I like my Pizza a certain way and I have tried about everywhere and still no luck... until Oakley Roundtable .. light red sauce, cheese , double pepperoni, and crust the top before removing.. absolutely beautiful.. pure perfection.. and then the deliver driver.. she a grandma like me.. I love that she used the children's app I recommend and remember to thank me when she came again with my perfect pizza.. lastly, my nice delivery driver got a dead battery on route to my house and was stuck somewhere on a dark road waiting on AAA .. so I called about my pizza is how I learned the fate of my pizza. So apparently, this Round Table Pizza has a problem with giving out paper plates with take out orders. Was told once that it's a corporate thing, but I have never had this issue with deliveries at other locations. They also seem to have a problem keeping cheese and pepper packets available as well, so either they are too cheap to make these items available, or they need to order adequate supplies. This is not a one-off issue... it happens all the time...might have to try out the Brentwood location to see if it's any different there. read more

Will never order from there again!!!!! ever time I give them a chance it's messed up. I order 3 pizzas for pick up once I got home one of the pizza boxes there was no pizza . I had to drive back there and was told that that they would have never given me just an empty pizza box had to show picture. Round table must of run out of cheese today, because I asked for extra. They showed it to me and it looked like it had extra cheese until I bit into it. The only place there was actually cheese was near the crust. There wasn't any by the time I got to the middle of the pizza. I'm to far away to take it back, but think it is time to change where I get pizza from now I haven't been here for a long time, so I thought I would give them another try. Mmm....Chicken and Garlic pizza is where its at!!! I have loved round table pizza fur dayz now and as of the last few years, have been hooked on there oh,so wonderful Chicken Garlic pizza they have, my god. White creamy sauce, savory flavored chicken, slices of purple onion, garlic and alll that wonderful heavenly cheese!! Mmm.....fantastico!! Never been disappointed with it, not once. Been going here for a while and had a really bad pizza that's going to keep me away. Went with the family after a lazy night where there was no way my Wife or I was going to cook. Pizza was bland and the dough was ridiculously flat. We ordered a regular pizza and it came out extremely thin. Complained to the clerk and the manager who both claimed that was how the pizza is made. We have been going there for over a year and it was quite a different pizza than we were used to. To start off first I just want to explain that my husband is one of the nicest people in the world and hates when people are treated badly so to have him come home and tell me the story was extremely upsetting. He came home letting us know that he asked for some ranch that came with our cheesy sticks and when asking the worker in charge she laughed in his face with extreme attitude walked away and never came back. My husband was so flustered that he just walked away because he felt uncomfortable and almost dropped his pizza because of how uncomfortable he felt. When we called to inquire about why he was treated this way and why order was not complete the individual on the phone stated she was the acting supervisor in charge and also was the individual that dealt with him. She stated that she did not laugh at him and that she walked away to get the ranch but when she came back he was gone. I explain to her that if she possibly communicated with him and said I'll be right back with that without an attitude or laughing at him he may have known that she was getting it for him and could've waited. He also expressed that she had air pods in and so he was not sure if she was even talking to him. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and so I understand when things are frustrating and a lot is going on but when customers come in and they are nice like my husband the disrespect was not OK. She also expressed that five people asked before him for the same thing so that's why she was annoyed which doesn't excuse the way she talk to him because he had no idea. We were very upset with how she came about everything and we are not OK with how she handled it. read more

I've been to this location many times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always professional and polite. The buffet is a great deal for quality pizza. The salad bar is always clean and well stocked. It would be nice to have a bigger selection for the buffet but I understand you can't have ten pizzas out with only six customers. First time in this location. I had an issue last time I went to the lone tree way location with using a coupon from entertainment. I ordered the exact same thing here and used the same coupon for this location and Wyatt was wonderful. Rang it up with no problem and had no issue with using the coupon. This location is mediocre at best. About 50% of the orders we get look like bread with a few toppings. I have to always remember to check the pies before leaving. One x-large King Arthur Supreme had about 2 peppers and 5 olives and all the non pepperoni toppings were only on one side of the pizza. 30 bucks for a crappy made pizza does not a happy customer make. One flaw about this location is that when ordering, they never ask what crust you want. Every other Round Table my wife and I have used always asks us what crust. Kind of annoying to get a thin crust when pan Is supposed to be the default. I am giving 1 star because there is no "No Star" option! I order pizza from this Round Table often. Lately their service has been rolling downhill. Tonight I called and ordered my usual pepperoni pizza the young man on the phone informed me it would be approximately 45 minutes, this was at 6:20 pm... We called the store twice asking about the status. The first time they hung up on me, the second time the girl on the phone was very rude saying there was nothing to be done since it was already on the car out for delivery and it would take another 20 minutes. Did not offer any compensation. 8:10 PM, 1 hour and 50 minutes later, pizza arrives. The delivery man only apologized after being confronted about the delay. Dominos guarantees free if over 30 minutes for delivery, I guess I will be ordering their pizza from now on. read more

After moving to Oakley we gave this place a try and we were pleasantly surprised. I know... its just a Round Table but the staff was very nice and actually seemed to appreciate the business. We've been back several times and have been treated the same way each time. The pizza is always tasty and prepared relatively quick considering the time it takes to bake a pizza. It was a little on the pricy side but I've paid more for poor service or a pizza that was either burnt, raw or just tasted like crap. So I felt they deserved a positive review and kudos for a job well done. read more

This new location (opened in 2009) is spacious and comfortable - unlike Mountain Mike's across the road. They have a GREAT family night on Tuesdays from about 6-9 p.m. with all-you-can-eat buffet and lots of games and activities for the kids. One night they hat an inflatable jump tent; another night was Rockband on Wii; and they always have face painting and crafts. It's the place for Tuesday nights! read more
