The driver called me and was promptly at our hotel for pick up at 10am (we booked from 10am-8pm). The van was new, cleaned, and all that we could hope for. Temperature control was great. there was bluetooth for audio and usb chargers on board. Jackie was a great driver and new his way around town. We made stops and he was also there to pick us up. What showed up was nothing like what was represented. Had accurate photos and descriptions been provided, we never would have booked in the first place. They promised a party bus with leather seating, music, lights, bottled water and a professional driver. What arrived looked like an old handicap van with none of the above mentioned included. What a huge disappointment! What made the situation even worse was how they handled our concerns afterward. Instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, or attempting to make things right, they repeatedly blamed us, accused us of "complaining," and even demanded that we apologize for their mistake. Their entire focus was arguing over whether the vehicle was technically a "mini bus" instead of addressing the fact that it was not what was advertised. ( we have all the messages showing what they promised ) The issue was never the name of the vehicle. The issue was being misled about what we were paying for and then being treated with complete disrespect when we raised legitimate concerns. We have a full list out of what their 'mini bus' was supposed to include and it was NOTHING like what arrived. We spent our hard-earned money expecting a certain experience for a special occasion, and the company failed to deliver. The lack of accountability and customer service afterward was honestly more disappointing than the vehicle itself. I simply put in a quote online and I was contacted the same day by Darwin to confirm my reservation and if I wanted to make a deposit. A week before my event, Darwin contacted me to confirm my party size, I was able to switch the sprinter van for my recently changed party size. The day of my event, I received reminders of when the sprinter would arrive and I need to make any changes as far as time and pickup and drop off location. Thirty minutes before pickup time, I received a message from my driver Eric who informed me that he was on the way. Once Eric arrived, he went over how to connect the Bluetooth, how to control the air, where to find the ice and asked if I had questions. The ride was smooth. He answered any questions we had during the trip and took some great pics of my party. I would definitely book again.
