Where to begin. Waited in drive through 15 min before getting to the speaker and another 10 mins to have the order taken. Advised it would take 20 min for 1/2 of the order to be ready. Agreed to wait; but requested the other half of the order now as I hadn't eaten today. Waited at the window and the cashier never returned. Husband went inside and called to say the inside was just as crowded and customers expressing displeasure. Finally got 1/2 the order for there to be no onions or mustard just as requested. Husband s waited another :30 for his order. Unfortunate situation. Probably won't be back.

the final Boss onion ring lol. So good.

When I was younger Roy Rogers was everywhere. Now it's difficult to find one. Luckily I was able to find this one today. Let me just say this....Fixin cups are awesome! I love the idea of toppings on the side as they stay crisp and fresh. I added my fixin cup to my 1/4lb cheeseburger with some yellow mustard and was very happy with the results! I also was pleased to see they offered beer battered onion rings for $3.59. Less than $10 for a really good lunch. Definitely a fan. Onion rings were obviously fresh made. One was a half an onion lol

Stopped in for some dinner went through the drive through I guess it is the manager that took our order and gave us our food. He made sure we had everything we needed before leaving the window. I wish they Roy Rogers would open more restaurants up like there was back in the 70-90's they were all over then they started to shut down. I have noticed that a few are starting to come back this place has a wonderful hamburger and chicken. The strawberry short cake they have for dessert is also very good.

The food was mediocre at best. Friendly service, but it took a long time to make our order and was not impressive at all.

So far I've tried the California Powerhouse and the Turkey Club, and both were stacked with fresh ingredients. The portions are solid, and you can tell they're not skimping on anything. The Powerhouse came on a Kaiser roll and the club on white bread, and both held up really well. I've gotten fries on the side each time. They're cooked well, but they come out unsalted and a little bland on their own. That said, once you add some ketchup, they're perfectly fine and do the job. Service has been quick both times I went. I stopped by around 11:30 during the week (Thursday and Friday), and there was no line either time. From ordering to getting my food was about 5 minutes total, so it's definitely a solid option for a quick lunch. The shop itself is very clean and welcoming, and the staff has been friendly and helpful on both visits. Ordering is simple, though I did notice some of the same sandwich names listed in different sections with different prices, which was a little confusing. I meant to ask about it but forgot. They have a wide selection of deli-style sandwiches (hot and cold), plus cheesesteaks and burgers, which I haven't tried yet. For a sandwich, fries, and a drink, it's been a little over $18, but with the portion sizes and quality, I think it's worth it. I'll definitely be back. I'm especially interested in trying their breakfast since this area doesn't have a lot of strong breakfast spots, so I'm curious to see how they compare.

The subs are still tasty, but it seems like they're putting less meat on the sandwiches. I ordered the Jersey Shore Favorite #2, giant size today. Now, the young man who took my order was polite and efficient. The next young man, the broken cog in the wheel, held up progress. There's lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar - apparently, placing vegetables and condiments on a sandwich is this guy's Mt. Everest! There was one sandwich being prepared ahead of mine. It took 17 minutes (yes, I timed it because of my prior experience) to finally get my sub. I had to go sit down and get up a few times so I didn't develop bed sores on my ass. Overall, underwhelmed by the service, quality and value. JM, you're getting out of control with the prices for a sandwich! Prime rib is cheaper by the pound!

My main concern tonight and the reason for a 2 is the men's bathroom was GROSS. Floor was dirty and grimy, toilet was unsanitary and covered with urine and other dirt. Whether you're getting a sandwich, salad, or pizza, it doesn't feel like typical fast casual food. It's a step above that, but still quick and convenient. I've had the turkey avocado sandwich and the green goddess salad, both solid choices. My daughter usually goes for the pizza and enjoys it every time. We come here every once in a while, and the consistency is there. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. It's clean, not too loud, and works whether you're eating in or just stopping by to grab something and go. Service is solid. You order, things come out pretty quick, and the staff is friendly without overdoing it. One thing I will say is Newk's is one of the cleaner eating options in the area. If you're trying to be a little more mindful about what you're eating but still want something convenient, this is a good move. Overall, it's reliable. Fresh food, good options, and easy to work into your routine. Definitely somewhere I keep in rotation.

I basically got a bowl of tomatoes with a few beans in it and beef that look like was run through a blender. I was lucky if there was an ounce of beef in the chili. The other advertised condiments were only half filled in their cups and they were not enough I mean seriously I got about two thumbnails worth of cheese. And it was expensive enough to warrant a normal bowl of chili. On the positive side, my half sandwich of avocado and turkey was good. And before anyone says that should've talked to the management that wouldn't have been possible. I don't think there were any more than three people working here on a busy Saturday in December and there was always a long line. I wasn't going to get back in line and wait 15 minutes for something that should have been done right.

Like go to the grocery and buy their brand off the shelf and that was what it was. The mayo was thinly spread, as was the yellow mustard. I guess there was about 2 oz of meat. Honestly, it just wasn't worth $10 to me. Sandwiches come with nothing, so if you want chips or anything else, you pay separately for those. It's very small, as noted, but very clean. The deli serves as a go-to spot for a quick grab and go or a quick stop-in and sit either inside or outside (total of four tables). Counter deli-style ordering only. They are located off of Piney Orchard Parkway behind the Walgreens and ACE (truly hidden). Other than their breakfast menu items, the Cheesesteak sandwich, scrapple and the Italian sub is what people tend to order here according to the cashier.
