Worst Ruby Tuesday's I've been too. Smells musty, very dirty and RUDY AS HELL MANAGER. We came in at 8:30pm, was told they were closing early, as the cooks are leaving at 9pm. When I told them that was fine, we have 30 minutes to order since it's only 830pm, the manager got an attitude and took it out on the host. So unprofessional. Then, at 8:50 PM a group of us decided to go get our salads. They had already begun breaking down the salad bar and the manager upset when we asked them for serving utensils. The guy managing the salad bar apologized profusely for what was going on and commented about they were all shocked as well that the restaurant was closing so early. Mind you, their website states they are open until 11 PM. You would certainly think that if a restaurant was going to pull or close the salad bar early, they would make sure that all of the guests in the restaurant knew what was happening. But apparently that was too much to ask from this location. I understand that most restaurants are understaffed at this time, but there's never an excuse for a manager treating their employees as well as customers in the manner she did. There are too many other options for food in this area. Do not waste your time going to this place, as if you look at the reviews.... It's pretty pathetic. Lesson learned for sure!!! read more

Waited for over 5 minutes at front to get a seat as employees looked at my strangely. I was told I had to wait for a table to get cleaned although I counted over 20 clean tables. The waitress went to "clean a table for me" but instead filled the water glasses for a couple of tables first and then chatted with a co-worker for a couple of minutes. I was seated next to a loud group of people with profanity laden conversations. I only had the salad bar and it was below average. I had the lettuce as that was fresh and very little else. The atmostphere was so bad I just wanted to leave. I was able to finally track down my waitress and she put the credit card machines in front of me and asked what tip I wanted to leave- 20% , 25% or 30%- this was SO rude. She did nothing other than bring me a glass of water and her service was simply horrible. Bad service, poor salad bar and I won't be back. We dined at your place about an hour ago. 1st problem was my Philly cheese steak was covered in nacho cheese, 2nd issue by the time I got my correct sandwich there was a homeless lady by the windows who was picking her nose then it started bleeding and she was tossing bloody kleenex everywhere and maybe the mgr. could of asked her to leave the property but did not say anything to her which was quite disgusting while your dining, 3rrd issue my husband ordered the new Orleans sea and received a rather disgusting piece of fish with rice which I now see on our receipt we were charged for tilapia instead of my Philly, so guessing that's what he received. He had eaten what he was going to and was ready to leave so asked for my order to go. When I arrived home my tator tots had the nacho cheese on some of them and I ad about half as many in the container than what was on my plate, very disappointing meal. When we travel a Ruby T is a reliable chain you know what your getting. In my years going to Ruby T this was beyond disapointing. The burger my wife after i finished 2nd round of salid bar and wife told they didnt start her burger would she like somthing else, her order was bacon cheese burger well no pink and tater tots. In 32 years of marriage I have never known her to order any meat that hasn't been cremated. When her order finally showed up no tater tots regular French fries and when she cut in to the Burger it was rare short of mooing. The waiter told her that's how she ordered her Burger I about fell over in my seat. He told her that if he took the Burger and tater tots back it would be another another 15 min. The kitchen was busy . We asked for the check but was told by another waiter That he was busy trying to find someone to approve a discount on her Burger. Sorry, but my most recent experience at Ruby Tuesday was the worst possible service I could have expected from a chain restaurant. I attempted to call ahead and check on seating and see how long the wait time would be. The phone rang and rang and rang; no one ever answered. When I got to the restaurant, there was several tables empty, and people waiting to have their names taken, but there was no one at the host stand. When someone finally did approach, I requested either a table or a booth for a single person. I was seated near the door, and waited for my server to approach. After about 10 minutes, someone finally came to my table, but they did not know if that was a table in their service area. The server took my drink order, and I advised him I would have my entree order ready when he returned. The server walked past me four times in 20 minutes, never brought my drink order or even acknowledged I was sitting at my table. He never apologized for the delay. My menu was still sitting on the table so you could tell I haven't given my order yet. After a few more minutes I got up, gathered my stuff, and left the restaurant. I would have stopped with the host stand to ask for a manager, but there was no one there looked like they were in charge. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. And this is not the first time I've had some bad servers and service at this restaurant. Absolutely awful. I never order from chain restaurants but I wanted bbq and I live by the airport. No other options except Dickey's (would have been better sadly). The pic and description showed some great looking butterflied shrimp, nice looking sides & accompaniments. Let's be honest. You're probably coming here because you're staying at a hotel nearby in this area near the Denver Airport. If you're not, then I'm just deeply concerned for your decision making on restaurants. I hate to say it, but strangely enough the chain restaurant that is Ruby Tuesday may be your best option in this stretch of Tower Road. Your other options around there are DiCicco's (I've written a 2-star review on them) and Tower Tap & Grill (haven't written a review but a comparable experience to Ruby Tuesday but at a higher price point for whatever reason) so you kind of end up defaulting to Ruby Tuesday if you are hungry, in need of a meal, and have no access to a car. I was alone so I went and sat at the bar. Ruby Tuesday's options for vegetarians are limited at best. I asked to have the cajun pasta but for them to not put the chicken or shrimp on it. The bartender said she could accommodate that but it would be the same price. She tried to upsell me on the salad bar for $3.99. I declined. Later, I was curious and went over to the salad bar and no regrets. It was a Friday night at 9 pm. The salad bar was wrecked. And, even if pristine, I didn't find it to be that appealing. The pasta was fine enough because I understand what is entailed in a chain restaurant and a Ruby Tuesday so I wasn't expecting much. At $15.99, it's excessive of course but actually reasonable given the price points of the other restaurants in the area. Two things really stood out to me. At one point, the bartender said to one of the guys sitting at the bar, "Yeah, we've been having issues with the kitchen making it too well done." He was a nice enough guy but I think he'd returned his burger at least once and was now accepting of whatever was handed to him even though it wasn't medium. So that's real weird. You're a burger restaurant that mainly markets itself as that and your kitchen can't even get temperature orders on beef, correct? I could care less as I don't eat beef but be warned for those having that kind of expectation. Additionally, the guy sitting next to me at one point said to the bartender, "I order a steak here every day so I figured I'd switch it up this time." What the hell?!? First, who goes to a Ruby Tuesday EVERY DAY? Second, why are you eating a steak EVERY DAY? I was really concerned for this regular at Ruby Tuesday and I'm pretty sure the bartender noticed my horrified reaction. Anyway, service was solid, and everything was average as you would expect out of an experience at such a restaurant. I don't think I'd been to a Ruby Tuesday in nearly a decade so I guess that nostalgia of high school in the suburbs was nice. Well, if you are staying at one of these hotels on Tower Road, try your best to either have a car or enough food so that you don't have to eat out because the options are limited and unnecessarily pricey. Also, just be warned as a pedestrian, that it is not the most well-lit street with crosswalks at all for an area where people are likely going 45 to 55 MPH. So, you know, just be safe and don't die on a walk to Ruby Tuesday otherwise that might be an even sadder way to go. read more

The customer service provided by the manager, Sam was pathetic. Sam was reluctant to even try to assist and when he did step in he was rude and not at all helpful. He indicated he had "zero clue" about the information asked and did not offer any other assistance. This person should not be managing anything other than their poor attitude. I ordered the Hot Nashville baby back ribs, it was awful, not even presentable, dry and hard. The baked potato and broccoli were fine. We also got a plate that was supposedly "Chicken Parmesan" which was awful. We had the manager, Ivan, who came out and did replace the plates, but not much more than that. Stated that because of low traffic, and had something to do with staffing (obviously subpar). I don't see how that should effect the quality of the food. The only good part of our visit was the host Mr. Larry, he was very sweet, personable and very accommodating, honestly displayed more kindness than the waitress and manager. Wow I was truly shocked how much I enjoyed this restaurant. They offer a all you can eat salad bar for 3.99 extra with any entree which I think is super worth it. It is a small salad bar but has a lot of variety of topping but only ham for a meat option. But it was great though I don't recommend getting the coleslaw it was sour and had clearly gone bad. The pasta salad tasted great though. I ordered the spicy crispy chicken pimiento cheese sandwich, Gosh darn was it delicious. I was shocked how juicy it was and had I nice kick I loved that. You can get it not spicy if you want. You can get it with fries or tots. I opted for fries but they were a tad to salty so next time I will get the tots. My boyfriend got the bourbon steak, I thought it was ok and you can definitely get a better steak for that price else where. I loved our server she was super sweet. read more

The service was good and friendly. The food not so good. Our food was served cold and needed to be returned. Shrimp gets rubbery after being microwaved so it was brought back super hot and the noodles and shrimp was very elastic. Standard Ruby Tuesday fare. Contrary to a lot of the reviews the salad bar was in good shape. They had a dedicated staff member refilling and cleaning non stop. I got the 12 oz ribeye and it was on the tough side with no sear at all. It was over cooked. Then you get just a baked potato with butter, no loaded options I guess. The food was decent and the service at this location was okay as well! I stay close to this restaurant when I'm in Denver so my options are limited. The food was good and ultimately what I love about this ruby tuesdays is the salad bar. Everything coming from the salad bar is fresh and over 50 items to choose from! Went in for a late lunch and was surprised at how good it was. The prices are great and the food quality is better than similar chains suck as Chili's or Fridays. I had a really tasty burger cooked medium. I went with the prime Patty for 2 extra dollars and it was worth it. My partner had the Asiago peppercorn steak. The steak was cook perfect medium rare and very flavorful. The zucchini she had was grilled very well also. The onion rings we're nothing special but we're not bad. Same for my fries.
