The atmosphere could have been more relaxing. A phone rang pretty loudly at one point, and the conversations among staff were a bit loud, which made it harder to unwind. I saw a post about poor quality products, but I've always had a great experience and excellent quality. The one time I wasn't 100% satisfied they offered to do my nails again. They have always taken feedback well and been so sweet and gracious to their guests. I believe I've gotten the deluxe pedi and I actually had to ask how long are the massages in each pedi because I was surprised at how long they were massaging each time I went in. The only downside to this is often I want to ask them to stop because my bottom begins to hurt badly from sitting too long. The salon itself is definitely outdated and needs to be really overhauled. When you walk in, you feel like you just walked into a hole in the wall back alley salon and aren't sure you want to stay.
