I emailed them to inquire & then easily set up an appt. t I never got through when I would call but they were easy to communicate via email. There was a mixup with my pharmacy to fill the Lidocaine & I didn't realize it until I went to pick it up on the day before which was a Sunday. Skin & Style was closed so I left a voicemail & sent an email. I got a call back first thing Monday morning & the rep was able to straighten things out with the pharmacy. I was able to get the prescription in time to prep my baby for her piercing. The actual appt was so easy & my sweet girl barely cried. The nurse did a great job in administering the piercings skillfully & swiftly. She even kept our baby relaxed which kept our group of 5 in good spirits ! (My mom & sister came to cheer our sweet girl on during this momentous occasion!). She showed my husband and I how to clean them daily & gave us the cleaning care package. It's been 19days and her ears are healing beautifully. She doesn't even touch them. Perfect timing!

For my personality, she was too talkative honestly, I could barely get a word in about my actual concerns and questions. She did make me feel very safe, and the piercings are healing well. Not sure if it's because I already have some piercings, but she didn't go very in depth with proper care and things to look out for. No mention of a follow up either, so it left me with some questions but it's not a big deal. She is very knowledgeable so if you ask she will definitely tell you. Almost forgot to include this but the person I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment was quite rude, I saw a few other reviews talking about this too and it was my experience as well. Very short answers, exasperated tone and language, overall not a great first impression. I went through with the appointment because of the positive reviews about the piercer, but the person answering the phone could definitely scare people off.

Microbladng touch up…read more I have been getting my brows microbladed by Mary since just prior to the pandemic shutdown in 2020. I found her on Groupon anad I am so glad that I did. Mary is genuine and has a very strong work ethic. She does not do the elaborate or exaggerate, over-the-top kind of brows (not that I am knocking anyone's preference). o each his/her own. That works for me because I prefer a more natural look. I'be always rceived coplimens on my brows with women telling me that they are alwasy on point-Imean strangers-like women in the gym who have only seen me there when I work out. Mary quelled my fears about the process and explained every step in the process. She was always responsive even after the process was finished. I wll be 71 on Sunday and for as long as I am able, will continue to get my brows microbladed...But only with Mary Saba.

Made an appointment to check out some engagement rings. Had one in mind as that's what my…read moregirlfriend told me she was interested in. While setting up the appointment, the questionnaire asked which ring I was interested in, and if I had any other requests. I specifically requested the ring that my girlfriend liked, and had a request to bring in 2 others to help me pick out the ring. I got a confirmation email, and radio silence until the day before the appointment. The day before the appointment, I was again asked what ring I wanted, and can only bring one other person to view the rings. Concerned, so I tried calling. This was when I learn that it is impossible to call specific stores. The number goes straight to a call center. When I asked if I can talked to the store directly to confirm that they have the ring I was interested in, they said the store would call me back same day. They never did. Finally the day of the appointment, about an hour before, I finally got a phone call from a less enthusiastic person, Emely. She stated that they had the ring, and I could bring two others. At this point it was too late and I already told my 2nd person they couldn't come. When I arrived at the appointment on time, Emely was not there until about 5 minutes later. Again with the lack of enthusiasm. She walked us to her desk, and showed us the ring we were interested in, along with a few other comparables. They only had larger size rings to show. When asking basic questions, we got a bunch of "I don't know" and "I guess" response. Really soured our mood when ring shopping. Finally when we were wrapping up, I asked if there were any number I could call if I had any questions. She said to just email her, but she was not responsive to emails before. The lack of enthusiasm and responses gives me concerns to purchase the engagement ring here.
