I thought I would give this place another try after my horrible experience previously. First of all I sat at the bar and ordered a Texas tea (Long Island tea) and it was horrible!!!! How could you mess up a classic drink as a LIIT! I sent that back and ordered a peach martini. Hey who could mess up another classic drink l. Wrong, the bartender could. martinis are not supposed to taste like straight sugar! I then got my Togo order which was a New Orleans seafood. I have had this dish a few times and it has never tasted as bland as I tasted today. I wish I would have made a different dinner choice. I came here on Friday for lunch, got in and seated right away. I had the salad bar and a sweet tea. Let me start with the salad bar, it is great love it each time I have been there. Sweet tea was pricey yes I said pricey, almost $3 thats high to me, anyways sweet tea tasted like I was drink sugar with a tad of water added for flavor lol. I give it 3 stars just because I waited almost 30 mins for my check to leave even though the waitress said she would bring it right out, after several reminders I finally was able to pay and leave. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off it was an extremely slow night when we went. There were barely any customers. The appetizers took over half an hour to get to the table and the entree took an hour. By the time the food got to us the chicken was dried (like old kfc chicken dried), we ordered a medium well steak and it was over cooked, the ribs was extremely dried and the shrimp looked as if it were cooked in old batter. We asked for the manager and told him our complaint. He was very understanding and agreed the problems were valid and we only paid for the appetizers and drinks. His excuse for us was "about 70 percent of our staff decided not to show up for work". Still not an excuse for the crappy food. Will not be coming back here. The only reason the waitress received a tip was because I didn't want to wait to get my change I just wanted to leave that place. read more

Petite steak and mashed potatoes were cooked perfectly. Broccoli soup was good as were the endless supply of bread. Ordered a small size and a large size chicken finger platter. The only difference between the two were 2 chicken fingers. The small plate chicken fingers were crispy and delicious. The large plate fingers were soggy and disappointing. I was there today with my two grandkids, I wasn't done, still had my drink (ruby relaxer) I got up to take them to the restroom, I left his jacket and my box to go with there drinks, I come back to the table and they had cleaned the table.. I was like what the f**** really... They cleaned out the table and I wasn't even done.. I won't ever go bacK there again, nor will I recommend that place to nobody. Called at about 7:50 and they said they were going to be open on Christmas Eve until 9. Drove over there and when we got to the door the manager rudely turned us away before we could even get out of the rain because he said they "ran out of product." I understand that it's Christmas Eve, but it's on the same day as every other year so I don't know why they wouldn't have ordered correctly. Don't come to this location! There are more workers than actually customers. Our table was sticky/dirty and although the waitress was friendly our food was terrible. We both ordered steak and both steaks were undercooked. When she took them back instead of replating the food they used the same plate which was covered in blood and threw the side dishes in the microwave. I must be getting dementia because I can't figure out why I keep going back to this Ruby Tuesday other than the salad bar. I want a good steak but it can't be had here. Steak was cold, only one half of a plastic cup of steak sauce and I ordered onion rings and one could not find ketchup from here to Cuba. They were not busy and while I waited ten minutes for my server to come back, I finally got up and started looking for a server myself, they were all sitting around in the middle of the restaurant talking. The new garlic bread is delish! However, this is my first experience with a jalepeño burger that is not the least bit spicy. I think frying the peppers denatured them. The Thomas Creek red Ale was amazing and I will be shopping for that on my next beer run! read more

My husband and I are not fans of chain restaurants while traveling. However, he fell the other day and injured his knee, so walking around downtown or 5 points or the Vista was out of the question. So we chose the close and simple route. Ruby's was right down the road from our hotel. I knew I should have drove to pick up something to go from a better restaurant that is worth my hard earned money. This place is expensive and disgusting all rolled into one. My husband ordered the Rib Eye and they said it was 12oz. I beg to differ. It was thin and full of fat. It was the worse Rib Eye cut I've seen in a very long time. He had a Peppercorn Alfredo sauce over it, completely tasteless. I ordered the Coastal Trio - can you say frozen fish bought from a wholesale store. Oh my, this was the worse fish I can actually say I've eaten. The creole seasoning was a bit off and not as exciting as I was hoping for. The Tilapia itself had the frozen taste to it. Along with the three small shrimp I had, which were cold when they came. And the lobster tail were the smallest I've ever seen. Our waitress seemed pretty clueless. Forgot to bring the cheddar biscuits. When they finally arrived, I wish they never had. They were flat and a horrible rendition of Cheddar Bay biscuits from Red Lobster. Our table was sticky. The hostess had to get a rag and wash it off. Bad experience all together and we will not be returning to a Ruby Tuesday again. read more

When we arrived at 11:20 am, the floors were still dirty from the night before. The table we were directed to was sticky and dirty. There was only 2 wait staff working with several tables. The waiter took our drink order and both came back wrong. The tea had a funny taste to it. Second trip in the last three weeks. Ordered the triple prime medium rare both times, both times it came out well done. A family member requested a gluten free bun (as stated in the menu) due to celiac's disease, came out on a regular bun. Was taken back to the kitchen and just switched off the bun, which leaves gluten on the actual burger making her ill. Ordered sweet potato fries, and got regular. Horrible. Waited 15 mins for our waitress who wa standind fifteen feet away having a friend conversation because her friends were about to leave the restaurant. We asked for a manager thru 2 not 1 but 2 different servers and we have yet to hold a conversation with the manager. I ordered a fish dinner. It was to salty and I got an extra ingredient of fish scales as a topping. I won't come back here again. Only one star because i can't find a big fat zero. It took 15 minutes to be seated as a greeter and female server cluelessly walked around. No greeting, no smile, or no acknowledgement. There was maybe 15 or more available seating tables. My group was placed to the back corner in a broken booth in which the seating fell apart and greeter decided not to report it to management. It took 10 minutes for the male server to realize he had guests to attend to as I watched him clean kiddie booster seats as if he was cleaning a luxury car. Mind you the greeter has spoken to him and rolled her eyes I assume she was aware of how he acts. Drinks took forever and the food may have taken 45 minutes to come out. The server was so weird he would stand in another area lean over the half wall to look at our table to see if cups were full. We got up a few time to see that other colored guests who came in AFTER us already ate and checked out. Our food was charred almost the color of charcoal. Two people at our table wanted different drinks the server switched the cups in our face and expected them to drink out of each other's cups instead of getting new cups. The ticket took another 10 minutes. The server claimed the manager had to ring it up, but I watched him ring it up. We complained to the manager (MATT) , but talking to him was worthless. Maybe we should have ordered the salad bar but then again this is our last time going to the Garners Ferry location. read more
