously the normal to light amount of pepperoni. I asked the girl if she could make me a pizza that I paid for with a double pepperoni. She went back to the kitchen. I saw her talking to the manager. She came back and told me if I wanted more pepperoni. Next time I would have to order triple pepperoni because the amount I got was double pepperoni. This RTP has been a staple of the community for a very long time.... for the last 25 years that i've been in and out of this town... i've ridden the ebb and flow of this location more times than I can count. The best way to sum it up is this.... The pizza quality is not the same as it used to be when I first started my patronage of this location. Does that mean it's bad? No. It's just different. And even in spite of these inevitable changes (quality, price, etc..) I still prefer RTP over any other pizza chain in town..... Customer service? Not great.... but also, not horrible. So, let's be honest... most of the employees are high school kids and they're just beginning their employment journey...we have to cut them a bit of slack. NO SERVICE-BASED employee is perfect....but there are always a few shining stars that can reignite your hope in an establishment's ability to give you what you paid for. Decent set-up for indoor and outdoor dining... cool back area for larger reservations... and in general a very chill vibe. The pizza at this location is always great, my family and I really enjoy it. However, whenever we decide to order delivery, the wait times are straight outrageous. The last three times we've waited an extra hour to hour and a half past the "promised" time. The "promised" time is typically 45-55 minutes after you order. They don't offer any sort of compensation for the added time. No coupons or drinks offered as complimentary, they don't even bother to call you and let you know they're running extremely late. I'm not writing this review complaining I didn't get comp. things, but to warn others if they're thinking about getting delivery prepare to possibly wait almost 2 hours to get your food. This will probably be our last time doing so, management needs to fix the system they got going on because it's not working. read more

We love round table! We went in the middle of the week, it was quiet. The restaurant was clean and staffed appropriately. The employees that took our order was absolutely a doll! He was kind and joyful. It seems simple, we were just ordering a pizza! However, he made the encounter something we would remember. The pizza was fresh and delicious. Recently bought a pizza deal from them, which is their royal feast pizza deal for $30.99 which was a large double pepperoni 2 L Pepsi and six piece side. What was advertised was a pizza filled with pepperoni, but what we got was a major skimp out on all the toppings . Very few pepperoni on this pizza compared to the picture advertised I mean at this point why don't you just make it a cheese pizza? Next time this happens, I'm just gonna check the box right when I'm there and if it's a skimp pizza like this again, I'm just gonna ask for my money back right then on the spot and then you guys can have a warm cheese, pizza for yourself and your 2 L Pepsi to wash it down with your skimp pizza and six piece side. Seriously, if you are not going to advertise something correctly when someone buys it and are going to continue not to give people what they are paying for, then don't advertise! Ordered a pizza over the phone and was told it would be 45 mins. 45 mins later, went to pick it up and was told it was not ready and to come back in another 45 mins. This RTP has been the best pizza place in town for 40+ years however, they are always slammed and customer service suffers. Avoid THIS round table!!! Horrible costumer service. I ordered delivery on Friday. I was "promised" a time FROM ROUND TABLE a 6:05 pm drop off time (one hour no biggie) 30 mins pass and nothing from round table. I had to call to see where the driver was and no one had a clue. 10 mins pass I see the round table car and completely pass me. I had to walk a block down to get my pizzas. As I'm walking the two girls are laughing at me and not once did I get an apology for being at the completely wrong house. I call and was told I was speaking to the owner, but it was the manager on duty I'm assuming - Cameron. Very unprofessional kept threatening to hang up on me. Was trying to justify why the two females passed me (he couldn't) he said he didn't want to help me and gave me the number to the owners - I called them left a message and still haven't heard back from anyone. Skip this place way better pizza spots like valley pizzeria or even little ceasers. Went on Halloween. A complete disaster. It was very busy, was told it would about 45 minute wait. Ordered a pitcher of beer. An hour later no pizza, I asked how much longer and was told they had not even started making my order yet. I finally left after another hour with no pizza. This is the second time where the team forgot our order on a Friday night.... We offered them grace, so after close to 2 hours we call to follow up on our order, the reason??? None.... I have been eating here for years, once in a while the messed things up and I understand it's normal. Today was bad all around . We bought 4 sodas and the cups were dirty; we asked for different cups and we were told all of them are the same. Then our chicken wings were undercooked and finally our pizza never arrived. I ordered a bbq base, chicken and jalapeño. When I got home there was NO Bbq sauce on my pizza, hella dry. So I called and they had it remade and delivered. The picture is what came, more Bbq sauce but all the toppings slid to one side?!?!?!? Like what is going on right now??? I appreciate the manager adding pineapple but at the end of the day only half the pizza is good cause only half has toppings now. This is clearly the delivery drivers fault for this pizza but again, I'm suffer the most. I am only giving two stars because Camryn, the manager, tried. We used to love RTP, yummy food and never had any trouble with waiting time, BUT today Sunday it's been more than ONE hour waiting for the 2 pizzas and boneless buffalo wings, 3 times they said it's ready for the oven but nothing, the salad bar has no caesar dressing, no seeds, no croutons NOT ORGANIZED, they don't clean the tables when the people is done. read more

I really dislike the need to write a bad review; however, this location needs a wake-up call. This is our to go spot when the kids get out of school early and they are open in the afternoon when many Hollister places close at 2. Getting an order placed is slow; getting food to the table is slower. The salad bar is good with nice selections, but this week they "forgot" the order of chicken wings and they finally arrived when the kids were up and ready to go for ice cream.
