Round Table is a staple in our home. However tonight I was VERY disappointed. I purchased Round Table fundraiser cards from the high school whenever a student asks me. Tonight I went to use one for a large pizza from 11.99 and was told I had to pay 13.99. The coupons on the fundraising card DO NOT have an expiration. I explained this the to manager on duty and was met with a blank stare. I paid the 13.99 and then was told that they had made a regular crust pizza instead of a pan crust pizza. The cashier asked if I wanted to take the regular crust pizza. "Ummm no, I was already paying more why would I want regular crust when I ordered pan crust?" They said they would remake it. I spoke to the manager again thinking perhaps she would have something else to say, NOTHING. Additionally, I suggested she tell the owners to add an expiration date to these cards. She pointed to some that were valid and others that weren't when I asked if the entire card was no longer valid! This made even less sense to me. Furthermore, I do believe it's California law to honor coupons with no expiration. I will reach out to corporate and inquire. I did still give two stars for the pizza taste, it is always awesome but sadly I left with a sour taste in my mouth. read more

Pre-pandemic, they had the best salad bar in town IMO. I've gotten salad there a few times recently but each time there's been a problem with the freshness of the ingredients. Today was especially bad, with brown lettuce, old mushrooms and sketchy looking cucumbers. Broccoli didn't look all that great either. I had to skip out on numerous ingredients because of this. So I'll stick to pizza only ( which is always tasty) and skip the salad bar for now. Perhaps I'll revisit it in a few months. read more

We ordered a large half Montague's All Meat and half King Author's Supreme this evening. When I got home I opened the box and the Supreme topping were ridiculous. I counted three pieces of bell peppers, a small scattering of olives and mushrooms, and if there were any onions on there, I couldn't see them. Come on Round Table, this is unacceptable. Round Table has the best salad bar in Hollister and at lunch you can have the all you can eat salad bar with three hot garlic Parmesan twists and a all you can drink soda for $7.99. Sold separately the salad bar is $.7.99, 3 twists are $3.99, soda is $2.19. For a chain pizza place they are the most expensive pizza in town but the pizza has lots of flavor. The Gourmet Veggie is very good. Nights can be busy here. Large groups tend to come here after other activities. There are multiple flat screens that can be easily viewed to watch sports. read more

I usually order delivery from RTP. They usually take about an hour to deliver your pizza but my pizzas usually comes in hot at drop off. So far I've had good experiences with all the delivery staff and I do quite get a hello or a wave at a distance since it's contactless delivery due to covid. Maybe RTP should keep in mind on every pizza order the person ordering online or on the phone are HANGRY customers that wants their pizzas hot and ready fast. If they're able to deliver an order in less than 45 mins maybe they'll get 5 star ratings lol read more

This is supposed to be the BEST pizza in town I wouldn't waste my money here. Ordered 2 large pizzas and 4 drinks-$70. And that's not the complaint..... My complaint is, after spending that money and ordering my pizza with jalapenos, the man taking our order forgot to charge us for jalapenos on our pizza, so we get it and realize there aren't any jalapenos. I walk up to the counter and let the woman know, she asks what I ordered, looks for my receipt at the counter then proceeds to rudely say that, "you never asked for jalapenos on your pizza, so you weren't charged." For a chain pizza place I expected a little more. I have had a few horrible experiences here. The worst was when I got a single trip salad and it tasted like menure. Yuck! We've given these guys chance after chance but they just can't get their s__t together. Quality has been spotty at best and the service not any better. Tonight we ordered a flatbread for delivery. They brought us a pasta dish instead. I called to advise them of the mistake and they made a fresh flatbread for us - only to deliver the one they originally forgot to deliver. So we got a cold, disheveled flatbread instead of a fresh, nicely put together one. They finally delivered the fresh one but by then (almost two hours after our initial order) we were over it and had lost our appetites. They gave us a 50% discount on the order. We will never again order from this place. Food was delivered and we went to open it up to see one of them was incorrect . My family was hungry so we started eating it. The driver came back and pounded on the door and screen and was rude. He said he delivered the wrong pizza and, here's the correct one, but he needed the one we ate back. Today ordered pizza by phone 6:05 and ordered 2-topping pizza with 12 wings coupon price $24.99 20-25 minute wait Arrived 6:40 and was told we can't use the coupon because we ordered 6 wings hot sauce and 6 with BBQ sauce and would be regular price. The coupon says 2- topping pizza and 12 wings nothing about ordering different sauces. Manager would not budge !! Not like we were asking anything but what was advertised using the coupon . I love the pizza here although the service is sloppy. I ordered a pizza for dine in over the phone and the first 3 calls went to a machine. Upon arrivle the lady at the register looked at me and said sorry I'm on break. So I waited. We were helped and we sat down. About 15 min later (average time no big deal) we were called to the front over the loud speaker and given a box to go. I asked for it to placed on a tray since we were going to eat here. It's a Roundtable. No better or worse than any other Roundtable. Only disadvantage is that they do not have a private group area for birthday parties or group meetings. During peak hours they are frequently crowded. No LARGE SCREEN TV in the place, though they have multiple smaller ones all around. They recently added outdoor seating... you can sit out front on the sidewalk next to the parking lot. Delivery people drive crazy, talking on their cell phones, and without regard to the traffic laws. These maniacs are easy to spot... their little pizza cars are covered with Roundtable graphics. SO RIDICULOUS. I placed an order online, Hit submit several times and no confirmation number was provided for me. Called the location, and they said my order was not in their schedule so they proceed to take my order over the phone. The Promo Deal I had chosen was not available if I ordered over the phone( since I was fed up with the online problem) I decided to proceed, I would pay more. I give them my info, and ask if they can email me a receipt. The guy had to get the manager. I spoke to Issac the manager and gave him my email and he hung up on me. I had previously told them I was paying over the phone, I hadn't even given them my CC number and he just hung up. I call back and they tell me they hit exit on my order and I need to give them the order once AGAIN. Why is it taking me over 45 minutes to order 2 MEDIUM PIZZAS. I spoke to several " managers" and no one could help me. I was still willing to continue and pay and asked to speak to the managers. I let him know my experience with them had been so difficult, I was even willing to pay more because they didn't offer that promo deal. I asked him to give me an offer or discount to make up for my bad experience. He said no and i didn't even receive an apology for such a terrible time I had to call 5 times!!'.
