These guys teplaced my 33 gallon tank in an F350 for the Titan 52 gallon tank. Work was done on time and have had 0 issues with the installation. I love seeing 1049 miles range on my fuel gauge now. Of course towing my range drops to 600 but clearly an improvement to a range of 330 miles previously. Bought a truck from these guys 4 years ago. The experience started off great: I loved getting to pick out what upgrades would be done to improve the performance and reliability of the truck. They touted how rare it is for the trucks they work on to come back with problems and also promised to fix some cosmetic blemishes on it before I picked it up. Once I wrote them a check however, they began falling short on their promises. Updates on the progress of the build were not as frequent or informative as promised. It took weeks longer than expected for the truck to be finished. When it was done and I arrived to pick it up, the damaged mirror light that I was promised would be fixed was not fixed, and I was given excuses about not being able to find a matching part. I began the 250 mile drive home, only for the rear wheel bearings to catastrophically fail after 200 miles due to them being installed improperly. I notified RPM and got very limited responses from them about what they would do about it. I couldn't get the truck all the way back them, so I took it to a local shop, who determined the entire rear axle needed replaced. RPM did eventually buy an axle from a salvage yard and had it shipped to my local shop, and eventually did cover the full cost of the repair, but never provided any assurance they would do so during the process, which left me incredibly stressed for weeks until it was finally resolved. I do give them credit for taking care of the repair to correct their mistake, but the lack of communication from them still made it a miserable experience. 8 months later, the truck lost 4 injectors all at once and had to be towed again. At this point it was impossible to determine if this was a direct result of the work RPM did or not, but the truck was certainly not living up the reliability claims they sold me on. This year, after putting only 12,000 miles on the truck since purchasing it, it broke down on the road again and had to be towed. This time I did my homework and replaced and upgraded numerous parts and systems in an effort to secure the reliability of this engine. Once I got into it, I discovered one of the parts that RPM had installed specifically as a reliability upgrade had actually failed and was the likely cause of the truck needing to be towed. An emblem on the part revealed that it was a cheap aftermarket brand that costs less than half as much as the higher quality OEM replacement part. At that moment, I lost what little faith I had remaining in the work RPM did. Using cheap parts for critical engine components?!? That is not how you build a reliable vehicle! Don't trust your vehicle's reliability to these guys, no matter how good of a sales pitch they give you! read more

6th vehicle i have purchased and most money I've spent on one. By far the worst purchase was from this place. It's as if they got the truck running enough to get it by for the first 2 weeks and all went down hill from there. I understand the consequences of purchasing a used vehicle. But for $30,000 and the money I've dumped in repairs and been without a vehicle has been ridiculous I'm on my third year and still having repairs here in there, come up.
