I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to letting myself get influenced by a reel :( that's on me. The experience was so subpar. It feels like a very cheap place and the experience is not relaxing or personalized at all. 1. The hydrofacial machine turned off mid facial. They had to scramble a bit to figure out what was wrong and not once did they bother to communicate with me. 2. The facial was advertised for 45 mins but only lasted 20. 3. It was not comfortable at all and since there are no walls and there's only a very light curtain as a room divider so I could hear the conversations around making the experience not relaxing. 4. My facialist was super nice but she seemed pretty inexperienced. 5. When I asked for aftercare instructions I was just told to continue with my normal routine even though I mentioned I use retinol at night. I had to google aftercare to ensure I don't do anything I'm not supposed to. I'm only giving it two stars because they did give me 2 full size products for free as part of the service. I am convinced the lady who did my "facial" not only has no training or knowledge about cosmetics whatsoever (and I promise I am not exaggerating) but I don't even think she ever had a facial done on her before- if she did, she would ve known that what I got today thru their instagram promo was not only a scam but a scam that left my skin needing imminent attention AFTER leaving Royal bee. I don't even know where to start, but let me just go ahead and list all of it: The bed where I laid down had nothing on it, no couch roll, no exam table paper, not even a towel- she put 2 pieces of paper towel (just wait until you see how much paper towel is used :/) by where I put my head and that was that. She put on blue surgical gloves that were way too big for her and THEN started opening drawers, touching machines, even went out to look for a head band for me, all with those gloves that she will proceed to use to scrub in a peeling gel, from the get go!!! Like who does that? A peeling gel??? After she finishes "exfoliating", she takes pieces of paper towel and sprays water on them and wipes my face...... SHE WAS USING PAPER TOWELS TO WIPE MY FACE!!!!! She also used paper towels to put around my neck to protect my clothes, it was uncomfortable, itchy... She then tried really really hard to make a facial steamer work-it did not work. She goes ahead and puts a foaming cleanser that she again wipes down with wet paper towels. All of this was in 7/10min! then she puts this serum and starts using a machine for 30min, stating and I quote : " These machines were made by NASA and you can find fake ones on TEMU, but this one is the real deal"..... Then again, paper towel, water spray and wipes my face... Don't ask why I didn't leave as soon as I saw there was nowhere for me to lay down... It's not only not worth the 45$, it damaged my skin! I came out and my skin started burning in the sun because of the peeling gel she used and my face felt so greasy I had to put on a mud mask to calm my skin.... The free products are only available on this sketchy website and their prices make no sens (more expensive than La prairie!!) I will be DEFINITELY be reporting them to the Business Better bureau. Like many others who have given a review, I found this place from an Instagram ad, offering a "new customer special" for 45 minutes, including 3 complimentary take-home products. Off the bat, the directions provided to find the business were subpar - the given address takes you to a Buffalo Wild Wings, and you have to venture somewhat blindly into a strip mall to actually locate it. The service itself was rushed and unprofessional. It was only 25 minutes long (20 minutes short of what was promised) and was neither thorough nor personalized. There was no discussion beforehand about skin concerns/goals, they just went right in with random products. It was a pretty messy application, there was product getting in my mouth, and there were distinct areas of my face that product didn't even touch. Paper towels were used to try and prevent product from getting on clothes, but it still managed to get all in my hairline and make my hair sticky. The employee was sitting slightly to the side of me, instead of behind my head, and kept favoring the side of my face they were on, so the other side got very little attention. Some of the equipment they used was clearly not working, and they just gave up on it after covering a portion of the face. You are not in a private space - just separated from the rest of the salon by a small curtain. There was lots of chatter mere feet away from me, and my person kept talking to customers as they walked in. It was just not a relaxing environment at all. I'll give credit that the 3 products I left with do appear to be pretty expensive, according to some quick Google searches, and the employees were all very kind. Beyond that, this experience did not meet any expectations it set forth, and just seems like an amateur operation overall. I wish I had more positive things to share, but my takeaways corroborated many of the other negative reviews on here. read more

Is it possible to give no star? I got a 45mins facial promote from Instagram and thought why not? 1st off the address that the email correspondence took me to Buffalo Wild Wings, then no one answered the phone as I was trying to contact the facility. When I finally found it I was already 10 mins late. The lady was nice and she briefly cleaned my face with a cleanser, she asked me if I speak Spanish and when I replied i didn't, she told me I should. She began to caked on 1 product after another and told me I needed all of them even tho she thought I was 15 years younger than my actual age. For the most part everything they put on my face burned a little but I thought maybe I just have sensitive skin. The section ended way less than 45mins, but that's fine because I know this was a sorry excuse for a facial. At checkout the lady just kept pushing product after product and at that point I just said I only wanted the facial, paid and walked out. After I got home I washed my face with soap and used my own cleanser and the attached picture is the end result. read more

Moved nearby and been looking for a new place for facials. Safe to say I'll be crossing off this place. The facial was very mid low quality facial. Didn't see or feel any difference after It was complete. didn't even have that the post facial glow like I usually do.The lady put two products on my face then rubbed it off with a kitchen paper towel lol I thought was odd and felt harsh. Then put another cream on my face said it would only be on 10 minutes but stayed on 20 min I checked the time. It was a waste of time and will be making the drive back to my old facial spot. Also the facial is a lot shorter than stated. And the free products I looked them up there is no reviews anyways on google and there not even allowed to be sold on Amazon or eBay which is concerning. I found Royal Bee through Facebook Ad, I was in need of a facial, and I had never had one before my skin was pretty bad I had a lot of red spots all over my face that made me insecure, I also had acne, once I was in the consultation with Carmen she did an amazing job she recommended me few products that I needed for me to achieve my skin goals, ( I have used them for a month 1/2 and my wrinkles under eye bags have been going away and my redness as well) she's awesome and makes you feel very comfortable she speaks English and Spanish and I also received Free products they had a promotion, this is my 2nd time going to get a facial and my skin looks better than ever thanks to Carmen she also has another store where she sells hair extensions hair products and much more, I bought a hair mask and hair serum and my hair feels AMAZING like never before.
