Walk in on Sunday , we're about 10 employees standing around and one waiter who was taking care of a large party who just left sat us after we waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged . Ordered cheeseburger and my wife ordered Mac and chicken. 10 minutes later waiter told us they were out so we settled for a cheeseburger. Well my burger came out raw, I sent it back and it returned like someone threw it on the plate in shambles still raw with fries being cold. My wife's came out just about in the same manner. We have dined at this place before and food and service was ok however when we had to pay full price after complaining three times about the food and did not even gets manager to pay us a visit, we've decided never again. When we were leaving we saw another couple with half a burger laying on their plate picked apart and raw. Ehh. I heard a lot of good things about Ruby Tuesday, their salad bar, burgers, sandwiches, fries, etc. I had the Chicken Avacado Sandwich, along with the Spinach Artichoke dip. It was bland. Nothing special about it, plain, nothing had taste. Everything was just kinda thrown between a bun. The service was very good though. Subpar meal and service. Server was Hannah B. & she was not thrilled to be doing her job whatsoever. The salad bar was sparse and it was wrong that we asked for more biscuits for our party of four. My chicken was undercooked and it was like it was flashed cooked where the breading on the outside got fried and then they pulled them out. My sons hockey was the same way. Our condiments like sour cream and blue cheese that was supposed to come with the meal had to be requested once food was brought as it was missing. Oh and when we received our drinks, the Sprites were gross and only tasted like carbonation. $50+ for four people and crappy service and food makes for me to never return to this place, nor recommend this restaurant. I was here at noon on Black Friday...Yes, I am crazy enough to go to the only restaurant that's basically in the outlet mall's parking lot at noon on Black Friday. It was definitely packed, but we got lucky and got a table pretty quickly. The service was acceptable, as was the salad bar. By that I mean that our server didn't screw anything up and wasn't rude, and the lettuce and fixings seemed fresh and the salad bar area looked clean, which is about all you can ask for. As far as my entree, I had the portobello pretzel burger and it was good-huge and messy, but tasty. Not sure where to start. Upon my arrival I went to the restroom to wash my hands. Noticed that the janitorial closet inside the women's restroom was halfway open, so of course I peeked inside! It's a complete disaster & mess! I understand this is only a janitorial closet for the bathrooms, but if a small closet looks like this, what does the actual kitchen and food storage look like...? They opened at 11 AM. I got there at 11:32 and was seated immediately. The waitress was quick and I ordered the salad bar. Easy right? When I got up there to the salad bar there were several things missing, and there was only about four plates. There was no spoons,ladles, serving utensils for half of the items...There was no bacon bits or croutons. When I asked someone about the croutons, they said they had to go cook them so it would take a few minutes. I thought you were supposed to be open and ready for business at 11? Needless to say the poor people that were there before me (which was about seven tables worth)had to patiently wait even longer than I while the staff still worked on filling the salad bar. The salad bar was very good, really liked the bread. Hamburger was very good. Nice place for lunch.

We were celebrating our granddaughter's birthday with her family of six so we had a good sized order. Complicated by her allergies - it took us a while to find something she could eat. When we explained our waiter brought a very helpful three ring binder with explanations of how everything on the menu is cooked, etc. He was very helpful and understanding which we really appreciated. The service was a bit slow but again complicated by our situation. His helpful attitude went a long way toward making it a pleasant evening. read more

They have raised their prices since the last time we dined here. Our food took over twenty minutes because they didn't have any biscuits for the crispy chicken and biscuits. This Ruby Tuesday location was absolutely disgusting. In the bathroom, there was urine on the floor from a leaky urinal that didn't work and a floor was not properly cleaned. The salad bar was very unappetizing. The food was not refilled promptly and many items were left empty. At first, there were no clean plates--only dirty ones that were left to the side. My party and I were so put off by the bathroom and the appearance of the food that we cancelled our appetizer (that took way too long anyway) and we practically ran out the door. Our waitress was kind, but the experience was horrendous. Unacceptable for a restaurant during the holiday season and near a popular location. I will not be returning to that location any time soon. If I could do a negative 2 stars I would. It all started with a 15 min wait to seat us at 3pm on a Monday. We noticed food on the floor right away and should of walked out then. They had to clean a table in order to seat us and they were not even that busy. It was 10 min to get our drinks, 25 to get our appetizer and 45 to get our food which was crispy chicken Mac & cheese and a southwestern chicken salad. The Mac and cheese plate was hot( a classic sign that it had been sitting under the food warmer to long) and the Mac & cheese was cold. The county BBQ chicken salad which had olives in it and no black beans. Did they really think I wouldn't notice??? I hate olives with a passion and even if I liked them they had no business being in a sweet southwestern style salad. My companion went to complain right away about the salad, but they did not offer to make me another salad or take something off the price. Instead we found out that the guy that told us he was a manger was not. I told my companion to let it go and that next time we would know better to look at reviews before we pick a place to eat. That was before we took a trip to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper and the toilets looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Then after our disgusting meal it took us another 15 min to pay our bill. They only thing good I can say about this place is that the beer was cold. Poorly managed. I would give 'em zero if I could! The kitchen was slow as all heck!!! We waited over an hour for our food. Place was not even packed! We sat by the kitchen and we could hear them getting orders wrong and having to fix them. We stopped off the highway to get a quick bite on the way home. Nope! Food was warm, not hot, when we finally got it. We had to wait another 5 minutes for my wife's fried zucchini. Food tasted ok but not worth the wait. Food was outstanding for a family environment, however, the service left much to be desired. The waitress happily chatted with us as we explained how we were active duty military even though she was letting us order nine dollar scotch drinks. A warning next tune would've been much better. A twenty minute wait for the manger to clear up the problem didn't account to much as she never showed up. This Ruby Tuesday's fare was consistent with others in the chain. Service was Good, meal was tasty. What prompted me to write was the sticker shock my friends and I received when we noticed what our Iced Teas cost. I had a plain unsweet, unflavored tea and was charged almost $3 while my friends opted for the flavored teas and were set back almost $4 each. We all felt anything over $2 was ridiculous. Moving forward the consensus was we would all switch to just Water with our meals and know to check the menu prices for beverages. RT has definitely exceeded the acceptable Price Point on their teas. My husband and I went to Ruby Tuesday's for dinner tonight. The salad bar quality was dismal. No Waldorf salad, and items extremely picked over. We ordered margaritas and I was asked, "would you like a large for a dollar more?" I replied yes. My margarita was mostly all ice, very little drink. The "large" glass was taller yet held the same amount of my husband's regular size. This is due to a smaller diameter glass yet "taller" glass. This is meant to fool the eyes. We asked for the manager and he was very condescending to us. He replied to our question about "why so much ice?" With a condescending sneer and said she made it the way she was supposed to. He couldn't have cared less. So the lesson to be learned here is simply do not eat at this restaurant. I know I will not be back. $43.00 for two salad bars that were hardly passable, two margaritas that were all ice. The only good thing was the desert we split, New York cheesecake. Don't waste your time or money, they simply are not worth it. Go across the street to Applebee's. read more

Montana Mikes had a 25 minute waiting list so we went over to Ruby Tuesday's to see if we could get in quicker. The place was half empty and I now know why. We were seated immediately, but, it was all down hill from there. The service was very slow. The food was not good. The plates at the salad bar were dirty. The restroom had urine all over the floor and stunk. Also to add insult to injury - I am sure that the whiskey was watered down. I am a connoisseur of good whiskey and I KNOW it was watered down. As a former cook at ruby Tuesday and a person with a culinary degree when I started working here I was appalled by the things that were happening in the kitchen!!!! I saw a so called "cook" spit in someone's food!!! Dropping things on the floor and then plating them, most to all cooks do not wear gloves and or wash their hands!!! To put it shortly I didn't even give a two week notice... I would not soil my recently acquired degree by working there any longer. Terrible experience last night. I was so taken back that I forgot to take pictures to support this review. We had the salad bar which was fresh, but many items were running very low. A server saw that we needed lettuce. He nicely offered to get more. As we scraped out the bowl feeling sad for the people behind us, we noticed that he didn't run for the lettuce (kind of critical) but proceeded to take notes on all other items needing to be refilled...was still note taking when we left the salad bar. I ordered a side of salmon for the salad and it came to me cold from a refrigerator as broken bits in a bowl looking like cat food...sent it back. My date ordered mini sliders and they were cold, over cooked and charred on stale buns with a slice of cold cheese...zero on the melted scale. Had to ask for condiments. Only ate 1/2 of two sliders and too frustrated to even send back. Thought the waitress would notice this disaster but just wisked the plate away. The fries were great and the rolls that come with salad which were received when the salads were almost totally consumed...had to ask for them when the sliders were delivered by someone other than the waitress. After a 35 minute wait, our server Rachel, told us a larger party order was more important than our party of 3. We asked to speak to a manager, Jason, who failed to identify an issue. Today I decided to go to this restaurant on my lunch hour. The restaurant was pretty busy with customers so I sat at the bar to be serviced quickly. My observations of the staff almost made me want to not eat there ever again and to run. The staff behind the bar were eating off of a plate next to the register of biscuits, the manager with short hair came out to the line were they were prepping food and was eating as well and then I was horrified to see one of the cooks eating something as well. This restaurant is not very clean but the etiquette is horrible. Advice to management is provide a break room for your employees and maybe a meal break since they're obviously hungry! read more

I had never had Ruby Tuesday before but shopping makes me hungry and there are limited options in the area. When in Rome... The food was pretty average but I appreciated that they have several "healthy" options and many of their side items are a more healthy choice than french fries and include the calorie count (cauliflower mashed potatoes, fried zucchini, asparagus, etc.). The salad bar has a decent amount of veggies, including soybeans, so that alone deserves a star. It's only $2.99 to add the salad bar to your entree and I think that price is pretty fair seeing as it's unlimited. Staff was friendly yet a bit slow, even after the lunch rush. I found it kind of odd that it seemed like the place could use a good cleaning. The floors were sticky, the salad bar was askew, and the front doors and windows were very dirty. Yet there was the hostess, chatting it up in the bar area, paying no sort of attention. Not sure kind of ambiance they are going for. What a disgusting experience! Entered the restaurant to find the salad bar basically facing the waiting area for guests. Nearly every container on the salad bar was spilling out, messy, and splattered. Lots of salad fixing on the floor mixed with dirt and dust bunnies. Brownie bites on the floor when you walk in that look like dog turds everywhere. Yuck! Sat down and the tablecloth was sticky, and a bug was crawling on the utensils. My kids keep complaining that the whole restaurant smelled like a port-o-john!! Waitress didn't bring kids menus, then when we asked she brought 1, although we have 2 kids. Had to ask for another, and then ask for crayons since it didn't dawn on her to bring it all at once. Brought the kids food about 6 minutes before ours so we weren't eating together as a family. She forgot the condiments that accompanied my meal. The final straw was a trip to the restroom after the meal. The women's room was filthier than most gas station restrooms. No toilet paper in one of two stalls. The other stall had a sanitary trash bin that was overflowing with used feminine products and the entire restroom smelled so bad I could hardly breathe. When my husband left the equally filthy men's room, he was greeted by a man walking into the restroom who blew a cloud of vape smoke in his face. Ugh!!! Never again! read more
