She then told me it would be $530 plus a $10 labor fee, for a total of $540/ 10gr What bothered me most was not the price, but the way she spoke to me. As a customer, I was only asking a simple question about the price before making a purchase. I have purchased gold from this store before, but after this experience, I will not be coming back.
