Forever Round table has our favorite pizza. In the last year the quality has definitely gone down. After so many so so pizzas lately today was the topper or lack there of! Ordered a pepperoni & olive pizza, chicken club sandwich & chicken wings (which weren't too bad) The pizza arrived with no pepperoni only olives, the crust was not their normal yummy "original style" it was thinner and didn't taste near as good. The usually rich and Spicey red sauce was not that either. Might have been better off ordering crappy Dominos pizza. Then the chicken club sandwich on focaccia bread was literally a hot dog bun with a few pieces of chicken and some red onion. Just wow.... think we're done with them! read more

3.5 stars. I ordered online for pickup (delivery not available to my address). 30 mins pickup time isn't unexpected on a Friday night at 6:30, but not great. When we arrived, the front area was packed with people waiting and trying to use buffet. Two cashiers working and someone arguing about a coupon with one. I wish they just gave her the $2 off and got the line moving. It's always a bit of a mad house there with a long wait, but . . . It is always excellent pizza. The buffet looks good but I've never tried it. Pack your patience and enjoy. read more

They ending making me wait longer just to remake my order wrong and gave me someone else's order, they found my original order in the warmers, but by then the pizza was cold. They also said they were going to void my credit card charges since I waited so long. Just to find out today they didn't void the charges at all. We just left there and the food was terrible! The crust was semi-burnt on both pizzas. The sauce and pizza itself had absolutely no flavor, it was truly disgusting. We ended up throwing away half over both pizzas. Not with the money; we will never go again. Also, they either don't have air conditioning or don't have it on and with it being 80 degrees outside tonight, we were all sweating inside the restaurant. First off we love round table pizza & salad bar its worth the price. I always have coupons on hand that makes the difference in price very little for great pizza. The other day I placed a togo order. Got there pizza was just about ready. They told me that the oven was too hot & my pizza bubbled up a lot so they were making me a new one. Ok bummed I have to wait but ok I wait. 10 minutes later they offered me a free 2 liter of soda for my time. She had me at Dr Pepper! Thanked her. 10 min later my pizza is done. They give me the 1st one for free & made me a perfect new pepperoni! Wow that was awesome! I found myself mentioning to a handful of family & friends what had happened & being happy. With that being said I realized I needed say thank you to the puyallup crew yesterday that hooked me up & made their mistake right the 5 star way. We stopped in and enjoyed the pizza buffet fundraiser that was being held that night. The staff was great with keeping the buffet well stocked and clean. The restaurant itself was really clean as well. There is a kids play area attached to the dine in area where the kids had a blast playing and giving me some quiet time. read more

Stopped by super hungry and ordered a large pepperoni pizza. A half hour later we checked on the status and found that THEY HADNT STARTED IT YET!?! An hour later we got our pizza. I will start off commenting on the staff they were kind and I had no problems The pricing of your pizza is outrageous and especially for what you get. I got my kids a cheese pizza and it was the most disgusting pizza. I honestly can't believe you charged me 18.99 for this mess. The wings are what you can throw in s microwave and have at home. The salad bar was brown lettuce. The game room all the games erre broken. My mom ordered a flat bread pizza and they told us they hadn't received the ingredients for them and haven't been trained to make them but they were sitting in the menu in front of us. The quality of the restaurant is disgusting and dirty. I even took pictures. There are huge holes in the bench seating. Stained carpet . It's literally disgusting in there. The sad part is it's not the employees fault it's corporates fault for not taking more of an intterest. This trip cost me $65 including games that were broken. Nothing to complain about when it comes to the pizza. The food is always good. What I do have a problem with is when I order online they either don't get the order correct or I have to wait longer than notes at time of order. I made a mistake but Round Table Pizza did not and went above and beyond. I ordered 3 pizzas online, two large and a medium along with bread sticks. It was around 6 pm when I ordered and the site stated that it was an estimated 80 minutes for delivery. I called the store at around 7:45 pm inquiring about the status of my pizza. They put me on hold, came back and informed me it had been ready for quite some time and was ready to pick up. It appears I ordered the pizza to go. The lady asked me if I wanted it remade, I informed her no, that I would just come and pick it up. It was my fault, not theirs. I figured I would just heat it up in the microwave when I got home. When I arrived, my pizzas were just coming out of the oven having been remade through their own initiative. In addition, I received a large of each pizza instead of the medium I had ordered. We got the pizza home and everything tasted amazing. Maybe it was because we were hungry but this was the best tasting pizza we have had from this particular restaurant in a long time. Food is great but their ability to meet a timeline is awful. I appreciate the concern over them being behind and offering a free beverage while I wait, but what's the point when they're late to deliver every time. There are a number of pizza places in town that deliver on time, I can always take my money elsewhere...Just want an accurate pickup time. read more

I ordered a pizza at 4:52PM today and called back at 8:15 and my pizza was still there. I've ordered so many pizzas from here that I have full pizzas of magnets on my fridge and yes there was a miscommunication as always I ask to get it delivered but it was sitting there as a pick up. Maybe after a half hour or hour call and say "hey, are you coming for this"? For me to have to call back hours later is ridiculous! I Ordered a pizza to be picked up two weeks ago, on a tuesday, when we arrived they informed us they gave our pizza to someone else and were making ours right away. We waited 45 min finally when our pizza shows up they ask if they can give us a coupon for a free XL pepperoni pizza, we accept. I called today, ordered my free XL pizza, tell her about my coupon she puts me on hold, comes back asks about my other pizza, I said no the coupon is for the pizza I just ordered, she says oh okay sorry can I out you on hold again. Then Addison comes over the phone and says "I'm sorry we can't sell anymore pizzas because we are out of cheese. Would you like to order anything besides pizza?" So when is an acceptable day to order a pizza and it be available when I want to eat it...... The pizza is always good but the staff isn't the best. read more

Went here for lunch buffet with my little girls, and was pretty impressed. The price was great, salad bar was fresh and had good options, the staff was really friendly, & most importantly, the pizza was delicious!! There is an arcade and play area (outside) for the kids. Overall, it was a pretty relaxing lunch because the kids had things to do within eyesight of me. Will definitely be back with friends! read more

Roundtable Pizza. It is what it is. But theres just something about this one that sets it apart. The staff is friendly, they keep the place spot-less and the salad bar is always stocked w/fresh goodness. But if you're looking for some peace and quiet, don't go on the weekends. Seriously the best pizza in South Hill! Crispy crust, not soggy! Tons of toppings with no need to order extra! Customer service was awesome... when we do carry out, they always show us our pizza to make sure it to our liking. It's always is. Their sauce is perfect also. Matt the manager is so courteous and professional. This place is way better than the rock pizza and way better than farellies. Customer for life! The staff does such a great job at making you feel welcomed, part of the family as well as baking a great pizza and maintaining a clean, friendly environment. Poor customer service and dirty. It's hard to get a table when they are all not clean. When I left there were 15 tables that needed to be bused. Get this store some help. My family and I usually have pretty good experiences with this place but last Friday (9/7) we were unpleasantly surprised. A young girl with brown hair and obviously fake eyelashes had the worst possible attitude. It was almost impossible not to hear her disgustingly rude tone while disrespecting her fellow coworker behind the counter. I felt incredibly bad for whoever she was talking to. What a terrible workplace. This young girl ruined our once beloved dinner place, hopefully someone sets her straight. We ate on March 19th, Saturday evening the cashier named Michaela was very rude to us, no smiling no greeting, the attitude was terrible, and she didn't even give us the receipt after we paid for it, I hate horrible customer service because I was a server at the restaurant too! At 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon the place was empty. Let's hope the pizza isn't. They had 2 meat pizzas. We ordered the one without bacon. Pizza was piping hot. Taste was ok. Crust was good. Came for lunch buffet. The pizza selection was pretty lame. Whoever was making pies must have been a mushroom fan because they were on nearly every pie. I hate mushrooms, so that sucked for me. Outside of the non mushroom varieties were standard crap selections like, cheese, pepperoni and Hawaiian. Super disappointing. All of the round tables I visit usually have lots of delicious varieties from their menu like Maui wowie. Not here. Near the end of the visit a chicken pizza came out, but it was too late for me. The salad bar here is super small. Neither pizza station nor salad bar were very well kept. Many things were run out or running low. Went for a trip to pizza station and dude staring clearing our table. That was awesome considering there were massive other tables that had been sitting for a while waiting to be cleaned.
