Everything went splendidly. Starting with Eloy who showed me the fabric's available for my new Roman Shades. We chose a color which went perfectly with my new carpeting before it was installed & I told him that it was about the color of the shirt he was wearing. Before I paid for the shades he came back again & rechecked the measurements & sure enough the new shades were a perfect match. The day of the installation I got a text reminder from the technician who removed my old wood like shades with the proper tools & after that I called my HOA office to have 2 men remove the old materials for recycling which was just now picked up. I recently had RST Installations install my new blinds. The installer was there when he said he would be , he was very professional . He got in there , did the job , took the old blinds with him and was out the door. He was clean , he did not leave a mess and he even took the boxes the blinds came in so he could dispose them. The receptionist was polite snd patient . If I had to say anything negative it would be , there phone tree is jacked up . I wasn't ever able to leave a message after hours . I had an excellent experience with RST Installations. The gentleman arrived at 11am. We discuss the best way for him to bring the product into the house. He had followed my previous instructions of parking in the driveway as I have a picky neighbor. He came in removing his shoes. He asked if I wanted to keep the old shades or he could take them away. I asked him to take them away. He removed the old shades quickly and neatly. He then installed the new shades quickly. He then spent sometime showing me how to use the remote (3 different settings) and how to recharge the shades (in 6 months). He also, suggested double side tape to attach the shade remote as I didn't want it drilled in to the wall to attached the remote. The whole appointment took 45 minutes. If I could I'd leave a -3 start review. I have two blinds. Both of which have malfunctioned. 3 day blinds in conjunction with RST Installers have been an absolute nightmare. One blind took over 9 months to repair with technicians on-site like 6 times and 5 no shows. The second blind is following the same pattern. It's been about 2 months now. 2 techs on-site and still no repair. Keep in mind each appointment is like minimum wait time of like 2.5 weeks. Then there's order the part. hah, another 2 week wait time. read more

RST was the installer for 3-day blinds. Our installation was first delayed by 3-day blinds not ordering the right wands and spacers...but it took forever to finally book the installation after the spacers and wands came in. The RST installer came to the house with wands only. No blinds. After a call to RST it was determined that they had lost the blinds completely and needed to be re-ordered. The company I purchased my mini blinds from arranged for RST Installations to contact me for a repair appointment. RST called me and gave me an appointment for 3 weeks out. They said I would receive a call the day before with a 2-hour window. The day of my appointment, I still hadn't received a call from RST, so I called them and was given a time window. When Luis the RST technician arrived, he walked in to look at the blinds and immediately told me that he had never repaired these kinds of blinds before. He didn't take the time to give me any kind of explanation, apology for the mix-up, or anything else. He was in and out of my house in less than 2 minutes, and that's probably a stretch. The mini blind company insists that they relayed to RST what kind of blinds I have and were surprised at what happened. I will never attempt to use RST again for any kind of work. read more

These guys know how to do it. They set up a time as directed by the manufacturer (3-day blinds, who, BTW, seem to be a vastly superior product to Hunter Douglas). The first window twe set up was pretty wide (9-2 or something like that), but they assured me it would narrow as the date got closer, which it did (to 2 hours).
