The score would be a zero if I was rating Navy Blvd RT solely based on my encounter with the employee responsible for take out orders (Raven). No greeting and major attitude when I said I wanted to place an order to go. Really? The usual guy, Glen, called in sick and wow was he missed. Fortunately for me, the ribs and burger came out quickly and the orders were correct. I did speak with the manager as we frequent this RT approximately once or twice a month. My wife and had lunch here today and was very pleased. The Ruby Tuesday was pretty much back up and running at full capacity they had a full salad bar and the meals were excellent. We both had the salad bar and I had the ribeye steak medium rare and a loaded baked potato and baked zucchini. My wife had the parmesan shrimp pasta and she just raved about it. We stopped here for dinner. It was amazing. The service was excellent and the choices were great. There were absolutely no complaints. I just had the salad bar. Second experience here was not as good as the first. Ordered online for pick up. Ordered Shrimp Alfredo, Fried shrimp with fries, and Cajun Shrimp and Andouille sausage pasta. Requested some garlic cheese biscuits to go as well, since they are complimentary. Also requested some ketchup. Wait time wasn't bad, I was told 15 minutes via the automatic email response I received. We got to Ruby Ts to pick it up about 30 min after the order was placed. First concern was they didn't even know I had placed an order. We were told to wait for them to "check on the order". About 20 minutes later they brought the food, no biscuits and no ketchup. I just let the biscuit part go but we just moved in our new house so we don't have ketchup yet and wanted it for the fries. Had to wait another 5 minutes for ketchup, which I would understand if they were busy but they weren't at all. We pay and go on our merry way. Get home, my pasta is half cooked and the sauce was so runny it had spilled everywhere and I ended up with basically pasta and 5 pieces of shrimp. Tasted pretty average but not bad. My mom got the fried shrimp, said the fries were undercooked and both the shrimp and fries were soggy. Somewhat understandable since it was in a to go box but it hadn't been in there more than 10 minutes. My husband had the Cajun pasta. He said he was decent but nothing special. Little did we know, we would all end up sick with upset stomachs a few hours later. I can only assume it was bad shrimp since we were all affected but had different entrees. I ate dinner here with some friends on Tuesday 3/3/2020. Our waitress was Rebecta G. She was fabulous! Very knowledgeable, funny and helpful. She ensured our visit was wonderful. Two of us had the salad bar and it was good. As with most salad bars things get mixed up and not always the freshest, but it is a good salad bar and I would eat it again. A friend had the ribs and she said they were great tasting, I saw them fall off the bones! Love the restaurant deals, they seem to be more often than just once a week! Stopped in a couple of nights before corona panic 2020 kicked into full effect. The hostess set our family in a booth that was neighbored by a loud drunk ranting on his cell phone. After couple minutes of that though he was on his way and we decided to stick it out. Service was good, fast and friendly and the place was clean. The kids got burgers which all got eaten with gusto and I got their smallest sirloin with dirty rice and a Caesar side salad. We ordered $90 worth of food off of GrubHub. It was undercooked, food was left off, it looked like it was all thrown together, oh and it was 30 minutes later than quoted. For the fajitas, they took a chicken breast cut it twice, and threw it over a bed of overcooked onions and peppers. We have ordered from this restaurant before with no problem. This was a totally different experience. GrubHub contacted the restaurant to see what they wanted to do about it, they offered nothing. read more

Very good salad bar. It is always well stocked and fresh. Good customer service except the communication between wait staff and the kitchen seems to be off. One time, I didn't get my meal because it was forgotten. This time I order a medium steak and it comes out still eating grass. I have seen butcher shops with less blood. So they take it back and it comes out medium well, so I am assuming they cannot cook a medium steak or one hand doesn't know what other is doing. I visited the new Ruby Tuesday today located on Navy Blvd in Pensacola (next to Walmart). The new decor was magnificent and created a wonderful dining ambience. There were plenty of staff and our waitress was great! Military friendly with advertised 10% discount for all military with ID. The salad bar was well worth the price and it was constantly replenished with fresh vegetables. The bar area was well stocked with premium liquors and beer. This has the potential to be a definite after work pit stop. Ruby T is a welcomed addition to this part of Pensacola and it would be great if they can maintain the standard they have set. Worst food experience of my life. I have never been so mad. Got there 5 minutes before my pick up time. Paid, change was brought back. Took change but left a tip. Bartender comes back and says, man, this isn't enough. I said ma'am I already paid, that's the tip. 25 minutes later she realizes I'm still there and says she forgot about me. Brings me food that has been sitting there and tries to get me to pay, yet again! This time it was someone else's receipt and the food didn't even match what was in the bags. Look through the bags and the only thing visually missing is the toppings for the loaded potato and there are 3 orders of fries instead of 2 orders and an order it tater tots. So the bartender starts complaining about the kitchen staff. Why would you do that???? She says it will be a few minutes for the tots. After eating a cold fry I tell her to forget about it, foods already cold. Livid at this point. I get home and my burger is not medium it's hard and dry and totally brown. My server W. was a delight. She was friendly and made me feel welcome after the Host asked "Two?", then walked us over to our booth and through the menus on the table and walked away. W. Took our drink order and promptly returned with our drinks and took our dinner order. I ordered the platter with chicken tenders, breaded shrimp, and ribs. When my plate arrived everything looked delicious, except for the chicken tenders were over cooked. Being plated next to the golden crispy shrimp, it was extremely obvious the they were over cooked and never should have left the kitchen. I brought it to the attention of W. and she immediately took action to resolve the issue, which was to bring out another order of chicken tenders. When the new order of chicken tenders came out, what I suppose was the manager brought them to the table. I will not mention her name and "I suppose" it was the manager, bc she never introduced herself and the only thing that came out of her mouth while standing in front of me holding up a plate of chicken tenders was, "Hi, do these look better?" I would love to sit at Ms. W.'s table again if she ever goes to work at another restaurant, because I will never return to the Ruby Tuesday's on Navy Blvd again, ever! read more

Currently this is a one of a kind Ruby Tuesday. It is called Ruby T. The place was clean and very nice. The look is unlike any other Ruby Tuesday I have visited. The service was great. My one negative note is the salad bar is an additional $3.99 no matter what you order. If you like Ruby Tuesday this was a good visit but was nothing special for the additional cost of the salad bar. read more

I stopped in on Friday for a drink after work. The sign on the door stated they were having plumbing problems and the dining room was closed. I felt that didn't apply to me since I was going to sit at the bar. There were two tables with approximately six people at the tables and one other person at the bar. I sat down and waited for the bartender to take my drink order. A person kept running back behind the bar several times, I could not distinguish if it was male or female. Never once did they acknowledge the two people sitting at their bar. After 10 minutes the bartender, speaking to no one in particular, making no contact with anyone, stated that they were doing to go orders only. You could tell that person was extremely frazzled, for whatever reason. Because there were barely 10 people in the whole restaurant and The bartender was not acknowledging or speaking to anyone.. I found this extremely offensive and very unprofessional. There was also a manager there and he made no eye iContact made no conversation didn't even bother to tell us they were not serving drinks that day. My recommendation.... Go anywhere else. So very disappointing. There were at most five occupied tables and service was severely lacking. I ordered an 8 oz. glass of wine and received what looked like 2 ounces in my glass. My friend and I stopped in hear to eat before heading back to base. I had the Santa Fe tacos and my friend ordered Salmon. My tacos came with a trip through the salad bar, which I must say is a pretty good deal for around $10. And a spring mix salad was offered as a choice which was great. My tacos were very tasty and I was surprised that there was feta cheese in these southwest inspired tacos. No matter, I love feta cheese and found it to be a pleasant surprise. I tried the salmon and it was cooked to perfection; sure if didn't taste like the salmon I'm accustomed to in the Pacific NW but it was decent. As another reviewer mentioned Ruby Tuesdays has the ambiance of an upscale Applebee's and the prices reflect it. The servers were nice and I really had no complaints except our that our waitress did not check on us for some time after getting our check...but then again we were in a hurry do perhaps we were a little impatient. Overall a good experience and I look forward to checking out the bar were the have advertised $5 absolute drinks during happy hour. read more
