Close to 5 stars! We went here on a thurs night and the place was empty but there were lots of people coming in for to go orders. Ambiance wise this place is definitely casual, very bright lights and a little cold inside but I do like that it was quiet and they didn't have music playing on the tv personally so that we could talk easily. We got 4 biryanis. I tried the RRR fish biryani and the egg biryani. I liked the fish biryani a bit more it was a bit spicier and more flavorful but all of the biryanis were really good! Generous amounts of meat/egg and flavor was really good! Reason why I took off a star was because spice levels were unpredictable, the chicken biryani was allegedly veryyyy spicy although good some people in our party couldn't eat it. Fish biryani is the next spiciest followed by egg biryani and the ghost lamb biryani which was very mild. We technically ordered everything at regular spicy and the egg biryani was supposed to be more spicy. All the food was good so it's relatively minor and the portions are very big. On top of that the Telugu server was super nice and attentive and he also offered to replace the spicy biryani (we opted not to bc we already ordered too much food for 4 ppl) which was super kind of him! Another weird thing is that biryanis came out in like 7 min intervals... this isn't usually something that bothers me but it was weird to have one biryani to be cold at the time that the third one came out. Minor issue though. We also got the crispy corn and the chikoo shake - these were so delicious I would definitely reccomend !! Everyone liked the chikoo shake we ordered more as we left.

We ordered the RRR Kodi combo, Palamuru Chicken Biryani and Double-Ka-Meetha. Service was great, we received the order quickly with no wait times. Combo: 5/5 The combo was great, the chapatis were super soft and amazingly thin, tasted perfect !! The chicken curry tasted great. This was cooked with cornish hen. Not everyone has a liking for it, my husband found it to be fatty and chewy. Biryani: 3/5 Biryani disappointed us big time. Chicken in the biryani was spicy and flavorful but the overall dish lacked the punch. Double-ka-meetha & Gulab Jamun: 2/5 They both tasted too sweet. Double kha meetha especially had this sugar syrup that was too thick.

This place is not consistent. The biriyani had no flavor the second time I visited. I am quite sure they didn't use enough sauce. The dosas are good, but a little bland. I tried ordering the same biriyani one more time - again no flavor. The place is not consistent. I think when the chef is not around, the rest of the guys do not know how to mix the sauce. They just do not know how much sauce to put in the biriyani for various spice levels. Iam done with this place - not worth my time driving all the way to Mountain View. It's a hit or a miss.

Tastes so good! Went during the 50% off from 1:30-2:30pm promotion and got samosas, biryani, curry, paratha, naan, and a mango lassi for $32!!! Portions are generous too. Will eat here again at full price.

This place just opened ten days back and the ownership is really going an extra mile with food quality, service and making sure customers are satisfied. Food was really top notch . Service was excellent. Got their special Ghee roast Mutton Biryani, Palamuru chicken Curry and rotis . Honestly the experience was fantastic. This could be my go to place for such delicious Biryanis , ample parking and great customer service.

Palamuru chicken biryani is - the best biryani I've ever had. The onions on top are so rich with flavor with some crispiness. just thinking of it. Some yummy moist chicken is under the first layer of rice and squeezed with lime, I can see it becoming addicting! Got bites of curry leaves, cardamom, egg, and cashews it was super delish. We also had Apollo fish that was perfect with the rice. I need to try all the things!

Today i tried Nalli Ghosh Biryani, and it was absolutely delightful. The mutton was tender and infused with rich, aromatic spices, while the rice was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The dish struck a perfect balance of taste and texture, making it an unforgettable culinary experience.

Wow everything is so flavorful and delicious!…read more We got the butter chicken, "GOAT," "Mushies," "Mr. Potato," the cauliflower, the Dal Makhani, the Tandoori Salmon, and a Mango Lassi. Must get: The Potato Chaat, the Cauliflower, the "Mushies" and the Mango Lassi. The Potato Chaat and the cauliflower are the perfect appetizers. Really light but packed with so much flavor. The cauliflower dish here is the best cauliflower dish I've had at any restaurant. It's phenomenal. The "Mushies" is a Mushroom and peas pot pie. Its a really really rich and flavorful curry in a puff pastry and it goes perfectly together. They had an equivalent dish that was a chicken pot pie, so I wish that brought that back, but this dish is still really really good. The Mango Lassi is the best mango lassi I've had in norcal. I quickly finished mine and had to order another. It's really so delicious. The butter chicken is ofcourse also packed with flavor! You can't go wrong with this. The Kholapuri Goat Curry would've been one of my favorites but it's really hard to eat the meat since it's bone in. The curry was great and we ate that up very quickly, but there was so much bone in our dish and it was really hard picking out the meat from the bone. Wish it was boneless! Or atleast if there was more meat compared to bone. The salmon was whatever, we didn't eat much of it. It was good but underwhelming compared to the other amazing dishes. We had a reservation for 4, but they had us wait for ~15min past our reservation time. But they were pretty packed and it was loud. Service was great beyond that and they were very accommodating to any of our requests.

It was very delicious and flavourful. There was no overpowering spices flavours as most of the Indian restaurants do. It was a nice symphony. We ordered toffy pudding for desert and it was really really good!! I can order that any day!! Definitely a keeper!! Service was good! We sat outside as the weather was really pleasant and it was a great experience!

There was plenty of outdoor seating, and the service was speedy. You order on a kiosk, which makes for a streamlined ordering process. The food is always solid - I love all of their thali selections. This location was much more peaceful compared to the Palo Alto location. I stopped by on a Saturday evening, and there were only a couple tables that were occupied. I will say I feel like the portion sizes here are noticeably smaller than those at the Palo Alto location. This might be because all of the orders are packed to-go, so maybe there's less space for food? For instance, the thali from the Palo Alto location includes a side salad, which was not included in my order here. The other sides (pickled salad and daal lentil), along with the entree, were also significantly smaller here. The prices are the same, so I do think the Palo Alto dishes are more worth it.

But then...he opened Ettan and Copra, and now Eylan, and it just keeps getting better. Eylan might be my favorite restaurant in the Bay at this time, and believe me, there's some fierce competition because I sure do like to eat. Let's talk about the food first. Their vegetarian options are fantastic. I may actually like their appetizers or small plates even more than their entrees. - The Bellwether Farm Ricotta: When you read the description, you might be like uhh not sure about this one. It is so yummy. You will want to eat 10 of these. - Chilled Green Grape Chaas: This is like Pani Puri, meaning they are little taste bombs that explode in your mouth. Their rendition is wonderful; you should get this. - Kohlrabi and Pineapple Kebab: Again, you might be like "say what now," but this is genius. The spicy glaze! The sweet and sour of the pineapple, paired with the earthiness of the kohlrabi, is the perfect combination of flavors. - Squash Blossom: Yummy! That makhani alone is worth it. - Hispi Cabbage: I love this thing. The smokiness and char of the cabbage match perfectly with the chutney. The interior is stunning. Whoever they hire to design their restaurants clearly knows what they are doing. The only negative is being seated near the windows that look out, because it takes some of the ambiance away. Once we got seated at the bar because they were all out of table reservations, and that was a great experience as well. Easy parking, but first time visiting, you might drive past the building it's in because it looks like an office space or residence from the outside. Great cocktail and mocktail menu. Not cheap, so we try to come here for special occasions.

Food is always fresh and tastes good. Definitely recommend the Benne dosa, which is not commonly available in Bay area. It's a more thicker and crispier version of dosa. Have tried their idli, medu vada and the combo and mini Thali as well. Yet to try their lunch Thali or the rice items. They also have a daily $5 item, which is not listed on the normal menu and available after 3 pm . Some of these items are good as a snack like their Bajji ( chili fritters) available on Wednesday , while some are good enough as a meal like the Adai Avial ( lentil crepe served with a coconut milk based veg curry ) . They also sell, ready to eat , grab and go curries. The menu is completely vegetarian. This place is already popular , seeing how it always has customers throughout the day.
