The food was good, but the service was so slow. It was not a busy night, restaurant not even half full and they didn't even take our order until after a half hour. 2 hours later, we are ready to go but still need our check and a to-go box. Plenty of wait-staff walking around but seeming to dodge eye contact. It seems the to-go orders are flowing quickly though. I would suggest calling in a to-go order and when you arrive just tell them you've changed your mind and would like to dine in. read more

Ordered food for pick up and the employee told me food would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up in 40 minutes and waited an hour from when I got there for my food!!!!! They kept saying a couple more minutes everytime I asked. There were so many people waiting for food and when customers told them the time they placed their order they would tell them it was wrong and say a different time. There was no remorse or apology just rudeness. Last time I went they forgot my rice and I had to go back, never once did they apologize or try and make up for all the time I had lost and all the time my daughter had to sit there and wait. This is our go to for biryani. We usually get the chicken 65 biryani. We crave this every couple months, and have placed many pick up orders with them. The food is always ready on time and the quality is consistent. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for good biryani. read more

This place sucks so avoid it. I would give 0 stars if I could. Food is terrible along with service. The restaurant was colder than the outside. Service was super slow where we had to ask the waiter to set up our table. At the end we asked one of the servers if they can pack one of the dosa since all the food came out at once and the dosas came late, the server responds with that try eating it first. We knew we wouldn't be able to fit it, so I don't see why they can't pack it? Also if you need to go containers you'll probably have to ask them three or so times. Worst place ever. We have tried several places since, and each has been fine, but not the flavors we rcalled. Well... last night we hit the jackpot! Look, I'm a white girl who grew up in the Midwest. I'm not an expert on Indian food. I eat it a lot, I enjoy it a lot. And the spices and techniques RBH uses are stellar. We got ... Paneer 65, which was a journey of flavors... first it was savory, then the heat kicked in, THEN the acidic and sour notes emerged. Wow. Aloo Gobi, spicy, rich, tender but not mushy potatoes. Super good. Butter Chicken. I mean, can you go wrong? But it was such a smooth and velvety curry and the chicken was well cooked, Chicken Tandoori was really bright and fresh flavors, seasoned and cooked really well.. A couple of different naan options. Ok. Let's talk naan. I get sad when it resembles pita bread. It's ok... I mean, it's a carb. I like carbs. But the RBH naan is big, and thin, and incredibly flavorful. Highly reccomend! read more

Tried Goat & Chicken dum biryanis about 10 times in last 2-3 months. Good portions & one off the very few places that serves dum biryani. Goat biryani is OK (much better than any other outlets) but chicken dum biryani is the BEST I had in Seattle area in the last 4 years. Trust me, I am a huge biryani freak & tried all the places in Redmond/bothell/Bellevue/issaquah areas. It is the worst restaurant I have visited in these long years. I ordered food over the phone and was mentioned it would take 25-30mins which was ok and I went ahead and placed. After reaching restaurant, the person said it would take 1-1.5 hrs. Again I called the number and asked if it was a long wait and why I was communicated 30 mins, the person on the phone mentioned the time had increased to 45 minutes (still didn't mention it can take up to 1 hour). Many people were waiting outside in the queue and it was very cold. Talking back and forth, it was almost 50-55 minutes, and I again asked the person at the restaurant and he mentioned another 15-20mins and I was like what the hell. After this long wait and frustration, I told the person "If you are not able to fulfill the order then why are you taking these many orders? Moreover, if you are taking orders, you should be providing the right time so the person can plan accordingly) Then, here comes the most frustrating part, once I told him this he mentioned I don't have your order. I again asked are you giving my order? He mentioned I don't have your order. Guys I did hear the same from my other friends but thought it couldn't be this rude. But yes, the person was so rude. Been there for my friends party. It was buffet lunch consisting of cut mirchi, baby corn Manchurian, chicken pakoda, chicken curry, butter paneer, veg and chicken biryani. Hyderabadi chicken biryani was the best of all, really authentic, haven't tasted a better one in any of the other Indian restaurants in Seattle area. I loved the cut mirchi as well, they were crispy and filled with onions. I would recommend gulab jamun as well. These were my favorites but Everything else tasted good as well. don't eat here. Biryani is Spicy hot even on request for no chilli- spicy yet no taste. The side raita is watery with no flavor or ingredient like how it is suppose to be. We did take out - they didn't even gave us adequate side dishes: 1 small raita and 1 small gravy for 4 box Of biryani. Worst Experience ever!!! I ordered the Bezawada chicken biryani and chili garlic naan. The food came 1.undercooked 2.too spicy 3.not edible 4. naan had raw garlic bits just bad.
