Based solely on mine and my party's experience, I have to give this place a 5/5. I got the crispy chicken mac & cheese, and the other three got well done burgers. Three of us got the endless garden bar which had bountiful options. All of the food was really good, and we didn't have to wait very long to get it. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and attentive. I do need to mention that in the time we were there we overheard the two tables around us have to send their steaks back because they were undercooked. Another of us overheard a waitress telling the cook - who was new, apparently - that four other steaks were sent back raw as well. So over all, we had a very good experience and good food. But it seems like the new cook can't quite get the steaks right, so order them at your own discretion. read more

Stopped here for a quick lunch while travelling. I had mozzarella sticks that came out super hot and they were really good. The marinara sauce was also really good and that's easy to get just ok. The bartender was great and handled our modification request well... my parents wanted the ribs and shrimp, but with coconut shrimp instead of crispy shrimp. Most people would have just said no... but she just said yes and even though she didn't know how, she was determined to make it happen. She asked a manager who also did not know how to put it in the POS... so she said "I'm just going to put "see server" on the ticket". Then we heard her go tell the kitchen that we wanted the coconut instead of crispy shrimp. She came right back to us, so she had not been met with any resistance. That means that this team is all about customer service. When we ask a server something and they say no or look absolutely terrified to go ask a manager or the kitchen... that says something. It says the opposite when the server says yes right away and is happy to go talk to the kitchen and her teammates are willing to accomodate her request. If this concept seems foreign to you and you are in any type of service industry, start reading books about Disney. If you have, you know what I mean. read more

Waited forever for our very simple order; when they brought the first plate it was something completely different from what we ordered, and then we had to wait even more to get the full order right. Stopped in for a quick bite as it's near where I live. Service was decent. Of course, the usual supply chain issues, they were out of at least two sides. There's a grocery store a few minutes away, yes I am aware that that is against their rules but it's flat out stupid. Salad bar was a bit disorganized and could be tidier. The food came in reasonable time, then came the end of the meal. As I was waiting for my check, I was inspecting the water glass that I was drinking out of and it had a foreign object in the bottom. It was a plastic face to someone's watch which I assume came off when they were digging in the ice machine. I pointed this out to the waiter, he didn't think it was odd at all. I mentioned he might want to mention this to the manager. He came back, really said nothing but handed me my check. It's utterly pathetic the level of service these days, Ruby Tuesdays used to be clean and organized. I guess this is an example of how you ruin a franchise. Oh, for yelp. It's to the point I wanna go across the street to McDonald's for a snake until our order is brought to the table. Then after an hour they informed us that they lost our ticket with our order!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. FOOD WAS GOOD as is Ruby Tuesdays. Was traveling home after a trip to East Tennessee and Ruby Tuesday is a favorite of ours so we stopped at this location for an evening meal at approx 6pm. The restaurant was not busy and we were seated quickly. our order was finally placed after a little too long a wait. Drinks were finally brought. The table next to us was seated after we were and they got there food(another waitress served them). I asked our waitress where was our food and was told it was being prepared and she would go check-SHE DID NOT GO TO KITCHEN. After another wait I went looking for her and got the same answer. I requested our food or the check for our drinks. She brought food and actually dropped the plates loudly on the table. Another member of my party asked for a drink refill. No refill and after completing our meal I had to find another waitress to request our check. Do not stop here!!!! read more

N0 stars for this ruby Tuesdays. Went un at four pm to get ribs, was told ribs would not be ready until six pm we ordered the sirloin. We waited an hour and were about to just pay for our tea and leave, but they said our order was ready. They brought the steaks out my orderwS steak and fries, steak medium well, I got a baked potato and a steak that was raw in the center, wife's steak was ok,but her baked potato was cold and didn't even melt the butter. Ordered the tacoquillos, no onions. I think misunderstood and added extra onions. No croutons on the salad bar(?!?!), asked for a kid ice cream with caramel topping and it was served in a hot bowl. So it was ice cream soup! 3 stalls in the restroom and 2 no toilet paper. I come out and see 2 servers and a cook sitting in the booth by the bathroom. We rely on RT for its broad choice on its menu and consistently good food. This stop while traveling in Harriman, TN, brought this RT to five star dining. All that was missing was a while tablecloth, fresh flowers and heavy flatware. My guy ordered the Bella chicken, a fit and trim selection which he declared to be extremely tasty without being overly filling. Baked potato, perfectly prepared broccoli and a strawberry lemonade rounded off his meal. I tasted the lemonade. I'd go back just for that refresher. Yum! I chose the asiago sirloin, onion rings and house salad with blue cheese dressing. Honestly, I can't remember the last time I didn't Leave a goodly portion of my order on my plate at any restaurant. Let's hope the cleanup crew doesn't mistake and think they are dealing with clean dishes. The steak was perfect. Just enough cheese to add a creamy, nutty tasty overlay on my tongue. The onion rings were hot! Hot enough to still be warm most of the way through my meal. The house green salad was sized perfectly for the meal. I would have preferred it to come on a bigger bowl to allow me to toss the dressing through the salad without spilling so many pieces on the table. This place is worth making a stop. read more

We have not eaten there for over a year, we were not satisfied then, and things have not changed. We should have known better. The food was awful, except for my burger. My wife had a triple, bogie ribs, shrimp and chicken. There was no taste, 1 1/2 chicken fingers, and some shrimp. Just passing through the area and stopped for dinner. Easy access off the interstate ( and near our hotel). My wife and I had seafood entrees ( she had the salmon and I had the Cajun). We found both dishes very tasty -- not always an easy task with seafood. The drinks were reasonably priced and the service was good. I am sorry to say today for lunch at about 2PM , we stopped in for lunch...As we have eaten here many times before and gotten good food. This was not the case today. We were shown the sliders and told how good they were by our waitress. So All three of us got the 11.99 three slider and salad bar , each picking a different kind so we could taste at least one of each one...The salad bar was very good. The Sliders were awful , cooked WAY to long and Hard as a piece of cardboard. Being cooked so much , they had NO FLAVOR and none of us ate more than one.. I am sorry to say we wasted an hour and 50.00 on food that was not even fit to bring home to our dog... By far the most disappointing meal I've had in a long time. Would've been happier with a salad from Wendy's than the salad bar here. I got the salad bar, and the mixed greens and spinach were inedibly slimy; the ham, bell peppers, and potato salad all also had an iffy shine to them. I went with white iceberg lettuce with some carrots, edamame, eggs, and sunflower seeds, the only things that looked remotely fresh. My boyfriend also got the tortilla soup which he sent back due to a suspiciously sour taste. We have typically enjoyed Ruby Tuesdays, but this location has ruined the chain for us for a good long while. read more

This establishment is not acceptable, in my opinion. When my family and I went there we all ordered a burger only to eat barley even a half size burger. Even through all of the people there were VERY nice they serve you very little food and their bar, of food, was almost empty and it was for breakfast. Very surprised to say this...but the food was delicious. As were the drinks. And the service was excellent. Was not expecting that out of a large chain like this restaurant. One advice: seat your guests in the best tables available when there are numerous options for seating. Don't know why they tried to do the opposite until we requested a different table. read more

I should have known I was in trouble when only 5 people were eating at 7:00 in the evening. I was up all night sick from their food. If you eat here stick to the salad bar don't order off menu.
