We walked over from our hotel and were pleasantly surprised to find a lively, bustling spot. Instead of waiting for a table, we grabbed seats at the bar near the kitchen, which turned out to be a great call. We ended up meeting Casey, a food runner, and he could not have been nicer. We had a great time eating, drinking, and just chatting. There was also a private event happening inside the brewing space, something with city engineers. Even so, everyone was welcoming and friendly, and they let me step in to snap a photo of the brewing tanks and the proudly displayed American flag. The food was good, the beer was solid, and the whole team made the place feel easy and inviting. Honestly, it felt like an oasis in the desert. La Quinta Brewing Co earns high marks from me. Definitely a nice stop if you want to stretch your legs, play a little for fun, and get back on the road. We had dinner at the bar . Bartenders were friendly, personable and efficient . Food came out fast and hot, with appetizer timed perfectly before entrees.
