I don't write reviews like this often, but WOW--this moving company truly deserves it. This is my second time working with them, and honestly, they've set the bar ridiculously high. The first time, they delivered a bedroom set I had purchased and were already so professional, efficient, and kind that I knew I'd be calling them again for my full move. And I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, this team was incredible. Not only are they genuinely friendly (like, the kind of people you actually enjoy having around during a stressful move), but they are also unbelievably meticulous. Every item was handled with care, everything was placed exactly where I wanted it, and they moved with such intention and efficiency without ever making me feel rushed. Moving is usually chaotic and exhausting, but they made the entire experience feel smooth, organized, and honestly... kind of easy? I didn't think that was possible. White glove delivery service was amazing! I purchased a large king bed frame from RH outlet over the weekend. Jorge gave me a great price and was friendly and professional. I was so happy to have him come the next day even during a holiday week! Showed up on time was very clean and courteous. I originally thought this was something I could take home myself and assemble but I am so happy that I found white glove. They make it look easy, but the bed was very heavy and I know it was not. Costco White Glove delivery is better than advertised. Every effort is made to stick to schedule and the customer is notified by text and by phone of the delivery schedule and status of the delivery vehicle. Once the item is delivered, the delivery men carefully remove the product and set it up for the customer using efficient and well practiced methods. Boxes snd packing are carefully removed and disposed of. The delivery is not over until the customer approves of the process and final product. Highly superior service. Highly recommended. read more

Restoration Hardware (RH) referred me to White Glove Delivery, and ever since then I have always used them for all my moving/furniture shopping deliveries. Every time, it has always been a smooth, positive experience. Things that stand out from any other moving company--they are very professional and attentive. They are very detailed orriented on how things are packed and moved. They plan out the move upon arrival by either using shoes covers or covering floors with protective layers to avoid damaging the floor/carpet. It is amazing how quickly they work while being careful. Usually I would provide instructions on how to handle certain things; however, with Jorge and his team, they are already a step ahead. Their pricing is very reasonable. Honestly, their price is great, and the fact that I did not have to stress about anything during the move was great. The carelessness was shocking, but what made it worse was the attitude of one key employee--rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. While shopping at Macy's in Crystal Court, we selected and purchased a dinning set which was a floor model. The sales rep recommended Jorge and I'm glad I called. He gave me a reasonable price over text and said they'd pick up from the store and would be able to deliver today because they had a cancellation. Wow! He and his employee introduced themselves politely, began unloaded our newly wrapped furniture and assembled them in our home. We got a really great deal on furniture from South Coast Plaza Macy's *except* we had to dismantle, transport and set up the bedroom set ourselves. Being old and angry and having just moved from an apartment to a new home (and having the bumps bruises, aches and pains to prove it) I wasn't about to go through another move. White Glove Delivery Company were recommended by Said at Macy's. He spoke highly of them and gave us the number. Jorge, the owner, called us back really quickly, explained the process (Break-down of the bedroom set at Macy's, then transport, delivery and assembly) and we agreed on a price. The process was exactly as described, the guys were very polite, professional, efficient and friendly, all while observing the current COVID-19 protective measures. We got a great deal on furniture from Costco except we had to take care of delivery by ourselves. Luckily, I saw a White Glove Delivery van at South Coast Plaza parking lot and Jorge and his team were loading furniture from Macy. I decided to give them a try. The price was reasonable + they offered assembly too. I know some companies charge several dollars for each min at drop-off location. Jorge and his team were very professional, efficient, friendly, and on time. I would recommend White Glove for any pick-up and delivery. Jorge was awesome! My boyfriend and I had a last minute issue of moving heavy furniture from Ikea to our new apartment and called to see if we can get help. It was VERY last second, towards the end of the day, on a Friday and Jorge was willing to go any extra step to make sure to help us out. Wow! These 2 were incredibly professional, cheerful, hard working men. My husband had complete confidence in them in the first 5 minutes, as they took time to discuss with one another and share with us the best way to pack, organize, and move our king size bed, frame, and a very large dresser down a twisting staircase. Really bad service! They will charge you at the last moment before delivering, and told you the trunk is to large. It will be around $300. There is no way you can do to avoid the charge. After delivery, the labor will try to convince you to sign on the form and without checking the box and they will not assemble any thing for you, you need to remember which furniture is dissembled during shipping. If you have anything they dissembled for you, please be careful. They do not take picture of the original furniture. I have two tables that they could not put it back and IV stand as well. When you file a claim to the company, they will ask you if you buy a insurance. You will not know what is the insurance until you plan to file a claim. They will have many excuse and not pay you or tell you there is very limited coverage you have. Also, if the labor scratch the wall badly, they will not pay the money. They only cover if there is a big hole on the wall. DON'T choose this company, you will be pretty angry with the service. read more
