The cheese bread comes as a loaf and not sliced up, and there's barely any cheese on them. You take 3 bites of bread before you get any cheese which is crazy for $7. Don't even get me started on $4 for one soda. $32 for a large pizza that wasn't sliced all the way through? The high chairs were sticky and had crumbs. However they have added a 5% service fee due to the rising costs to do business in California. That wouldn't have bothered me so much but I participate in the RT rewards through their app and they no longer participate for patrons to earn points or redeem them. Ordered dinner for the kids and decided to get the churro twists as a treat. Brought order home and opened box. Not only were they hard as a rock, there was none of the caramel sauce that is supposed to come with them. I have been disgusted by the quality of the food and by the attitude of the employees and management when the burned pizzas and rotten chicken wings are brought to the attention of management. During extreme heat waves (112 degrees or higher), I like to have pizza delivered. The last three pizzas I have ordered have been burned. The first time I said nothing. The second time I called. I told the employee that answered the phone that I had asked the employee taking the order to please check to make sure the pizza is not burned. I explained I had paid for Door Dash delivery and I wanted another pizza delivered. The employee said to me, "There is something wrong with the oven lady. I just got here. Don't worry we'll deliver another pizza. I don't know what you're upset about." I told her I wouldn't pay for Door Dash again. An employee delivered the pizza. The next order, a couple of months later we ordered a pizza and wings ($24) for the wings. It was about 9 pm close to closing and the rotten wings were delivered. The pizza was okay. I decided the next morning to go to the store and bring in the wings. I didn't want to deal with it. I was told by the manager I could not be refunded the day after delivery. She told me to fill out a form and she would send it to corporate so I could get a refund. I did as she asked. I never received a refund. Last week, I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. I paid over $40 for the pizza and delivery. I again asked if someone would check to make sure the pizza was not burned before delivering it. It was burned black. I called and the rude employee I spoke to about a previous burned pizza told me, " I just got here. I don't know what's going on!" I asked that another pizza be delivered and she told me now that they use Door Dash that they would not deliver another. I explained they had before. She put me on hold to talk to the manager. I waited 15 minutes and called back. The manager gave me a refund that showed up on my debit card a couple of days later. I explained I have had other burned pizzas in the past. I even came to pickup a pizza and it was burned. I asked if the ovens were broken as I had been told previously. She said,"There are many reasons why your pizza was burned." I asked if there was a corporate office phone number. I was told the store was a franchise and she would not give me contact information. I tried finding a number online. I ended up using a complaint form online, but I still have not received a response. Over the past five years, I received a gift card for another really bad pizza that was not completely cooked. Infrequently, we would have a terrible pizza. I just dealt with it. These last occurrences are beyond acceptable. I live in a small town and there is not another place to order pizza. There really is not other restaurants. In the future will just pick up pizza at Costco --45 minutes away when I am in a larger neighboring town for half the cost. Or, I'll have pizza from Papa Murphy's during cooler weather (too hot for the oven in the summer). When we really want to eat out, I will pick up a pizza from Round Table and pray the pizza isn't burned. And...I will not eat in the restaurant because of the heat and the air is not cool enough. The two times we ordered at the restaurant, a party from "the party banquet room spilled into the entry way and into the other side of the restaurant. Children were throwing foam footballs and balls down the restaurant in front of the registers. It's not my place to discipline or say anything about other people's children to parents, even to management. People in this town are volatile and lose their tempers. The manager or an employee should have asked the parents to keep the party in the banquet room. Now, I'm hungry for pizza and not a pizza place to be found!!! read more

Well... this will be our last time ever stopping at this location. My son went to the counter after we just spent $70 on pizza and breadsticks and he was told that they had to charge him for a cup of ice. Stopped here with GF coming back from a trip to Bay Area from Tehama county. We were super starvinated. There was one family eating when we walked In around 7 pm on a Tuesday. Nobody else. I have fond memories of Round Table from when I was a kid- the delicious smell from the oven, the sound and lights from the arcade machines, and most of all the supreme pizza. For the 2 star review I am basing the rating soley on the pie. First, some good things about the place: the staff was quick and friendly, u can tell they kept up the pace behind the counter. The salad bar was freshly stocked and maintained, and the restaurant was clean. As for the pizza, I gotta say I was disappointed. It was far from bad, rather it just wasn't up to the standard I had for the long standing chain. For a sit down joint the large pepperoni italiano we ordered was a notch behind a Little Caesar's $5 Hot N Ready (which is a pretty good pizza for the price). Its was fairly salty, and the ratios leaned a little more on the doughy side. The crust was bitter and the size for a large came up short. I wouldn't discourage anyone from visiting, perhaps if I was from the area I would give Round Table another shot and try a different pie. As for today's meal, is was just ok. read more

We believe this restaurant took advantage of our terminally ill relative in the worst way. She was a disabled veteran who lived alone. The employees at Round Table Pizza were aware of this. She unfortunately passed away and we discovered irregular financial activity while looking over her bank and phone records. There were over $800 worth of credit card charges for food that she supposedly ordered over the phone and had delivered to her home on 18 separate dates. However there were no phone calls to Round Table Pizza from her phone on those specific order dates. We believe an unscrupulous employee at the restaurant was creating fake orders using our relative's phone number and credit card information. We believe they were giving these large fraudulent orders of food to their friends and family to enjoy free of charge. This concerning financial abuse occurred in 2021. The owner of this Round Table Pizza has refused to take any responsibility for the financial abuse that occurred at her restaurant - even after being given detailed documentation. We want to warn others about this disturbing situation so that it never happens to anyone else again. read more

Good service and good pizza, but expensive. There aren't too many restaurants open at night in Willows. If you want pizza, this is pretty much your only choice unless you have access to an oven, which my motel room did not provide. So, we went to Round Table. The restaurant was large and clean. Strikingly empty for a Saturday night, we were able to order quickly from the straightforward menu from the friendly staff. After that, everything is pretty much self-serve, so I'm not blown away by the level of service. The pizzas arrived about 20 minutes later as the place started to fill up. The food was fine, but certainly not in my top 10 pizza places. The order was spot on. The downside here is that, WOW! is it ever expensive for a single pizza. I don't think that you could get away with charging $17 for a medium pizza in any town with competition, but I have taken enough Econ classes to understand supply and demand curves and how they can charge that much. read more

Absolutely the WORST pizza I ever bought. That includes the $3 frozen ones from 7-11 we got in college. Mostly crust, and no sauce. Very little cheese, with what few toppings there were arranged in a little circle in the middle. Medium size, and it was $27. Maybe this a 'locals only' place now. That was the impression I got. I was obviously an outsider... I was the only one in the place wearing a mask, and there is no way could they sell a pizza like that to a 'regular' customer. Yeah I know, a chain doesn't really *need* a review but I was particularly pleased with the food and service at this one. On our way back from Mt. Shasta we stopped here (in kind of the middle of no where) for lunch. It's a big space with very big cushy booths and long benched tables. Took advantage of their lunch specials and here is where I have to digress a bit. They offer 4 lunch specials and these specials are all posted on a big menu board. Next to the number of the special there are pictures depicting what you get with each respective special. Seems simple, right? Apparently we had been driving too long or something b/c Hubster had a helluva time figuring out what to order since he "couldn't figure out what the difference was in each special." Um, okaaaay. Our food came out very quickly, within 10 minutes (closer to 6) and my pizza was perfect, cheesy and delicious. Hubster was satisfied with his salad bar options and enjoyed his pizza but he got chopped tomatoes on his pizza and I know he prefers sliced ones. A great spot to stop for a quick lunch (that isn't McDonald's), I would go here again if I was ever passing through. read more

Ordered 2 large pizzas, they have two vegetarian pizzas, but was really impressed with their vegetarian hot sand which, I had to go back the next day to get another one. I don't know how you can mess up a good formula of thin crusts, a ton of spicy sauce and lotsa cheese, but they do where I live by skimping on the good stuff to pay the rent I guess. This Round Table was so good and had the best food, I had to write a review. I come up to this part of California a few times a year to race up at Thunderhill. Every other time we stop here. However, I was blown away with the food and the service. The district manager needs to come by here and give the whole staff a pat on the back. Let me run you through the experience. I was a little disappointed that we were going here, as the last two times I went to a Round Table in San Luis Obispo, I was left with disappointment. We had the private room and they kept the pizza coming all night. They also provided an alfredo pasta and bread sticks. Who knew that Round table had pasta, I didn't. Every time the staff came in to check on us they were very professional and willing to get us whatever we needed, even though the restaurant was busy. The facility rocks for this part of California.
