This was a big project for my home, so I was careful in my selection process--I contacted three major flooring companies and contractors, but I ultimately decided to go with a team that has over ten years of experience rather than taking a chance with a couple of guys in a pickup truck from Home Depot. My main priorities were quality, getting the job done right the first time, and achieving a beautiful final look. I believe you get what you pay for, and Elias and his crew delivered on all three points perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the results! I loved how Elias and Jesus were updating me every day of the project on the progress. On days where I could not check nor have someone overseer, they gave me updates and the payment process was seamless. The project with tight deadlines completed on time and the job was done to perfection. Jesus and Elias even cross checked with me the orientation of how to lay the lvp and how i wanted my stairs to be designed and laid out. They really care about details. I was beyond excited to see the transformation and how beautiful the project turned out. I had nothing but problems with Jose and his team but hopefully my experience will serve as a…read morewarning for others. I had LVP floors installed and had my subfloor leveled. Jose had his team/family members do the work, and though they were hard workers, they were incredibly bad at their job. The leveling was completely inadequate and I had to get them back to redo two rooms. The transition pieces were all uneven and they broke one, getting glue everywhere. Jose loves to gaslight and says "my team wouldn't do that". Of course they did and the images prove it. Multiple walls had the flooring right up against the wall instead of leaving the 1/4 inch required gap for expansion. Jose himself was the worst communicator, not saying when his team would arrive till 30 minutes before, when they weren't coming everyday and a few times wouldn't show up due to random excuses. But the worst thing of all, was how uneven the subfloor is. They put so much self-leveling that I had to severely modified doors so that they could open. It was done so poorly, the subfloor varied by a half an inch from the door frame to the wall where the door opens. This was the case on three of the doors in my place. Closet openings were even worse, being 3/4 of an inch off from one side to the other causing lots of expense and a lot of work to find a solution to get a closet door to fit. Overall, the work done is what I would expect a first time floor layer to do. Jose himself was full of excuses and loved to gaslight. The price might seem competitive, but the quality of work makes you feel like you overpaid multiple times.

Attached are some pictures and results after 3 years. Note: I have replaced flooring with cheaper vinyl in 2 separate rooms a couple of month after having this company perform work and have had ZERO defects. Cracks on the flooring, shotty base molding and leaving have been completely apparent within the last year. Recently the flooring has gotten dramatically worse. The entire area that was done is now uneven and coming up. All of the flooring that was done by this company needs to be replaced. Mind you this entire project of 262 sq feet was $2300. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
