Five stars, all the way! FIrst off, this is the absolute cleanest pizza place I've ever been to. Period. Not a speck of dust to be seen anywhere. I've never had a bad pizza from this location and the customer service is consistently exemplary. The workers are very attentive and the management makes sure you are being taken care of. The pizza dough and sauce are the best, and all the ingredients are always super fresh. If you like a thinner crust, ask for the Skinny Crust...that's usually what I get and I'm never disappointed! They have five different beers on tap, including Shock Top, Stella Artois, and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale...yummy!! They have two flat screens that usually have one or more sports games showing, which is great if you want to meet up with your friends and catch a game. Even though it is a smaller location, it is cozy and you can usually find a seat, even when they're busy. On a side note, I'm not quite sure why the reviewer Ann W. gave this location only one star....while the rest of the country was observing Easter Sunday, she was unsuccessfully attempting to order pizza from a pizza parlor that was closed. Round Table Pizza is still my favorite pizza in the whole wide world. I didn't grow up in the home of the RTP. I grew up in a tiny town in AZ and the only pizza place in town was an RTP. Yes, it's expensive, but it's worth it. I can actually tell someone has RTP in their home by the smell. Yeah, that's kind of weird and I hear about it when I say, "Is that ROUND TABLE Pizza I smell?!"..."Tara, that's scary and weird that you knew that." Whatever. It's delicious. As far as this location goes...I've ordered pizza at various times...busy, not busy, take out, delivery. I have been coming here for 40 years. When I was young, this was a dark and scary place. We would only get pizzas to go. Those days are gone though. They have lightened the place up and recently installed a new bathroom that was much needed. The staff is great! Always going the extra mile for their customers. The pizza has always been good. This Round Table Pizza participates in the free personal pan pizza deal with a Sharks hockey ticket which makes it pretty awesome. They also have some pretty good manager's specials Monday-Wednesday. I can't believe I'm admitting this, but I have eaten here three times in the past week. The BBQ chicken pizza (with onion and bits of bacon) is incredibly delicious with a nice crispy crust, and the garlic twists with a side of ranch won't dissapoint. They stop taking orders for dine-ins at 9:00 p.m., but continue accepting takeout orders until 9:30 p.m. Yesterday, my friend and I went in at 9:20 p.m. and they were gracious enough to allow us to eat there. Came into this particular "round table" for the first time last Friday for some pizza with a friend. And yes, it is very small... probably the smallest round table I have ever been inside. But don't let that be discouraging, because the pizza they make here is pretty good. Service was relatively fast, and we had a nice table with benches to sit at inside. The King Arthur's supreme is pretty much their own version of the "combo" pizza, not too different. The toppings were plentiful and the crust was not too thick, it is generally on the thinner side at R.T. I enjoyed this pizza here more than I would at any Almaden location where they seem to skimp on toppings. Although I'd have to admit that the prices here are kind of high. We paid almost $16 for a small King Arthur's supreme, which was easily finished off by the both of us. I probably wouldn't be back here any time soon, and the only real reason we came here that day was because T-Birds was closed for the holiday. T-Birds will give you a noticeably better pizza and a fair price for what you get. read more

I enjoy ordering from here every so often. Pizza is always cooked perfectly and fresh when picking up. The past two times I've gone, the staff is very friendly and helpful. On Thursday night we ended up having to go home after forgetting our wallet and it was close to closing time. We called and let them know we would be there a few mins past closing time, thinking we may be received by a frustrated employee waiting on us, however the gentleman working who answered the phone and helped with our order was extremely understanding and kind! He even called us after we left with our pizza to let us know we forgot our ranch (a total necessity with any pizza), and then met us in the parking lot to give it to us! It's really nice to be reminded that friendly, helpful, and genuine people do still exist despite crazy times in our world currently. I've experienced a lot of "I'm using COVID as an excuse to be selfish prick" mentality lately and I appreciate our fellow ranch lover for going out of his way to help us out! This pizza shop is the worst. We have got food poisoning twice and the owner is Lynn and does not care. The staff are rude. We ordered pizza out of desperation tonight and they said 50min, 2 hours later, no pizza. We will never order from this place but everyone need to be aware. Three stars goes to the delicious pizza & the fast & friendly team. I would've given more stars, however we did have a small awkward moment with the manager that left me feeling sort of like, "huh?" My friend, my daughter and I came in for National Pizza Day. The blonde female manager was doing some sort of last minute, in the moment training on how to ring the specials in... during the transaction, I tip the team in their tip jar, and the manager asked my friend if he wanted to donate- without thinking I said, "No thank you, we already donated there", pointing to the tip jar. I'm not sure why I equated donation and tip, but simple mistake. She quickly says to my friend, "Well we'd rather you donate to leukemia", in a scolding tone. How about no, lady! I'm from the area but have been living in Texas for the last 6 years, first trip back (business) I got to eat whatever I wanted because I got to expense my food. I wanted round table because I remembered eating it a lot as a kid. I ended up eating 4 pizzas here (2 were company provided personal pizzas, separate dates) and I ordered 2 on separate occasions to the hotel. King Arthur Supreme is the king of pizzas. But I ate a couple others too (garlic chicken and maui). I ate one each week, consistently delicious, and honest on the phone about opinions on the different pizzas, caring and super friendly people. Had their pizza delivered during a late weekday morning. They were the only pizza establishment around who would deliver that early! And thank jeebus for that, because when I get a pizza craving and I'm at work (and therefore unable to leave at that present time) I need prompt pizza deliverance. I ordered a garlic chicken pizza...at least I think that was what it was. It turned out to be so good it dulled my memory. It was cheesy in all the right places, with fresh toppings and a succulent crust...yum. And it tasted good warmed up too! I had to slap the backs of palms for the rest of the day to keep my fellow employees from devouring my soon-to-be new obsession. I would definitely reccommend Round Table Pizza to anyone and I hope to taste more of them in the future. read more

Bizarre ordering experience for delivery today from Round Table. I get on the website for the closest location that delivers and underneath that location it says delivery available. I call them, they don't deliver. Okay then, I call the second location located in Campbell, Im just over the Campbell/Los Gatos border, but less than 2 miles away. They say they deliver but can't deliver to Los Gatos. Okay, I call the Los Gatos location, less than 3 miles away and they take my order and deliver a decent bbq chicken and hawaiian pizza, but 32 bucks before tip for a large seemed way too expensive for the quality. Then about an hour after eating, I see that the Los Gatos Round Table location is calling me back for some reason on my cell phone. I get told that while I received the delivery from them today that they should not have delivered to me and absolutely will not deliver to me in the future. It was rather sternly put too, just a bizarre conversation really. Then there's this awkward pause, so I ask is there a Round Table that does deliver to where I am (against there's 3 locations less than 3 miles away from my house) and no there is no location that will deliver. Overall, a very poor customer service move I thought, and the pizza while okay was not anywhere near $32 good. I hadn't tried Round Table in years and certainly will not go back any time soon (and now I know crystal clear that I couldn't get delivery any way!). I LOVE THIS PLACE. Leeann and her staff are by far the best. First and foremost they pride themselves on quality. The place is SUPER clean, the staff all look nice and clean and professional. As soon as you walk in your are greeted and you can see they jump to help you. The pizza is really a good pizza, you can taste the quality in the products use. I also feel they have the best hot sandwiches in the downtown area. The price point is right on, and always great quality. The parmesan twists and cinnamon twists are OUTRAGEOUS. I feel death encroaching when I eat them, but BOY! what a way to go. The bad: Honestly, their service continues to be the problem for me. After writing a very frustrated review over my hour(s)-long sojourn in attempting to place an order, I was contacted by someone from Round Table, who explained to me that they had been closed that day (Easter Sunday). This actually made sense to me, but the wording of the Round Table representative didn't. Look below to see for yourself - lots of exclamation marks, attitude, etc. I think my annoyance stems from the fact that every establishment I've called on holidays always have an automated message saying something along the lines of "Our hours are _____, and we are closed today due to _____ holiday". I don't think it's unreasonable on my part to expect a ROUND TABLE PIZZA to be open freakin' Easter Sunday, and the fact that there was NO recorded message at all (let alone an Easter Sunday message) was very confusing to someone who doesn't keep track of arbitrary religious holidays. This aside, I was really taken aback and somewhat irritated by Ulysses' response, which was completely unprofessional in tone and rhetoric. Okay, the Easter Sunday shenanigans aside, here's another negative experience that comes to mind - I place an order. Am informed that (yay!) there is a discount that can be applied! Thank the telephone person for informing me. Order is delivered. Pizza is delicious. Check my bank statement ... wtf there are two charges from RTP pending. Call RTP, ask my I was charged twice. Am told that when discounts are applied, cards are charged twice, but one of the charges "won't go through, it'll just be pending for a few business days". Errr .... what?! (1) Why the heck wasn't I told this when I placed my order? (2) If a charge is pending, that means that amount is taken out of your available balance, and you can't use that money. It's not SPENT, per se, but for all intents and purposes you are unable to use your money for "a few business days" until the pending status is reversed ... Now here's the kicker. When I told the telephone picker-upper (irritated but polite) that I wasn't informed that my card would be charged twice, and that it was inconvenient that $30+ dollars was being held, inaccessible, in la-la land, that person transferred me to a manager that told me "oh yeah, that's how delivery works when there's an adjusted price". Having worked in the restaurant business a couple of times in my lifetime, I can assure myself that no, this is not a typical practice, and that if we're double-charging/pending/whatever, we tell the patron so they can expect to see those charges ahead of time. I honestly wasn't fishing around for free stuff, but the manager's attitude of "oh yeah, no big deal, it'll be freed in a couple of days" really ticked me off. Last thoughts: Food is very good, and delivery is always prompt. I chalked the whole Easter thing off to a misunderstanding (although an AUTOMATED MESSAGE would have certainly helped), but I really can't excuse the unprofessional wording of Ulysses' reply ("FOR YOUR INFORMATION!!!!DOIHDIO!!), or the ridiculousness of charging twice without telling the patron and brushing off the fact that $30+ of my money was just inaccessible for a few days. I'll still order here since the pizza's great, but honestly Pizza My Heart has much better customer service. I love Round Table Pizza. They have a lunch special everyday until 4pm, which just means that you get a free soda with a personal pizza. It takes about ten minutes for them to make a pizza. The restaurant itself is small and not as nice as other Round Tables. There is sometimes parking available in back. I will be going back here, but it isn't the best round table out there.
