Salad bar is sooo good now!! Sever was great and attentive. The place looked great for how old it kind of looks. Overall a great experience.

Good food and fantastic service. Especially our server, Amy. Amy greeted us right away and advised a hostess would be seating us quickly. And quickly we were sat. Having lunch here for the first time in years (used to frequent the Iliff and Abilene location often) and I missed Ruby and the salad buffet. The entree's are a very good portion to make for two meals, especially if you add on the all-you-can-eat salad. The salad buffet was a popular choice during our visit and I was impressed with how tidy the staff kept it. The salad greens were crisp and fresh and the toppings plentiful. My fave being the jalapeño crisps. Lunch was really good too. While I was craving a burger, I ended up ordering the Hickory Bourbon BBQ Chicken. Healthier option and it was a good option at that. The Bourbon BBQ sauce is delish! Sweet and savory, I just had to ask for more. The only downside here is the condition of the dining room. Some of the chairs could use a little TLC and the walls within the booths could use a good wipe down. Ketchup burps happen! read more

A true two-star experience. I had been here several years ago, and while it was never anything special, it was at least average. Unfortunately, the place has clearly gone downhill. The steak may have been the worst I have had in a decade. It was so difficult to cut that I actually asked for a sharper knife, thinking the one I had was the problem. Turns out the knife was fine. The steak was just that tough. Service was friendly but exceptionally slow. I wanted table service and a beer, so we picked Ruby Tuesday. The beer selection was disappointing, with only one IPA on the menu. The decor was typical Ruby Tuesday chain-restaurant style, and the loud music did nothing to improve the ambiance. Back when I first visited, there were not many other options in the area, so coming here made more sense. That is no longer the case. There are plenty of alternatives now, and I would have been better off choosing one of the nearby fast-casual spots read more

I went here because my flight as canceled and I ended up in a hotel in walking distance that told me they would take my meal voucher from the airline. It was Sunday night after 9pm and they were busy. A good sign. I sat in a comfortable booth and my waitress was nice and provided good service. I ordered a double patty hamburger with lettuce, red onions and tomato with fries. The hamburger was tasty with fresh toppings. Unfortunately, the fries were overcooked, hard and lots of undesirable pieces. Five stars all around!! I felt like I was stepping into my childhood with the salad bar buffet. Felt like the early 90s in there. Love the nostalgia. My waitress, sweet lady, took care of me. Wonderful place! The salad bar is awesome! It brought back fond memories of when restaurants in Kalifornia used to have all you can eat salad bars. A long time ago...... The lettuce was crispy and fresh and the toppings were numerous and tasty! Highly recommend the salad bar! I had the blackened tilapia and it was good. Perfectly spiced and served with rice and fried zucchini. Very yummy! The server was super friendly and always checking in on me. Excellent service! People were really friendly. The food is so delicious, The salmon bowl is a must. Whenever I am in town, me and my family make sure Ruby Tuesday is a most.

I was so happy to see the salad bar and that it still had the yummy items I remember from 12 years ago when In Michigan. I love the broccoli salad. They haven't changed a thing!! The restaurant itself is a little tired looking and could use some decor refreshing. The hostess was not pleasant or welcoming at all. Our server was just okay, not very attentive at all. We arrived at Ruby Tuesday for dinner on a Saturday evening & decided to try their Endless Garden Bar. I find it harder & harder these days to find a salad bar so I was happy that Ruby Tuesday still had one & it was good! We were seated right away, both the host & wait staff were very friendly & introduced themselves. Note, the plastic table cloth & seats had numerous tears in them & I thought the music was a little too loud. Lots of parking here at this location. For $13.49 this was an unlimited trip salad bar, we added Potato Cheese Soup for an additional $3. The soup was delicious & it had lots of cheese. Those interested in having salad more often can sign up for the new Garden Bar Pass, that amounts to under $2 a day! The salad bar was very fresh & the staff constantly kept the area clean & replaced low items. It was however difficult to reach some of the items in the back. The salad bar had several different types of greens with lots of toppings & many salad dressing options too. I especially liked that they had diced hard boiled eggs, broccoli salad & a corn salad...all yummy! I would have liked to have seen more fruit. Service is slow and the restaurant is filthy. The table was sticky and clearly not well cleaned. The floor had food and debris all over it. Ordered the fish and chips. Fish was hot and ok. Fries were cold. Salad bar was good. Had to chase down the server for a check. It's a captive audience, so not surprising that it is sub par. read more

Well... the good. They still have a salad bar!!! Yes friends, the Salad bar you have known and possibly loved still exists in these 4 walls. It's been a bit of a hotspot for me as of late when doing airport runs. Stop off for a bite before drop off or after pick up to waste time or wait out a little traffic after a long day in the air. Burgers are pretty solid. I must admit I have little else most visits. On this particular visit I thought I would try something off the Summer BBQ Menu. I went with the Bbq Burnt Ends. There was an appatizer and a meal portion so I thought. They advertised both. Turns out.. the Appatizer portion and the meal portion are exactlly the same size. So if ya get the meal you are paying a whopping 5.00 + for a side of fries that's normally 3.99 on their sides menu. So now on to the Burnt Ends.. First off... Not a burnt end at all. It's more of their pork chop cut into peices, covered in bbq sauce and thrown under the salamander for a few moments. They should have just been named BBQ Pork Bites. They were okay, a little tough but the flavor of the bbq sauce was decent. Not something I would order again. Going forward I will just stick to a burger and salad bar here. read more

My husband and I got there about 4:30 on Monday. We were seated by the hostess right away. There was maybe 2 or 3 other customers. We waited about 8 minutes and there was no acknowledgement that we were there by a server. The hostess was sanitizing the next booth so I asked her "are you our serve?" She said no and walked away and sat a table of 4 across from us. The server came right out and came to us to take a drink order. I'm not sure if she didn't know we were there or only because the other people came in and she thought she should see us first. My husband said give here the benefit of the doubt. I think it would have been nice if she said something like "I'm sorry for the wait" or something similar. Also, when we were leaving, the hostess was sneaking food to eat, not a nice look. Food was so-so ribs was a little dry and over done. Dessert, skillet cookie with ice cream was very good. I would not go back if I have the chance. read more

The Bar Tender, Dulci was Fabulous and my food looks Delicious Their Salad Bar had 2 types of lettuce, Craisins, Red Peppers, grated eggs, beets, carrots, tomatoes, potato salad, pasta salad, 4 different types of grated cheese, grapes, and dressings. I had not been to Ruby Tuesday for many many years. I went today with some friends of mine and oh my gosh was it ever wonderful. The waitress that we had whose name was Dana, was simply a delight, and made our evening special. The salad bar was fantastic, I had a hamburger which I always love, one of us had ribs chicken and shrimp platter, and the other friend had just vegetables with a chicken breast. We probably stayed for 2 hours we were having such a lovely time. Dana really made what going out for supper is all about. A pleasurable experience. Since I had the salad bar, I was not able to finish my hamburger, so I was so happy they had a paper take home container not Styrofoam or plastic. All those little things impressed me. They eventually do nothing, say nothing, and offer nothing after they nearly beat you up for eating here. Ruby Tuesday has become a joke, a war zone of stress, with no leadership, no district managers, and no quality assurance. Just another scam operation seeking ways to save money and deprive you of a quality experience. Extremely limited salad bar - with tiny, anxiety-inducing plates. If you like eating salad off a ceramic cocktail napkin, go for it! The burgers, formerly EPIC, are now a snack made from sketchy, stretchy, compressed meat, purchased upon falling off a truck. Excluding our lovely waitress in the bar, the other employees here are grumpy, including the hostess & salad bar person. Don't ask to sit in a specific section, she might smack you. Whatever happened to just enjoying your work? There are much better restaurants nearby - Italian, Pho, Mexican, and more. As you drive by, honk your horn! We didn't complain but did mention to the sever to tell the kitchen to watch out for their chicken, she said "it was frozen and not thawed out enough" WHAT?! The Chicken Parmesan Pasta was even worse, chicken was also overcooked, the pasta had so many different flavor it was hard to pin point the intended flavor. We went for an early dinner around 3pm on Memorial Day. We were staying at a nearby hotel. Got sat right away. Our server, Lauren, was busy but she never made it feel that way. Service was timed well, she was knowledgeable, about the menu. We enjoyed our food and the process to pay was quick and easy. She let us have two checks and then let us sit there for a bit chatting afterwards. The only thing that was not enjoyable was the temperature of the restaurant. It was a bit warm. Saw ads on Facebook for $9.99 everyday specials. Also noted a Saturday dinner special for $23.99. On arrival there were no specials on the menu so had to ask the waiter. He said we needed a code for the $9.99 special but only one person could get the deal. I saw nothing limiting it to one per table but looked up the code and gave it to him. Asked about the Saturday dinner special and he told me there were no specials today. Spoke to manager and related our experience. No satisfactory explanation. Seems like bait and switch. Stop by here arriving from the airport and I will have to say you would do better skipping here. Ordered the salad bar with my meal and should have know the quality I was going to get. The lettuce had been chilled so much you might as well say frozen and turned rubbery. My ribs came and had no flavor whatsoever so ever with the best cold fries you can get. I tried one rib and a couple fries and just asked for the check. The waitress didn't even ask about the meal, just gave me the bill. Absolutely horrid customer service and has been an absolute NIGHTMARE to get my refund back from Ruby Tuesdays. First time ever going to Ruby Tuesdays, did a curb side order for the BOGO. My order was for a chicken and broccoli pasta and came out super dry. My girlfriend refused the food and went inside and asked for a refund, not paying for dry noodles, epically when it's $20 just for her food alone. Assistant manager says "it's up to the Ruby Tuesday standard and they can't issue a refund, I go in the store and start conversing with said manager. Tells me its up to par and issuing refunds isn't the "Ruby Tuesday way" tell him that's not acceptable and I want a refund. Tell me why when the manager walks away to go grab the guys email/number for refund a waitress walks up to me and says "omg that looks so bad, I would NOT pay for that." Then she walks to the kitchen to grab us free stuff. I have this on video recorded as well. If the food was up to the "Ruby Tuesday standard" why's your waitress trying to bring me free stuff for my order?? Assistant manager comes back and Gives me a Florida number (Im in CO for reference) for refund, attempt to call the number 10 times, no answer. Finally responds after 3-4 hours after I leave the store, says he will issue refund and send me a gift card to make up for it, because it was sub par and not a order that should of ever been sent out. This manager ghosted me on the giftcard and on the confirmation of cancellation. All he says in text is "we cancelled the order" Okay, but why's it so hard to get the cancellation email from Ruby Tuesdays? Called the corporate line, left a voice mail, no response. Absolutely horrible customer service. This hard just to get an email saying you all cancelled my order? Will never return. First and most definitely my last trip to Ruby Tuesdays. Like I'm so deeply sorry I don't trust the guys word who lied to me and ghosted me on sending me the gift card and the confirmation. I uploaded photos of what I ordered vs what I got.
