When I mentioned the ad, they were not aware of it - very strange since it's written across their window. Next I was told that if I wanted an experienced tech, it was an up charge of $30. Since I didn't want a rookie working around my eyes, I settled for the experienced tech. During my consult, I had asked about brown lashes, after my eyes were taped, I was told brown was "seasonal" and there was an additional up charge of $10 sooo the charge ended up being $150 vs $100. I had the feeling they were throwing out prices to see what stuck Again I'm very happy with the results so at this point I will prob return.

I got there, checked in, and waited for a bit. They still took me a few minutes after my check in time, so don't plan too close to any other obligations you have! I had booked the appointment maybe 1 week in advance online. They did take a deposit, which is to be used towards your appointment. They take you to a large room where there are multiple chairs, so it's not exactly separated from other clients (like other places I've been to that do lashes). The lady who did my lash lift did not talk much but she seemed nice...maybe asked a few questions or mentioned a few words but that was it. It was also kind of assumed I had done lash lifts before because I don't recall being told to keep my eyes closed the whole time, even though I knew to do that. I had to kind of had to pay attention to what was happening to take cues on when to open my eyes. The lady doing my lashes was pretty gentle, such that I dozed off a bit. My lashes looked great afterwards. You have to keep from washing your eyelashes for 24 hours after. If you've never had a lash lift done, they might look unnatural, but I think that comes from how wet they look in pictures immediately after they are set with the perming solutions, but when they dry, they look like normal lashes, but just lifted. Anyway, they give you a complimentary little spoolie to brush them. Overall, it was a good experience, and I do plan on coming back.
