No sauce after I have asked for heavy sauce.
Joseph T.

I have ordered pizza for many years from this place and it seems as though when I order it I always ask for heavy Polynesian sauce. It says it on the ticket and when I get it there is never any sauce. I don't know how hard it is to read heavy sauce. But please put some on the pizza. So my advice to the team read the ticket. If you don't know what heavy means. Maybe ask someone really I do want to say they made me a new pizza. Thank you to the store staff and the delivery driver. And the Manager. They did correct it.

So you can see I waited for 20 minutes and no answer.

Got a message about a promo, attempted to order online for it to say promo not applied. So, thought maybe I need to call, so I did, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes and no one answering at all I finally gave up. This place is always slow and empty no way you can't answer the phone. And why send out a promo specifically for this location to not apply it.

I love RT pizza and miss it dearly since I moved out of CA. This is the last stop for pizza and I had to stop for a quick lunch. Service is always friendly and we got our pizza rather quickly. This visit was right when they opened so it wasn't busy yet and there were only two other families in the dining room. My only complaint was the tables hadn't been wiped down from prolly the night before since they just opened. Bathrooms were clean though!

I'm not sure why this location has three stars, my sister and I went we had a really good experience. It's definitely an older establishment but the pizza was delicious and the service was awesome. It's kinda old school, like how I remember pizzerias from my childhood. They had several people working hard to keep up with the demand. The young lady who took my order was really impressive...I saw her move all over and practically do every job. They're located in the shopping center that has tons of parking so you won't have any problem with that. Right when you walk in you'll see games to the right and left of you. The area where you order is a little narrow so it did get tight once other people kept coming in. We just went to the side room where some video games and prize games were and practically had that little room to ourselves while we waited for our food. Our pizza was ready pretty quickly and it was so delicious! I love round table Pizza in general and I will definitely be back to this location the next time I'm visiting La Quinta.

The menu might be considered small however plenty of excellent choices for everyone's palate. We started with martinis Aviation gin for me & Ketel 1 for my hubs complete with bleu cheeses olives served tall & verrry cold. Our appetizer choice, the deep fried artichokes served with a creamy tasty aioli nicely presented however a bit over salted for our tastes, hence the 4.5 vs 5 stars. We came in to Italica wanting pasta the Bolognese with wild boar/fennel sausage arrived practically overflowing from the bowl, easily could have served 2 or possibly an appetizer to share at the table. My choice the Spaghetti Alio Olio presented bucatini pasta with bread crumbs & pecorino cheese ~ OOOOH MY, sooooo DELICIOUS my bowl was inhaled. Mid meal we ordered the prosciutto ~ fig jam flatbread just perfection the jam adding sweetness in every crunchy bite. To full from our appetizer & pasta we skipped dessert this trip but we'll be back!!!!!! as the drive to Indio from Palm Desert is maybe 30 min (+\~) easy & plentiful FREE PARKING be sure to look for the all stainless patchwork door for entry, once inside relax & enjoy the vibe.

Kiki's is back! The…read moreengaging owner, Jack, is a valley institution, having owned 22 restaurants in 35+ years. Burrata: excellent quality with the crave worthy house-made focaccia. Kiki's Sala: salanova lettuce is unusual but tasty -- like arugula without the bitterness. This is a large portion which you could share with four people as an appetizer. Sugar Snap Pea pizza: unexpected flavors with snap peas, mushrooms, & stracciatella. Table was divided on whether this worked. Cacio e Pepe: this version uses bucatini and is a little creamier than the classic. I ate it all regardless. Grilled Avocado: the name ignores that it includes fried artichokes as well. Satisfying and not too garlicky. Another large portion. The only disappointing item was the Polenta -- a little bland. If you get the Chicken Parm, you only need a half portion. Jack says the best two dishes are the Caesar and Linguini & Clams. They fly in Juniors cheesecake from NY! Full bar, attractive ambiance, and well trained staff. Go to Kiki's.

What really impressed us was the owner making the rounds to personally greet each table--it added such a personal, heartfelt touch that you don't often see. As for the food, it absolutely delivered. The chicken parm was perfectly cooked with rich, comforting flavors, and the hanger steak was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Between the exceptional service and the delicious dishes, this was one of those meals that leaves you already planning your next visit.

Ciros is a long time staple in the community and has been open since the 60's - which is beyond impressive in these times. We should all continue to support our local staples that have been serving generation after generation. We came in for a super early weeknight dinner and that was the right move. The place was empty and relaxed. However, as we finished our meal a slow trickle of people started to come in which was nice to see. Not sure if this spot ever gets "packed" but it had a good amount of regulars and plenty of takeout orders. We sat at a comfortable booth and I liked the decor. Very old school, slightly aged, but all of the nostalgic vibes that if you were a local growing up here, it'd feel like home. What's also cool is they have an open area kitchen in the front of the restaurant so you can watch the chef make your pizzas. Loved it. Staff was friendly, efficient and attentive. Again, they weren't busy but staff kept our drinks filled, cleared plates as needed and provided great service. 5 stars definitely on the service and overall welcoming atmosphere. Prices were standard and I will say they give great portion sizes. All of us had leftovers to take home which is always a good thing. The food is standard old school Italian. Very mom And pop, decent. I'd say I'd rate the food between 3.5-4 stars but it really depends what you get. My starter side salad was crisp, fresh and well dressed with thousand island. Also the bread basket was warm and addicting. For my meal I got the shrimp scampi pasta which I thought was good but not amazing. The highlights were the large shrimp and noodles were cooked perfect. The oil - lemon - garlic sauce overall was just okay. Garlic was garlic-ing but it lacked maybe seasoning? I think scampi pasta dishes can be hard to master as they sometimes feel more oil forward than buttery, which I would have preferred. I definitely liked my dish but would get something different the next time. Truly their classic baked pasta and red sauce dishes looked fantastic and I'd get that next time, can't beat a classic.

I made reservations at MG's, based on online recommendations, and were welcomed so warmly by the staff and manager. They seated us at a nice, spacious booth and promptly took our drink order. The wait-staff was incredibly attentive with water and drink refills, bread and butter, continuously asking if we needed anything. I ordered the mushroom soup (for an appetizer) based on the online reviews. And I DON'T like mushrooms!!!! It was AMAZING! (I liked it so much that I went back the next day to get it again! It became the reference point of the table, discussed long after the plates were cleared. I entrusted Carlos (who I adore) with selecting my entrée, a decision made without hesitation. The staff is incredibly educated on each dish, and Carlos makes the most spectacular suggestion: the Beet Ravioli. His guidance always feels intuitive and assured, reflecting a dining room that understands intention as well as appetite. Service at Trattoria Mezzomondo is polished and professional, marked by genuine pride in the establishment. The staff engages effortlessly with both regulars and visitors, creating an atmosphere that is welcoming without sacrificing precision-- they treat you like family and, for me, the feel is mutual. Having watched this restaurant grow, it is remarkable how it has retained its core identity. Its commitment to authenticity--rooted in a reverence for craft and tradition--has sharpened my own expectations of cuisine, making neighboring establishments diminutive by contrast. The Chef demonstrates remarkable command across the menu--combustible genius. From the most restrained preparations to dessert, each plate is thoughtfully executed, with clarity of flavor and disciplined presentation. I travel often, Italy included, and yet Mezzo distinguishes itself not by imitation, but by authorship. This is the type of excellence that precludes replication. Each dish is shaped by the senses, seemingly satisfying a singular culinary vision. It's more than a meal, it's art. Why go here? Because they introduce you to something genuinely special: a new way to experience familiar flavors. Their take on traditional dishes blends the unexpected into a desperately welcomed harmony of ingredients. There is a clear distinction at work here, evident at every level of the dining experience. It would be unsurprising to see Mezzo recognized with a MICHELIN Star distinction soon.
