I'd never been a fan of Round Table. Their pizza was always just , meh. When this Round Table opened up in Oakley, we'd put off going to it. That is, until someone told us some very exciting news. My wife has a wheat allergy so eating at pizza places is nearly impossible. We found out, through the grapevine, that this Round Table has a special pizza build station that is totally gluten free....all you have to do it provide your own crusts! We started going immediately after hearing that news. The pizza choices have gotten much better (I recommend the Pepperoni Triple Play). The staff is always extremely pleasant and helpful. Every Tuesday night they have the family buffet night. There are games and raffle prizes as well as face painting for the kids. After being there a short period of time the manager (which name it's Yordana) came over and told us that we could not be there if the kids were going to be playing, screaming (yelling as an excited 2 year old do) or running, but in a bad mood. Wow. Just wow. No other Round Tables will ever compare to this - holy cow. I thought I was done with round table, but Tyler the dough roller was my saving grace. Thank god for Tyler the dough roller. He really knows how to roll some dough. This pizza was absolutely incredibly rolled, and it was in no small part because of the incredibly rolled dough by the talented Tyler the dough roller. I called they said the order was never put in and I would have it in 15 minutes and would gives us wings for the In convince.It takes longer than that to make and bake a pizza. If I were to ever own a Pizza parlor this is similar to how I would want to do it. I used to love to go get pizza with my family and enjoy all the video games with my brothers and dad. Now days you walk into a pizza parlor and there's tables and chairs and a fading big screen in the corner from when the days I'm referring to were alive and well. Although this Round table doesn't have a lot of video games, they do provide lots of board games that the family can play with(my kids love them) and every Tuesday they have theme night where the whole place is decorated and the staff is even in costume to fit the theme. I ordered a delivery pizza yesterday and it was the worst I have ever had from round table. I was so disappointed, they used to say quality was their motto not in this case. The mushrooms or sliced so paperthin and overall the pizza just tasted horrible. Skimping on sauce and just noticeably A horrible pie. Not to mention the person answering the phone was rude. Terrible customer service, I called and ordered a pizza for delivery and was given a 45 minute wait time, after about 1 hour I called to find out where it was. No one could find the order, or any record of the order. Eventually the manager Gordon got on the phone and rudely asked me if I had ordered from mountain mikes because they had no record of the order. I told him I ordered from there and asked what he was going to do about my lost order, he never once apologized and said he can't do anything for me but retake my order. I was livid, I hung up the phone only to call back a minute later after I checked my account and saw I was charged for the pizza. When I spoke to him again he was extremely rude and just said he found out what happened and the man who took my order apparently took down the wrong address and phone number but amazingly he was able to hear my card number loud and clear. I will never eat here again, I felt so disrespected by Gordon's lack of responsibility to what happened. read more

THis is thee most family oriented pizza place ever! The people there are friendly and WONDERFUL! Tyler is awesome and so is the blonde girl and the manager Jennifer is phenomenal! The pizza is always great, the face painting is amazing, and the managers daughter is even kind enough to bring in her Wii game for all the customers to play! How cool is that?! They even USED to have a jumpy out front for all the children to play in....but, just recently some A-Hole had to go complaining to the city about how the jumpy takes up too many parking spaces (it only takes up 2 spots people, come on now!) Some jerks just have to ruin it for everyone! If any of these jerks that complained are YOU, then my prayers go out to you. I came in a couple of months ago to have dinner with my husband. The food was not made correct and I was charged for wine they didn't even have. A younger lady Kaylee helped me afterwards, she made my pizza correct the second time and then offered bread sticks or a soda. She was very helpful to me and my husband. Every time I come in she is very polite and makes sure we have a clean table. I gave 4 stars because my family and I have been coming here for the buffet 5 years now and it has been a great experience most of the time. I think it depends on which manager is present on that day. Looks like a couple great managers quitted. There is also a customer who comes here for buffet regularly, sometimes with a large family and they only eat 1 or 2 kind of pizzas which happens to be the pizzas I enjoy coming here for. Whenever they bring out those pizzas, the customer takes all of it without a care in the world for who's behind him waiting. To make matters worst, he complains that they are not bringing out the pizzas his family demands as often as he would like, TALK ABOUT GREED! I don't want to have to push and punch people in the face over pizza. I was so busy enjoying round table, but from people's comments I learned that there is a Mountain Mike's across the street. used to buy at least one pizza a week from Round Table, asked manager if they could make a quarter of a specialty pizza just cheese and olives for my little girl, normally was ordering half of pizza in cheese with olive and having to throw a quarter of the pizza away. I made an order online at 7:42pm on a Thursday evening and according to the email confirmation it was expected to be delivered at 8:22pm which I thought was an acceptable delivery time. At 8:49pm after still not receiving my pizzas I called to see if I was going to get pizza tonight. The rep I spoke to was nice however said my pizza should be delivered within the next 10 minutes, now keep in mind according to google maps I live 4.1 miles away and it should be a 6 minute trip. It was like she was telling me the pizza was still sitting there and they hadn't even left. Hilarious enough the pizza didn't get her till 9:10pm. The pizza itself was good but I think it only tasted good because we were starving by the time it got here. Strike 2 stopped in with my wife it wasn't very busy but it looked like we just missed a big rush ordered a med deep dish combination with no onions wings and a salad bar we went to grab a seat and there must have been closed to 8 or more tables with plates and food on them once we found a clean one and sat down the bench that my wife sat on slid right into the framework of the booth the woman sitting next to us said it happened to her about a week ago and that they obviously didn't fix it we told the girl at the counter and did not seem to concerned it about from there we walked over to the salad bar to find that there was no salad we again went to the counter and told the girl were we noticed the manager poring him self a beer and shooting the breeze with other employees which we thought was strange since the tables were dirty and no salad at the bar we waited for the salad which didn't come out until we told the manager who was poring him self another beer our order came and and was not only wrong but no wings they brought us a small reg crust with onions at least I think it was a small as there was only 6 slices that were not cut through this place is bad to say the least! I'm not one to complain or even write reviews but my experience today with my local round table was so horrible I feel like I have to get this off my chest. So I ordered a pizza and some wings online like I do often and it said it would be 40 mins which I expect because like I mentioned I order here a lot. As it gets closer to an hour I get a phone call from some kid who said he went on break and when he got back he realized that I was supposed to have been called and told that my order would take longer being that it was saturday and that it would be closer to an hour and fifteen minutes opposed to 40 mins which would have been nice to know sooner but still I was ok with it. Finally about 25 mins after the call and me having to call back to check the status of my order I get my pizza. I watch a heavy set guy pull my pizza and wings from his truck which was a bit odd to me but I figured I'd just check it and after waiting this long I didn't want to wait any longer and go thru the headache of calling and reordering. I was starving. Now this is where I have my problem. The grease ball of a delivery driver comes to the door and tells me my total which was 25.24 I gave him 40.25 and waited for him to give me my change so I could tip him which honestly I didn't really want to do after not being called in a timely matter and watching slime ball pull my pizza out his truck... I don't know if he was having a bad day or expected me to give him a 15 dollar tip but before I could even give him anything as soon as he hands me my change he starts to mumble and walk away, at that time I tried to stop him so I could tip him and tell him to pick up the quarter he dropped and this asshole tells me "It's ok I probably need it more than he does". Never in my life have I had anyone be so disrespectful. And to be a delivery driver at that. I feel that you should hire people with a bit more class and someone who cares about their job. Honestly I know having to be a driver must suck but you chose the job and based on your attitude it will probably be the only job you'll get. I'll probably take my business elsewhere because I'm just shocked that someone like him is even allowed to work at all. I have been going to this location with my family since 2012 and for the first year it was great service when the manager Devin was there, the general manager brandy is a rude ass b**** and she sets the mood for the rest of her employees I've stopped going there so much because there customer service is disgusting!!! When they've e ran out of food on multiple occasions and you ask hey ranch is running out or whatever they don't say anything they just go refill it and put it back out after a few minutes there's never any nice gestures like "oh here you go" or "have a good day" and they never even respond if I were to say two for the buffet please they just tell u the total or hey can I get a side of cheese they just walk away not even an OKAY! I literally I HATE this location but its closest to me so I rarely ever go there now the food will always bring your customers but only great customer service will bring them back !
