The plan was to check in after the show, around midnight. Due to the late check in time, I called the hotel a couple of days beforehand to make sure that there wouldn't be a problem. The person I spoke with assured me that it was fine. When I arrived at the hotel, a family was having a heated argument with the desk clerk. Apparently there was an issue cleaning their room - and mine as I was about to find out - so the manager (who wasn't there) had cancelled our bookings without notifying us! The clerk explained that they didn't have our contact info because we'd used third party reservation sites. This all sounded very suspicious. For starters, why was it that the people who checked in last had the issues? The answer was simple: hotels don't make much profit on bookings made through third party sites, so the hotel gave our rooms to people without reservations who were willing to pay more for the rooms. Making matters worse, the clerk would not offer any help whatsoever. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night! When I got back home I checked my credit card and the cost of the room was not credited; the hotel took my money in addition to whatever the person(s) who got my room that night paid.

They went above and beyond by getting us ice for our softball games and providing bottles of water before we headed out. That extra level of kindness and customer service really made a lasting impression. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to families looking for a spacious, comfortable place to stay.

It is plopped between two residential areas and feels safe. The room itself needed care, and has largely gone un-updated since the 90s. And the "included breakfast" is two cereal options, instant oatmeal, and prepackaged pastries. There was a $50 room security deposit which is paid via cash or card and is refunded after the room is inspected on your last visit. However it wasn't initially made clear to me that's what it was and I needed clarification from another desk clerk. I think for myself I would pay a bit more per night and stay somewhere else.

The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling in the other room, paint were missing from the wall and the bathtub were back at every edges it had inside on and around the mat and the edges of tub. When I paid for the room they asked me $50 deposit, however I should've asked for deposit from them, not to get infected by the morning I wake up. Everyone raved about it and everything was absolutely delicious! I could have eaten those lemon bars all weekend. The thing that put everything over the top was the courtyard. Everyone did not see it as soon as they came in but once they did venture outside, no one wanted to come back in. Good thing the program part of the banquet was already over. We took wonderful pictures. The fire pit was lit, and everyone just wanted to stay for as long as possible. I only wish we could have stayed past 10. The only downside was the A/V. But i think if you are bringing your own speakers and things, it would be fine. All in all, I would absolutely, unquestionably refer this space to anyone looking to have an event. Open the salad container and found an abundance of salad and a decent amount of steak. They didn't ask me how I wanted the steak, but it came medium to medium well. That's fine. You get a ton of salad and about eight strips of steak. Just what the doctor ordered! Everything about the salad was good. You get a choice of five different dressings. I went with the Italian dressing. It wasn't over the top tangy, I found it to be just right.

I was not informed that they were under construction until I arrived. The front desk employee said they stop everyday by 530pm. He did not say they start around 750am though. After a long day I got ready to take a shower and realized there were no bath towels in my room. I called the front desk and was told they would bring some right up (this was 10pm). About an hour later, still no towels the front desks calls to say things got busy and they were coming right now. I received 1 bath tiwel and 1 hand towel (I requested 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths) around 11:45pm. Hopefully, once the renovations are completed this location will be a better representation of the Hilton brand. Currently it felt like a cheap roadside motel.

Since the security door is sawed off, there is no way of stopping any one from coming into our room at night while we are asleep. 4) they asked how many travelers when I booked the room, yet they gave us two sets of towels instead of 3 sets 5) dirty. Stains here stains there 6) gym: most disgusting gym I've seen for a Marriott or Fairfield Inn. The photos are self explanatory, it's bad. It's set at 82 degrees, nothing is wiped, mopped, cleaned or refilled. It's a hotbed for nasty germs and diseases. 7) Pool, my kid was very excited about the pool until we went to see it, even with the door closed, from the outside, our eyes started to sting from the strong odor oozing out of the pool room. The water looked thick, reeks of strong chemicals. The pool is only short of having bubbles coming out it like the tar swamps of the Jurassic era. 8) lack of staffs, from evening time to night time, no one is at the front desk, they see you when they see you. Just stand there and wait, not even a bell to ring. The only reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is because the staffs were nice. If I wasn't a gold elite Marriott member, this hotel would make me never want to stay at any Marriott hotels.
