After my car was raised, they brought me right out to the car and showed me the brakes, struts, and tires. Taking the time to explain and show why they did or did not need replacing. You call their main number and it goes to voice mail and says to text. So then you text the number to get a time and date to bring your car in and no one responds for several days if even that. They obviously don't need your business and have probably filled their slots up with bigger money projects. It's sad that most shops around here are moving towards the bigger money, quicker projects.

I found a new Differential and had it shipped there and even though there were challenges to make it work, All City came up with the solution. They promptly evaluated the transmission and charged around $250 (refundable if I did the work there) for the diagnostic. Their recommendation was a rebuilt transmission. No problem. I shopped around and had it done for $1500 less than the All Cities quote. I didn't do an online aftermarket purchase. The business I went to installed a Chevrolet certified reman transmission with a 3 year warranty (same as All City) that was direct from Chevy.

So I was recommended this place to take my truck to by a co-worker. He was completely satisfied…read morewith their service when he got his suspension rebuilt. However, I was not. I took my 4runner here for a simple exhaust upgrade and for new rear springs to be put on. I'm a gear head, and I am totally capable of doing such by myself, but I was only there in Kennewick for a short time for work. So I had no other choice but to have someone else do it for me. First things first, it took Dan (owner) 6 weeks to give me my rig back! When we talked about it before handing him my keys, he instilled confidence in me that he understood my requests completely and he also built many rock crawlers and off-roaders. When I got my truck back, the exhaust had leaks. A simple turn of the wrench on the bolted flanges did the trick, but I shouldn't be doing it! Next issue was with the rear springs he installed. I provided all the parts AND instructions for installing them. All that was needed was to weld on new front hangers as the springs were slightly longer than the stockers. When I got home I measured the wheel lengths on each side...they differed by 1 3/4"!! Unfortunately I tried to get the spring issue resolved with no luck due to the shop being closed at random hours of my arrivals (I went there twice) and my work relocating me out of state. If you need some simple work done and don't mind waiting a few extra days/weeks, then go for it. Otherwise you'll be taking a gamble on his craftsmanship.
