We are old school and do things the way of the dinosaur so her email with detailed instructions made me want to send the Doctor to Office Max. Maggie emailed Thursday (when we are closed) and then followed up with a telephone call on a Friday when I understand their office is normally closed? She was so helpful and hopeful that she could help. And she did. She made the process easy and went out of her way to follow up with me. I ordered a stamp back on 2/18/25. I was told that I would get an email once the item ships. On 3/3, I was curious about my order so I called in, and I was told my stamp was delivered on 2/25. I asked them why I didn't receive the tracking in the mail when it shipped, but I guess they forgot. So Diana emailed me the tracking info after my call and I tracked it. It said delivered and person accepted it. Weird because I didn't get any mail that day and I would be the only one accepting the mail. Then I took a look at the address again, and guess what, they sent my stamp to the wrong address! I called Diana back on 3/3, minutes after she emailed me letting her know that they shipped to the wrong address. She said she would talk to her shipping department and see what's going on. I told her she doesn't need to check whats going on, what happened is exactly what the USPS tracking says, which confirmed they shipped to the wrong address. Then she said she would contact the manufacturer about it (soooo.. she doesn't have a shipping dept like she mentioned on the phone, it was outsourced to the manufacturer), and she said she would have a new stamp shipped out to me and she would give me the tracking info. Today 3/4, I called about it, asking where is my stamp. Different lady answers and says Diana is busy, but she checked and stated the stamp was shipped. So i asked for the tracking, and she said she would email me. Welll... it's the end of the day now, and I still don't have tracking info. Diana said she will get it to me by 3/3 EOD, or next day (which is today, 3/4) and I still don't have the tracking. So I asked the lady, "has it been shipped?", she said "yes". Okay... well where is the tracking?? I don't understand why it's so hard to get my tracking info, but I will never order from this company again. I'm at a loss for words as I'm writing this. I felt compelled to go out of my way to post this review, in light of how poorly I was treated by Rubber Stamp Champ, in particular their Employee "Diana". - I first reached out to this Online Stamp Company a few weeks back and I believe I spoke with the owner. The owner was extremely kind and patient and assured me that I would be able to order a Custom Date Stamper with the Date in Military Format. After my usual back and forth, I finally placed my order only to be contacted by "Diana" the following day who told me that "Military Date Format" was not possible. I found "Diana" to be extremely unhelpful, unknowledgeable and overall rude. Ironically, I received a call today, 9 October 2024; It was "Diana" who "Reluctantly" told me that my order was available in the Military Date Format. No Apologies - Just her typical / baseline rude/nasty demeanor. Must be a California thang? I don't know how to make this up. After doing a bit of research, I stumbled upon another Online Stamp Company - Stamp Connection; The Gentleman who answer the phone was pleasant, polite, accommodating and advised me that my request - "Military Date Format" - was no issue. Why am I taking the time to write this? - The Customer should not be subjected to poor customer service. Not cool! - I hope the owner, the initial person who I spoke with, is reading my review. Avoid doing business. I will be checking in with my Credit Card Company to ensure that the refund I was promised is processed. The entire experience was absolutely disgraceful! BTW - I Saved nearly $15.00 with the new company and got free shipping; They had a wider selection of items and my "Dignity" was preserved. read more

This company does not stand behind their products. Even when provided with pictures of the stamp results after 50 uses, less than 1 week after delivery, it refused to replace the stamp. The president eventually called me and redid the stamp. Incompetent staff. I suggest you find another vendor. read more

My 20 yr. old rubber stamp pooped out in the middle of me sending holiday cards- argh! I found this company online and was so happy that they had lots of options in layout and type faces. Because my husband and I have different last names, it was hard to find a place that could accommodate a non-traditional set up. Strange company. I ordered a stamp last year and the sales rep send me a proof. I accepted. All is good. I called today and asked for another stamp but I need to change one word, my title. I'm told sorry cant help you. We are an online company only. Goto our website. Okaaay?!? So I go to the website but I cannot input what I had before since part was bold and part was not (all on same line). So I send my email from last year with the proof attached. Guess what? I'm very impressed with the company. We needed a stamp to revise forms that had been printed elsewhere without check-boxes, so the size and spacing of the stamp was absolutely critical, with very tight tolerances. Jessica, their graphics designer, worked closely with me on this through several proof revisions, until we got it right. This was obviously a significant amount of time and labor, which far exceeded the cost of the stamp itself. The custom stamp I ordered was done incorrectly. (For some reason, they rotated the graphic 15 degrees.) When I emailed them to bring the issue to their attention, their response was not helpful. They told me it was my fault for not including special instructions to not rotate the graphic. They did not offer to replace the stamp or offer me a refund. read more

Seriously, their service is absolutely awesome, the moment you placed your order, you will receive an email from your graphic designer the next minute, in my case, Carol, to assist with my request,; and story is that I've provided my instruction which is not very clear, and approved the design that was incorrect, however, after found out my mistake the next day, I immediately notify Carol via email and left a message to the main customer service line, I got immediate response from Carol and her manager Pam, and got a return phone call from customer service too! wow! talk about team work and Service!! they not only pulled the wrong stamp from the production, and made the correction to my revised request, and they didn't charge me twice for MY mistake. I work for a local school district and we purchased several stamps here. We recently ordered 3 address stamps which were sent to us with the word Drive spelled incorrectly. However, the stamps were shipped and billed to the correct address with the word Drive spelled correctly. When I called to ask about this, the response I got was "that is the way it was entered into our system". I was offered a 20% discount on a reorder. I resized my design to meet my exact needs and when the stamp arrived, it was too big. I was bummed. Yes - it arrived promptly, but I can't use it. I have purchased items from this company for years. We have always had a good experience until we didn't. 18 days ago I purchased 4 self inking stamps. The stamps never arrived, so I started tracking them via the provided tracking info. The items showed they had made it to an USPS Internatiknal Distribution Center in Los Angeles and been sitting there for 9 days. I emailed rubber stamp champ and was told, basically tough luck. The businesses representative, Maggie told me I had opted for free standard shipping which has no guarantees and I should have paid for expedited shipping if I needed the stamps quicker. So, their chosen shipper lost my purchased stampers and I am to blame. Rubber Stamp Champ chose to partner with The USPS and to send their goods via that service. Rubber Stamp Champ advertises "free shipping everyday! on orders over $45". But if you take them up on this promotion, then your a sucker who deserves nothing, and that's what they'll give you. I own a business and we learned years ago not to trust The USPS. The more important rule they forgot is to treat all customers ethically, fairly, respectfully, and to show some concern for their satisfaction. The worst part is Rubber Stamp Champs attitude about the situation. They could not give a whoot that I'm without my purchase and have had to spend hours over the last 2 weeks trying to find my order.
