The management at this location is very poor. I was eating my plate of food and discovered a food freshness sticker on my plate underneath the food. My server was extremely apologetic and got the manager. She offered me a free dessert (I ordered the 3 course meal that already included dessert) when I declined the second dessert she then offered an appetizer...when I was already halfway though my meal!?!? I declined that as well. I'm not looking for much, but a few dollars off would have been nice and made me willing to patronize this location again. The salad bar stayed empty while we were there. Cant believe the customer service, waited 10+ minutes to be greeted by a server meanwhile listening to the workers arguing about who would take the table because they were already "cut" for the night. Finally were approached, ordered waited 15 minutes for simple tenders n fries with literally only 2 other customers in the entire restaurant. I've been to this Ruby Tuesday several times in the past 12 years, but last Tuesday was my last. The hostess who was nice stated the menu was limited due to some cooking equipment down, we decided to stay for their salad bar, and founding ribs were available. Bottom line, our server was also the bartender sucked. Slow service is one thing but being felt ignored is unacceptable. I literally ate my self serve salad before I had to track her down to order the ribs. I had to again Perdue her for salt and pepper, yo I got one each of those little paper packets the size of a postage stamp. The meals in the past have always been really good, we would always have had enough to eat and able to take home if we wanted, well the half rack of ribs looked like they came from a malnourished pig. Look, I understand I'm not in a 5 star, can't afford that, but that particular Ruby's has changed, and definitely not for the better. So, it's Time to pay, 2 meals/ 3 salad bar plates was about $50. We as customers are so quick to provide negative reviews but fail to comment on the positive. Hands down, Unique and Christian are the best employees at this location. Christian is our adopted son lol and when he is not there, we know we will be in great hands with our new sister Unique. They both anticipate my family's needs and remember our orders. We are there every week because we know we will receive top-notch service. They both are our family members now. I observe their interactions with others as well. It's genuine. Please continue to take care of your employees because in return they will take care of you. As a manager myself, I know this is important. Went here with my family for the first time at this particular location. I kindly asked if we could have a booth as a family which we have used before at a different location with no problem numerous times.The host chuckled and laughed a booth she? You aren't going to fit in a booth I said okay that's fine. She laughed like I didn't know what I was talking about.As I didn't have time to go back and fourth because I had 3 kids who were hungry I just said okay. Just got the Salisbury steak w/ mashed potatoes. Opened styrofoam box with no sight of potatoes. Lifted up steak and saw about two bites of potatoes saturated in gravy. They give you a plastic container with a cover for a salad but for a dinner with gravy they put it in a styrofoam box with a paper liner that gets soaked. The Salisbury steak was disgusting. Threw it out. 15.99 for this? Never again. I'll save the salad bar for dinner. Gross. Btw, I would need two hands to count how many waiters and waitresses I observed walking from the kitchen to tables while using their cell phones. Customers whether at the bar or at a table don't want a person who is "working" playing on their phone. I saw one waitress who spent more time showing videos to a waiter than either did working. Is this a policy, you can use your phone whenever you want? I'd bounce them out the door or dock them for wasted time. And this is on a Sunday at 2 pm when it was busy. I'm a bar regular and I doubt the bartenders can remember the last time I even looked at the menu. Now they know why. So here on 7/29/2020. So far they have been out of Corona, and one item on "new" menu. We have been here for about 35 min, and have yet to get our food. From what I can see in the restaurant, they have about 4 tables of 4 to 6 and 3 other people at the bar. It seems to me that this place needs new management or more help. Beware if you come here. After receiving our food, the ribs were burnt, chips stale and pasta undercooked. Got the check, and was charged for the beer they didnt have, the appetizer that could only give us half of and the meal that should have been free per the bogo promotion. This place is a hott mess! My twin sister and I LOVE this place!!! Especially their salad bar. It tastes delicious and the food is always hot and fresh!

Overall, a wonderful experience. The garden bar is amazing with so many choices. I am really happy that they serve Smoky Mountain Chicken as I used to dine at another restaurant regularly with a similar dish that was taken off the menu. Our server didn't bring our non-alcoholic drinks until we were done eating our salads and never offered us bread (biscuits). They were not busy and she was standing at the bar, talking to co-workers as I was getting my salad. She was very pleasant and attentive the rest of the visit though! Red flag goes up when the restaurant is not full and it's taking a long time for the food. Then s server , not your, does not bring the food. The statement,"be careful the plate is hot" sends an automatic signal to my brain that my food has been sitting in a window getting cold. I felt my food and confirmed what I feared. I keep saying this is the last chance and I'm glad I did tonight! Our server, Phillip Thompson was highlight of this experience. He gave us exceptional service from the moment we walked in the door. He was at the closest table to the door and greeted us from there. He was at our table quickly and seemed genuinely glad to take care of us. He 'encouraged' us to get an appetizer in such a way that I thought it was my idea! He was helpful in our dinner selection and didn't act strange when all I wanted to drink was water. I decided to give this restaurant another try. We came here for the Seasonal Sam Adams they had on tap. Unfortunately, as if I expected something different...they still have Winter Lager on tap because the manager won't change until the keg is blown. I even offered to pay for the rest of the keg and they declined. Nothing new...we came in October and they were : all serving Summer Ale. Makes me wonder if they keep kegs this long...how long do they keep food? The only thing that is worth coming here for us the shrimp and grits. read more

I don't understand the other reviews for this place. I went last week and the food and service were both fantastic. This place was not on par with Chili's or Fridays, or Applebees...it's much better. Closer to Outback. Went with 2 others. Two of us ordered the 7 oz. sirloin cooked medium. They both came out perfect. Absolutely fantastic. Fries are good, grilled green beans were ok, needed a little more flavor. We had a great server. I will say that the salad bar here is smaller than any other Ruby Tuesday I have been too. They didn't have a few things...like pepperoncinis. That seemed strange. The place is clean and the decor is tasteful. I will be back now that I have stopped in finally. read more

Ok, when this restaurant opened it was the only sit down family restaurant on this end of Hiram/Dallas. In the beginning it was awesome. The salad bar was and still is the only one of its kind in the area. As of late though this place has gone astray. The food looks and tastes pre prepared and thrown in a microwave upon serving. The staff must be on a revolving door because you never did see the same people. We go about once a month to give it another chance and for the salad bar. Which brings me to the salad bar pricing. You need an economics degree and an abacus to figure out the cost. The last visit, which will be our last visit, we were charged three different prices depending on what you ordered. So when your bill comes make sure to have a line of credit because you have no way of figuring out what your bill will be. Also there was some funny and unpleasant smells around the end of the salad bar. Also dont order any cocktails, they are expensive and ill prepared. We had a good server, but she was thrown in the weeds by her hostess, who filled her section within a few minutes of our arrival, so empty beverages were the norm. This was followed by filthy plates at the salad bar, and mediocre entree quality. I love the croutons! Salad bar is the best part of the visit. The hostess continuously cleans the whole time you are there, BUT doesn't clean her hands as she hands you the menus at the table. The wait staff plays with each other at the bar so service times are slower than they should be. You can hear kitchen conversations in the dinning room. The manager will come by to check and refill the drinks (and apologize for the wait time) but the wait staff acts annoyed when you agree to the cheddar biscuits they offer. read more

I have been to many Ruby Tuesday's throughout the country. First (and) last time for this location. Party of 5, 2 meals were delivered to the table incorrect. Mine had broccoli instead of fries. I did not want the plate of food as presented and when I asked the server to remove the plate she completely went off on me and accused me of yelling at her. I was gobsmacked by her reaction. Asked to speak to manager because I no longer wanted to engage with the server. The manager returned to the table with the same plate of food and a side plate of fries. A chicken meal with half a plate of broccoli. The smell alone for someone who doesn't care for broccoli is too much to take. I told him to take the plate away and remove the broccoli. He apologized and did as asked. Again, mine was one of 2 orders that we wrong. Manager made no attempt to offer any consideration for the orders being wrong or for the unacceptable behavior of his employee. After paying and tipping 15%, the server tried to blame the kitchen for her attitude and commented it wasn't about the money like I tipped her too little. I'm sure that bit was confusing. Needless to say, server was the worst I'm ever had, the manager was feckless and the kitchen can't follow simple instructions. Therefore 1 star. Garden bar was delicious though. read more

This is the restaurant we visit the most in our area. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Hiram, where most of the chain restaurants are. It can be very busy but we have never yet had to wait over ten minutes even on Friday nights. Love the salad bar. Everything is fresh and kept filled. The service usually ranges from good to very good. The one thing I find annoying at all the Ruby Tuesdays is the inconsistency of offering the complimentary Garlic Cheese Biscuits. Not sure if is because of the servers or the availability. I do miss one of the burgers that is no longer available, but they have some tasty alternatives. My latest favorite dish is the Classic Quesadilla and Salad Combo. So very good! I think the items are a bit on the pricy side, but Ruby Tuesday offers coupons all the time by flyers, mail, and email which makes the cost more average. While spending our Winter in Florida the wife and I fell in love with Ruby Tuesday's and if this was a review about that location, my rating would definitely be 5 Stars. However, our experience with this location, ordering, or should I say trying to order the same food, has been way less than noteworthy. Today, was the 3rd consecutive week in a row that we tried to order a bake potato as one of our sides and was told that they were out. Come on now, given the already very limited sides that RT offers, it should be a no brainer to order enough potato's, shouldn't it? They come in like boxes of 50 or so, don't spoil as fast as things such as lettuce, and many other things would, so what is the darn problem here. RT as already removed their wonderful spaghetti squash from their offerings, and then sometime last month they supposedly eliminated sweet potato's as a side dish. The current offerings that remain are very uninspiring, and if they think folks are gonna love having tater tots (a new addition?) with their meal, well I believe they are badly mistaken. If things don't shape up around here I doubt this location will be around much longer. read more

I am so disappointed in Ruby Tuesday in Dallas that once was one of my favorite restaurants until recently. I recently visited Ruby Tuesday and to my major disappointment I walked in the restaurant was unkempt the dining area there were tables that weren't bussed the tables where the plates have been removed some hadn't been white there was food on the floor I went to sit at the bar and had to ask for them to wipe down the bar because a large portion of the bar had not been wiped down. But what made this Ruby Tuesday one of my favorite spots was because of the staff the management and the staff I had become very familiar I have frequent this place very often particularly around football season. To go in that Ruby Tuesday and not see any familiar faces gave me cause for concern so I asked where was everyone cuz although everyone may not work the same shift I always see a familiar face well it was explained to me that everyone had gone on to something better I'm not sure I think personally it was management and here is why when I tell you Ruby Tuesday team members under the previous management were an awesome group of people they they are what made People become regulars and to not see anyone there anymore to hear they're all gone off to something better I mean I guess it's a little bittersweet but I will say this something needs to be done at that store that please I was so disappointed to see all these tables that hadn't been bust bar not clean food on the floor and people congregating at the hostess desk I was not impressed with that at all so I'm giving Ruby Tuesday one star sorry I didn't get to say goodbye to the previous staff they will truly be missed I will tell you that the cohesiveness with that group I became familiar with other customers because we all were regulars we were there because of those people not sure if they'll ever get back to that because the team I saw that night I don't know if they worked underneath a few of them would have been let go but I don't know I'm not in Ruby Tuesday's management but I give that start restaurant one because of how nasty it looked the other night and also Ruby Tuesday May want to reconsider that menu I was not impressed with this new menu I got the deviled eggs and deviled eggs we're not that great I was not impressed with the new meet menu they need to go back and stop changing it up go back to the old menu right now I think the best thing Ruby Tuesday has has going for them is the garden bar other than that I'm not impressed with anything I want the old Ruby Tuesday back and that's all I have to say about Ruby Tuesday read more
