I never go out for pizza, but I go here because they have half off pizzas on Wednesdays. I always get the chicken garlic pizza and its pretty great, and they make it in about 15 minutes. Don't go on Wednesdays though, if they get more business on Wednesdays, they probably won't have the half off deal anymore, which affects me. Any other day is cool though. read more

Every time I do an online order my pizza is never ready!!!! Came in today at pick up time and my pizza was not even put in yet. I like Round Table a lot but I do feel like if there is no special going on then it is VERY $$$. The buffet is the shit though! We went to celebrate my nieces 1st birthday at pretend city a few minutes away, and came here afterwards with a party of 20. We got the best service I can remember in a long time from a restaurant. It was perfect and the owner was absolutely amazing and accommodating! He took care of us without even having to ask for things we needed like kid friendly dishes and take home pizza boxes. I went here with my colleague for the first time, I was physically here. First impression, not bad, not bad at all. I can only describe this place as disgusting. I'm trying hard not to throw up anymore. Went an hour and a half ago to pick up their Guinevere's Garden Delight just before they close at 11:00. The place was empty and the staff were cleaning up. The smell was nauseating, but I thought it must be the detergents they use. I saw two staff members, one of them who took my order is called Chris. They both looked like they haven't had a bath in a week. Their hair was longish and looked sticky--as in dirty sticky. I should have picked up the signals and not eaten that pizza, but I haven't had anything all day and was really hungry. So, came back home and had a few slices. As I was putting the rest into a plate to put in the fridge I saw some hair on one slice, I pulled it and low and behold, a small knot of hair--SEE PICS. I threw up non-stop for 10 minutes or so. I've recently moved from another state to CA. I'm staying at a hotel in the Irvine Spectrum area while I look for housing. I called the Lake forest branch which is 2.2 miles away hoping to order dinner since I had just gotten back from a 13 hour work day. I was told since my address was technically Irvine, I would have to call the Irvine location. I explained that I'm only 2 miles away from them and a block or two down from what is officially considered lake forest. I was told that regardless of that, Irvine is where I need to call since Irvine is their territory. I called the Irvine location which is 6.8 miles away, close by Irvine Shopping Center. I explained the scenario and asked if they could deliver. They were very nice but had no clue where I was at other than the fact that I was close by Irvine Spectrum. They said that I fall under the lake forest branch. After a few minutes of questions regarding my location and the employee talking to people in the background trying to figure out where I'm located, he came back apologizing. I said not to worry. I figured they couldn't deliver this far because I was around Irvine market a few days ago and it's not close by. I thanked him for trying and told him that it is simply too complicated and too much of a challenge to purchase food from their business and I will find food elsewhere. Hung up, logged on to Pizza Hut's website, ordered pizza and now I'm waiting for it to arrive. Recommendation for business: Have web based maps like Mapquest or Google Maps available to employees to they can just look up the address rather than keep asking for 1st, 2nd and 3rd closest cross streets which I was asked for by both locations. I managed my dad's pizza place for quite a few years and even back in early 2000's we used Microsoft Streets and Trips to look up delivery addresses. The buffet here is so good and so cheap! $6.99, and if you have a coupon its $5.99! They also have this same buffet on Tuesday nights (not sure if its still going on). The fresh salad bar is really good too. A nice balance to all the unlimited pizza. Also offers garlic sticks and cinna sticks too! All the pizzas are freshly made, because theres quite a bit of people eating so something new is always coming out. They have about 6 or 7? rotating pizzas. My favorite is the Chicken & Garlic... That creamy garlic sauce is the best! They always pack the toppings to the very end of the crust, so even the crust tastes good (I usually dont eat the crust)! Not very good for the diet... We ordered an XL pizza half pepperoni, half Hawaiian. We waited 55 minutes for it to get here. The pizza was dry, old, and tasted like it was left under a heat lamp all day. (think mall pizza), The cheese was dry and burnt the sauce was dry and tasted gross. The sausage was hard, and couldn't be chewed we literally had the spit it out. I called the location, and told the mgr at first they said they would do nothing for us, but then they called us back and offered to drop off the refund. At least they redeemed themselves and refunded our cash. Still doesn't change the fact that the food was terrible. If you want GOOD pizza go to Antonucci's if your in Mission Viejo, or Pieology if your in Irvine. I also felt this was a little expensive, $38 for 1 XL pizza.
