Pretty decent pizza for a relatively decent price. I attended a bridal party rehearsal dinner party here (I can't judge, I know how the economy took a nosedive). The pizza I was able to hide from everyone else was good. I preferred the pepperoni pizza over the plain cheese pizza. I felt like the sauce could have used a bit more salt on the plain cheese pizza (then again, I could probably live with a salt lick in my purse). The cheese was gooey and wasn't cheap Little Caesar's quality which was appreciated. I can't really say much about service because I basically served myself the whole night. I did get a freezing cold salad plate from the girl at the register however. A warning to future customers would be a nice touch. We had the party room reserved which said it seated more than I think it could. Regardless I was happy in my seat, with my hoarded pizza. I did notice a drug deal outside the window next to me which was a bit odd, not sure if that counts as ambiance or not. There was really loud music playing over the speakers which was a bit off-putting, but hey it's a pizza joint, so it's alright! read more

Restaurant is super clean. The staff is wonderful very welcoming, helpful and nice. Food is delicious. Pizza is always hot and really on time. Great happy hour prices on beer pints $3 or pitchers $11 monday thru Friday from 3:30 to 6. Best part lunch buffet Monday thru Friday 11 to 2pm all you can eat $9.9 also Tuesday nights from 5 to 8pm. Wish we could give zero stars. Horrible customer service. They knowingly overcharged us, then acted like we were the problem when we asked them to make it right. Sure, it was only 70 cents, but they should have offered to fix it when they realized what they had done. Instead, they were just going to let us walk out the door. Pizza is always ready in 20min or less super quick. They always get my order right never had a bad experience. Can't ever say no to a family salad for $8.99 and you get to make it yourself lots of salad topping choices and iceberg always fresh. Dinning area is super big and clean. I visited round table pizza for the lunch buffet yesterday, and I believe it was around $9. For the price, you get a salad plate, pizza plate, and a drink cup which is a pretty good deal. The pizzas came out every 10-15 minutes and were delicious. It was much better than a Dominoes pizza I bought last week that costed more. The salad bar had a large variety of dressings and toppings. The food and restaurant in general was very clean too. I would recommend this to anyone craving pizza with a voracious appetite. read more

Grand Reopening after a change of ownership. I came for the lunch buffet. Better pizza selection, better toppings, and a very friendly staff. Buffet runs from about 11-2pm. A year later and this is still my go-to place for pizza and wings. I usually hit this place every couple weeks. I order a medium pizza tailored to my desires and sometimes I dont get charged for adding a topping after I leave off 3 depending on which employee is taking my order. I also get some wings, mild... but they are the hottest mild wings out there! I have never tried the hot ones out of fear due to how hot they make the mild ones. The good pizza, wings and customer service (especially from the young Hispanic woman) are what keeps me coming back here! Keep up the good work. Ignore the morons whining about things like cinnamon twists while paying $11 for all you can eat. The pizza is fine. Nothing special, good distribution of cheese and toppings, tasty crust, but not the best pizza I've ever had. The service at this particular location was god awful. When we walked in at 8:30, 90 minutes before closing time, they looked at us like we had just totally ruined their night. I walk up to the counter with three people standing and talking to each other, and I ask one of them if they were still open. She said they were and then just walked up to the cash register and stared at me. I ordered, asked for a salad, but she just said, "salad is closed." No, "I'm sorry," no, " that's not available right now but I can give you..." just, "salad is closed." The answer to every question was dead pan, not an ounce of friendliness in her voice, at least not until she turned around to talk to her coworkers again. I have worked in many restaurants over the years, and I understand when the workers want to go home, and I even understand cleaning up early. But at the restaurants I have worked in, when we clean up early and someone comes in five minutes before closing, we give them whatever they want. We are friendly, we are welcoming, we are courteous. We were an hour and a half before closing, and not even a sympathetic look to say she understood and was sorry that what we wanted was unavailable. I would have no problem if she would have at least been nice. When we left the restaurant, no one said goodbye, no one said have a nice evening, one worker stared at us as we walked out the door. Had a great experience here today. 1. Came in at 1 pm with a party of 19 and the one employee laid out the red carpet for us. 2. We were allowed to taste 3 beers before settling on our 2 pitchers. Always a plus! 3. The pizza was dee-lish. Something about their sauce that screams flavor. A whole lot of flavor. So I went here with my mom and brother today for the lunch buffet. Been here half a dozen times before with no fuss. Liked the food and the price. This review and the one star is specifically how their cashier/manager "Kelsea" handled the situation and how customer service was provided. We got to our table, we were eating our salad and I was on my first slice of pizza when my brother was just about take another bite on his salad and noticed a DEAD FLY on his plate wrapped in one of the lettuce. After a few minutes, I went to the cashier and asked for the manager. Kelsea the cashier said there is nobody there to talk to except her. I told her what happened and she said she believes me and I asked her to come to my table so I can show her what I am seeing. She hesitantly followed and after seeing it basically said "IT HAPPENS" and said "I'm sorry" unconvincingly. She then casually asked me what I want to do. She gave me two options, first if I wanted another plate (I LOL'd inside my head) and after just staring at her, she gave me a second option which is a refund. I then told her refund is OK. She took my receipt and didn't come back. She basically waited for me to go back to her after like 10 minutes (too long in my opinion to make things right) and she shows me a refund for ONLY one buffet. I was calm the whole time and didn't really demand but the customer service was just terrible. It's really disappointing. Didn't make things right. Other places would be very apologetic and then some. So for all of you whos' reading this review ... A word of caution ... You might eat a DEAD FLY in your salad and their only response will be "IT HAPPENS". read more

I have only ever come here for the lunch buffet, and that's all that matters. A word of caution, coming here for the lunch buffet is like living through the first 15 minutes of Saving Private Ryan. It took all of the SpecOps training that I've learned throughout numerous Black Fridays, in order to survive. This place gets PACKED, and you have to wait for a table to open up, so be careful if you're on a short lunch break. The food is wonderful and the service is great. If you like pizza, it's an absolute must to eat here, Drinks and a full-salad bar are also included in the buffet. Protip: Try to keep your table and plates tidy, as the busboys have been taught not to clean up until after you've left (probably so you'll get up and leave faster). However, when they do come around to clean up a table next to you, just throw your dirty napkins etc. into their waste bucket. read more

Called 4 different times for a delivery around 7 pm each time. Every time the person answering the phone had issues taking down my address and it seemed like they were doing it on purpose as they only started to have hearing problems when I stated delivery so they wouldn't have to deliver and set up an order. Another time they straight out said there was no one to deliver the pizza so we had to pick it up at the store. This particular location also heavily sauces their pizzas. Which is not a horrible thing. I just wanted to give you a heads up. Round table pizza is one of my favorite chains. This location is just horrible to deal with. $6.99 for the lunch pizza buffet ! Weekdays only and ends at 2 pm. They have a nice small area for the salad bar (reminds me of a Sizzler's salad bar) with lettuce, dressings, croutons, etc. It's pretty clean surprisingly and the lettuce leaves weren't dying. They also have a soda fountain with your typical pop beverages. The pizza bar serves 4-5 different types of pizza. The only thing I had an issue with was that none of the pizzas were labeled. I'm fine eating any type of pizza but it would be nice to see the toppings written out. They also serve their garlic bread and cinnamon sticks! This is the new pizza place of preference at our house and also at the office. Everyone is in love with the Veggie Gourmet pizza and prefer it over any of the ones with meat. I recently tried the new West Coast combo pizza and now it is my personal favorite. Love that they have lightly drizzle some balsamic vinegar on top. Best pizza ever, hands down! They usually have some pretty good deals, half off large pizzas on Wednesdays :) Fresh, high quality ingredients. Round Table's are dying out left and right and it's such a shame.. I wish more people would give it a try! This one in particular is clean, nice staff, easy claw game that pretty much guarantees my toddler a new ball every time we come (thank you!) The last thing I want when I'm hungry is a mad two year old. Please don't ever change that cheap claw game! But really.. Highly recommend this Round Table location.
