I love this nail place! The staff is amazing and friendly, it's taken us a long time to find a great nail place and this doesn't disappoint! I suggest it to everyone. The person who does my nails is Tran he's hilarious and always makes my nails look amazing! They last forever and I've gotten tons of compliments. The ambience is also very relaxing and amazing vibe in the place. The guy who does my mother's nails is Justin. He's great and does not disappoint at all! Asked for SNS and tech told me he was going to do this but with a brush. He failed to tell me this is a different technique and charged $18 extra. Never mentioned it was more and sold it as it was the same as what I asked for: Sns. I used to come here instead of my usual nail salon in Duluth near work since it is close to home. Don't understand the hype of this place. They could not do the ombré nails I wanted, which is fine but the gentleman I spoke with said they weren't ombré just the way the light was hitting. Pedicure was the most half assed I've ever had, paid extra for the hot stone and the lady just rubbed the stones over my shins and top of my feet for a few minutes, gel polish she did was great. I just don't recommend paying for extras you won't get. Manicure was the highlight, Anna was amazing! read more

I like how you can walk in and they're comfortable and friendly. However, they hurt me every time and they hurt my daughter too. I don't know if all salons are like this, but I think that they need to be trained better on being delicate with their clients. I know there is a fine line between being able to do their job and still hurting people. What I mean by that is they grab your toe And I even got filed down and it hurt my skin and my 10-year-old skin as well we both haves scabs. Every time I go there. This happens. read more

Came with my mom to get some pedicures, Vee and Emma helped us out and they were incredible! Super considerate, kind and gentle! They made sure their work was thorough and correct, especially for the great prices. The entire salon has a very modern appeal to it, they offer drinks and snacks as you're getting your nails done. I didn't think I would be writing a bad review but I was very disappointed. Every time I go in I always have a design. And before they start i always show them the picture of what I've wanted to just ask if they can do it, and if they can't do it I always change it to simple French tip or just the whole nail one color. But they said they could do it, and well this is the most disappointing nails I've received. I'm literally embarrassed to walk around with these nails. Very disappointing service by Tommy. Nail tech failed to pay attention to details I requested 3 times. He ignore what I asked him to do and jerked at my hands the entire time. I was specific with oval nails, medium length, no tip color dropped to the side of the nail just across. When speaking to Tommy regarding the issues he walked off with an attitude. Behavior of the employee is shocking. Manager was not helpful whatsoever especially as he watch the employees behavior. He cared more for the nail tech who walked off than valuing the customer experience. After spending almost 2 hours it was awful to be treated this way. For the entire store to say they care about customer service but frankly it's very apparent they do not. To charge someone $81.50 for a set they explicitly made clear on the details is disappointing. Manager provided no immediate resolution or even understanding. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great experience or nail set. This was my first time and I was hoping to have a new spot in the area. You are much better off going anywhere else besides here. If I could leave stars I would, this truly has been the worst experience provided by an establishment. read more

This was my first and last time patronizing Royale Nail Spa. The service was subpar and the nail techs Justin and Helen were rude. Both techs behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. The nail tech Justin was rough with my nails although I conveyed to him that my nail had broke and it was painful. He was smacking his lips when I pulled back my hand because he was hurting my nail. The nail tech Helen was hitting my leg when she wanted me to put my leg back into the water or out of the water in a rude manner. My manicure and pedicure was awful and the place was giving racist vibes. Also, when my daughter attempted to ask her tech Tran to fix two of her nails that he did not do well he used profanity and then tried to play if off with a little laugh. We will be taking our money elsewhere! read more

My first visit with this salon went great- I am writing this about my second visit-- The nail tech did a wonderful service on my nails ( MS. T). My concern is the men that manage the salon- when I called to make appt. the day before, he acted like he did not know who T was- very strange. Arriving at my appt time, I waited 20 mins past appt time. T was busy, that I understand but the man said NOTHING , nothing to read, just some nasty magazines up front. the men listen to everything the tech and I talk about and the worst part was I got a 10% off for birthday, at my check out time he really did NOT want to give it to me.. It made me fill he was more about money instead of making me happy to make sure I come back, I really do not like the feeling these men have over the salon.. I love the salon and the tech BUT not the men.. I am not sure if I will return.. POOR MANGEMENT STYLE! read more

Linda was nice but I booked my services online and when I arrived it was like I didn't book anything at all and had to request my appointment on the iPad in the front , was the first to arrive and only received 1 of the 3 services I requested and was ignored when I voiced my concern 40 mins into the appointment that I was forgotten... I'm not going to beg to spend money anywhere? Paid for the upgraded pedicure, massage was great, gel pedicure not so much. read more

I really like this place. They've always done well on my nails & the quality of work lasts a long time. They've also provided either a mimosa / water and candy the two times I've visited. You don't have to fight for a reservation & they take walk ins. All of the workers I've come across are friendly and care about the quality of work. VERY fairly priced. read more

went in to get a full set of acrylic nails and then left very disappointed. my nail turned out VERY short because even a tiny bit longer they were an up charge of $10.my nails also started peeling the next day which i have never seen before. my friend got her nails done (pictured) and they were absolutely terrible. After telling the lady multiple times to fix them she told us they looked fine even though we were clearly upset. after the lady was done i looked at my friends nails to see that there were hairs all over her nails. they were also shaped very uneven and the gems were WAY too tiny. the only reason they get two stars is because they let us come back the next day and fixed them a lot better (if you get your nails done here i recommend justin he's amazing!) but either way nails should've of been done correctly the first time. we will not be returning. read more
