Ordered first time today on DoorDash. Food was really good I got chicken tenders with French fries and Mac and cheese. Husband got ribs with French fries and onion rings and a side of mozzarella sticks. My plate was filled with French fries, I probably had three times as many than my husband which didn't make sense since we both got two sides and his was more expensive. Mac and cheese was gross but maybe it's just my opinion, the cheese blend did not blend at all. Everything else was really good. DIRTY TERRIBLE SERVICE-they totally ignored us Didn't have appetizers (pretzel, chicken strips)-you should put that information on the table. When we were given our mozzarella sticks-we didn't get any utensils or side dishes. The salad bar is still closed due to Covid 19. You will have your temperature checked upon entering. We went to Ruby Tuesday for niece birthday (Wed May 16). I was surprised that there was a wait. We waited about 30 mins because there was lots of parties going on at Ruby Tuesday. They're located at Windward Mall next to Macy's with lots of parking. Just a heads up there's the Farmer Market that goes on Wednesday so the Mall is pack. Back to review, we had a party of 7 people. We ordered lots of food from the menu from burgers, pasta, and steak and lobster tail plate. We were hungry. I'm glad that waiter comp the salad bar because we were waiting for a long time. He gave us heads up that there also a large party and the food is going to take a little longer. Thanks to the waiter for comp salad bar. We took advantage of it. Always look forward to going to Ruby Tuesdays for celebrations especially birthdays. Today I was able to go again to treat my friend for a belated birthday lunch. I remember they used to give a huge complimentary dessert if you told the waiters it was your birthday, but today we were so full we didn't even need to ask. I'm so happy to see the restaurant slowly returning to normal! Over the pandemic, they limited their menu and changed some of their classic items. However, today I was pleasantly surprised to see that the SALAD BAR IS BACK BABY! And with all of my favorite options: the pasta salad with peas and ham and of course THE CROUTONS!! I almost forgot how insanely amazing the salad bar is not only for the options but also the amazing deal! I mean you can literally substitute your entree side for only an added $5.99 and go back as many times as you want. I always loved this about Rubys! I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla ($11.99) with the Garden Bar ($5.99 if you sub for your side). It was very tasty especially since they added bacon. I'm not the hugest fan of iceberg lettuce and I wish they gave pico de gallo instead of just chopped up tomatoes, but it was worth it for the price. The sauce was the standout by far- some kind of like Chipotle mayo? My friend wasn't that hungry so he ordered sides: Chicken Tenders and the Macaroni and Cheese. That Macaroni and Cheese was to die for which was surprising since it didn't look that impressive on the surface. I miss when they used to serve it in a larger bowl. Overall, we were delighted with our experience! We had so much food we were able to take home leftovers which is something I rarely do. I am so glad they got the salad bar back! I always get the Mango Kiawe rack of ribs and it never disappoints. You will need to ask for sauce on the side if you like your ribs saucy. My main course came out before my appetizers and my food was not hot at all. It was luke-warm at best. It's great that Ruby Tuesday is located in a mall but.... Food: Fresh mahi mahi fish and chips, the mahi mahi arrived to my table burnt. Really? I was very disappointed. We ordered the full slab ribs and it came to our table not hot, but barely warm and by the looks of the piece it seemed like it was the last piece of rib they had for the night. All the other times, our food was delivered, my unlimited chips, our drink refills, were all done by another server! How is that??? Went in with my fiance on a whim. She had a gift card that she had gotten over a year ago and we decided to just go in for drinks. Sat down at the bar and was greeted by a tall white bartender. We told him we were just going to have drinks and no food and he asked us what we wanted before even offering a menu. Ok fine, we ask for a menu take a couple minutes and I order a large mojito and she orders a white sangria. We watch as he makes about 3 other drinks before ours...very slowly. By the time he starts making my mojito I had stopped paying attention and was just talking to my fiance. I did however see make her sangria. He used his bare hands to squeeze some lemons and limes into a glass with ice. Then, bare handed again, threw in some strawberries. He tried to muddle but the ice was in the way. Rookie mistake. So he added the wine and called it good. He handed is our drinks and walked away. The mojito was the worst mojito I've ever had in my life. It consisted of literally 2 mint leaves, a lime and what tasted like 90% simple syrup (yes I even tried stirring it for a while). I took two sips and called it quits. $9 for a glass of sugar water. Her mojito was pretty ok at best. Nothing special. It was only after tasting our drinks that I looked up and saw him put money in the cash register and went back to making drinks WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. We paid with our gift card and decided to leave. We tried to say something to him and complain but he moved so slowly that we ended up waiting 5-10 minutes for him and ended up just leaving. Pre-COVID Review: I like to come here when I want to eat some ribs with either hickory bourbon sauce or regular barbecue sauce. Their ribs are tender, fall off your bone and you can coat the full rack or half race with the sauce they give you. They came hot and gave an extra plate to share or put your bones. The mashed potatoes and broccoli are average, nothing really special about them that I could make at home for myself. The bartender was good, attentive, got the order in quick and refilled the water often. He got the bill and returned the check right away. After our 45 minute mall walking session, we rewarded ourselves to All You Can Eat Salad Bar (YUM!) and Chicken Katsu Moco! What is that, you ask? Instead of Loco Moco, substitute the hamburger patty with Chicken Katsu. Note: This is not ANY chicken katsu. This is REALLY GOOD, tender, and moist Chicken Katsu with delicate panko crunch! (It was not hard or dry at all like some Chicken Katsu that cuts the upper palate of your mouth because it's overcooked.) And the gravy - it's not ANY gravy... it's demi-glace - a flavorful sauce that isn't bland or thick or salty like a normal gravy. This one made me want to eat MORE, but I held back and stopped so I could take leftovers to work and enjoy this meal again! Whoa! Tried their gluten free beyond burger tonight. Sorry I didn't get any pictures of it cause I was so hungry. It was delicious and I had a side of their mashed potatoes which is always good. This is only for a breakfast review. My sister and I first went to BCD only because we knew it opens early. But the wait there would have been 25 minutes. So we took a chance to see if Ruby Tuesday would be open....to our surprise they open from 8am. Though I wish they'd open earlier. It's two chicken katsu pieces on two scoops of rice and topped with your choice of the way you want your two eggs (I like mine scrambled) and brown gravy. The photo that they have on the menu doesn't do it's justice. Order it... It's worth it! It's huge! I couldn't eat the whole thing, couldn't eat half, I only was able to eat 1/4 of my breakfast. When I got my meal, there was only two pieces of corned beef on the skillet and I ended up just eating potatoes onions and bell peppers. If you are looking for super crafty and a decked out burger, this might not be the place for you but if you don't mind decent and simple this place is good. The wait is long though. Although we had a party of 5 our wait from the time we were on the wait list to being seated was a little over 30 minutes. Another 10 minutes to place our order. But on the positive side our food did pour out quite quickly after ordering. Ate here with my sister when I first arrived on the island. The food was very good that evening, so I came back for a second visit. Honestly, the food was mediocre. I had the crispy chicken and bacon sandwich. The chicken looked like something I would find in the freezer aisle at the local supermarket. At least the fries were good. It was a set menu so there was no need to look at menus unless you wanted to order something else. We did need to order drinks. We had a choice of the usual coffee, soda or some juices. I ordered a burger and the rest of my family got their meal and I think they forgot to order my burger so by the time it came out the rest of the family had finished their meal. There was no mentioned or apology for the late dish. On top of that the bun was super soggy. When we ordered dessert the ice cream was half melted. Came to Ruby Tuesday at Windward mall for lunch with the family. It was my dad's choice because he is a die-hard fan of their salad bar. He always orders an entree (usually ribs), which comes with two sides and then adds on the unlimited salad bar for an additional $6.99 and ends up taking the entree home. The prices for entrees run between $15-20. I like that the choices for sides, have more variety than usual, such as spaghetti squash! I decided to try the soup and salad bar combo for $16.95. You get a choice between tortilla soup or broccolli cheddar. The tortilla soup was very tasty with a nice level of heat and served with a side of tortilla chips. The salad bar was very clean and presented nicely. It didn't have the most variety but offered everything you'd probably enjoy in a salad. I liked that they had cottage cheese and fresh pineapple and grapes. I tried the pasta salad, which was bland though. I also wished there were some unique salad dressings, although all the usuals were in the line up. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Even though it was a slow week-day, I felt very well taken care of. Overall, Ruby Tuesday serves up good American favorites. Oh and try their onion rings! read more

The Bad: *The food is okay... nothing fantastical really. Typical American foods. *The portions are generally small.. especially for the price. *Very pricey :( you'll atleast spend $14 even on lunch and the portions wont be that big. The ribs barely has meat on it and sides are ridiculously small like they are scooping with kids spoons! If you order a loaded mash potato it's an extra $2.50 and there is nothing loaded about it!
