Finally boardings plane after an 8+ hour delay in Casablanca.

EVERYTHING!! The staff needs customer service training at the least! The food service could use an upgrade, as well as the entertainment.

ZERO Stars. I have never experienced such heinous behavior from an airline. They completely destroyed my checked baggage and told me there was nothing I could do but submit a claim and wait for them to eventually get back to me. I lost so many valuables and the airline has done nothing. Even worse, when I did get my bag it was wet and covered in dirt, gravel, and fecal matter. They made my first few days in Morocco hell as I had to scramble to replace clothes. Attached are the photos from when my bag finally arrived at the airport. DO NOT check a bag with Royal Air Maroc. Awful, awful airline with horrendous customer service.

This woman made a racist remark at a Moroccan passenger. She was rude and disrespectful. How is this airline still in business? One of the worst airlines by reputation WORLDWIDE. The employees seem to not care and NOT like their jobs. Being this airline belongs to the Royal Family you would think they would be trained properly, paid adequately, and treated right. However, they act like they are in fear and not trained properly. I guess if you keep slaves ignorant it is easier to control them. Very sad. Will never use them. They are creating a Monopoly and not allowing other companies to fly in and out of Morocco to force travelers wanting to visit to only use their airline. Shameful!

Despite all the poor reviews, we had a delightful flight on Royal Air Maroc. It was a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, great plane. Service was very good and the food was also very good. Found out that they serve alcohol in Business class only. The movie selection was poor.

There guy who make the $$$ from the poor african passengers.

Traveling to Casablanca + Sierra Leone in December. Just got email that a) the airline has arbitrarily changed the DATES of my flights, both inbound and outbound and b) if I don't accept the changes, I lose my non-refundable fare. Can they do this?

The customer service team assists travelers with managing existing bookings, updating itineraries, exploring alternative travel options, and addressing questions throughout the travel process. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. Unfortunately, this American Airlines experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra **$140** for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating layout differed from what had been displayed at purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, **6K**, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in Detroit seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Chicago, where I was informed they could not assist and was given yet another number to call. That representative ultimately redirected me back to the original Detroit contact. Only after several calls and repeated explanations did an agent finally provide the information I had requested from the start. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself attractive and well-maintained, and most of the flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. However, the overall environment deteriorated as the flight progressed. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking American Airlines for a similar trip in the Future. Air India - Convenient USB port

First of all, let me say that when taking 14 hour(or more) flights, comfort is key. Let me list the good: 1. Leg room. I was seated on the left side of the plane and there was A LOT of leg room. I could easily strech out and being next to the window, it was easier to get out past the passengers next to me. 2. Foot rests. That's right, they have adjustable foot rests. 3. Personal TV. Games, music, TV shows and movies. You had your choice of Hindi and English. I wasn't too impressed with the english language movies selection, but that's because I had already seen most of them. 4. USB port to charge your personal phone. Located right underneath the TV screen. 5. Bottled water in its own little basket for you. 6. Personal space to keep you gadgets and things was sufficient. 7. The Food. It's an Indian Airline. So they're gonna serve Indian food. And I thought it was delicious and there were a lot of little dishes on my tray. I didn't care for the plain yogurt, but that's just me. 8. Service. The staff were very efficient but could have used a bit more smiles. But now that I think about it, most other airline staff are the same way. It just depends on what's happening in their individual lives that day. The reasons above made my 14 hour flight more enjoyable. Here's a note on the passengers. I'm an American. So I'm used to certain courtesies, personal space and habits. When traveling to a foreign country and using their transportation, their customs and courtesies override yours. So be mindful of the following and you'll be fine: 1. There seems to be a little more respect given to elderly people. If you're waiting in the queue for the toilet and an old person walks up and just gets in front of everybody, just let it go. So you have to squeeze your cheeks or spout just a little longer, just remember that you have more time left on the planet than they do. 2. While standing in the queue(or line). Indians don't seem to have that same amount of personal space and can be all up on you. Just let it go. It's just a cultural difference. 3. Kids. They will also get head of the line priviledges for some reason. 4. Personal hygene. Some people from other countries "expire" quicker than others. But then again, you'd find that anywhere. Just be prepared. So the service and ammenities of Air India are quite outstanding. What one has to get used to is the habits of fellow passengers. Because everyone is different. I would definitely fly with them again.

The dates that I picked was fully booked 2. It was cheaper 3. Nice to try another airline..... Remember the cliche....you always get what you pay for? .sorry to say but it was so true for this airline.....Everything was centered and catered for the Indian passengers ONLY!!! ..never took any considerations for the "other"....riders....Well before going for the negatives....I want to dwell on the positives first.... The airline staff....from the ground to the stewardess were very helpful , pleasant and accomodating....they were able to transfer me to a more comfortable seat after being "sandwiched by 2 nursing mothers with "shrieking" children... ..(I had the worst bout of migraine) and the stewardess had actually given me some analgesic and made some fresh fruits salad... Now for the "downers".....the movies were all Indian....and we're all captive audiences...unfortunately....the food are mostly a choice between what kind of curry....chicken..lamb or beef....and the passengers were very loud...and noisy...the man in front of my seat removed his shoes and socks and lied down...he probably thought he was in his living room...there was no order....the staff more lax than orher airlines...everybody keep moving around...even though they're not suppose to....and the beautiful lady in front of me unfortunately has a very "particular body odor" that got me the migraine ...sorry about that...... It was quite an experience....riding this Airline....but I am afraid I just might have to go back to Virgin Atlantic or British Airways....where I feel more comfortable and at home...watching English movies and dining with a lot more elegant choices....I don't care if I have to pay more..........As long as I get what I paid for!!!!....
