The technician (I'm sorry, I missed his name) was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and 100% prepared with the appropriate parts and tools. Although the price was higher than I expected, the service was faultless! He installed new, stainless-steel rollers in place of the old, broken plastic ones and replaced rusted, broken screws on the frame. He also aligned the door, cleaned the track, and showed me the proper lubricant to keep things moving. He was also great with our two dear dogs, and they liked him just fine.
