This was my first time at a Ruby Tuesday. It was pretty good! I got the steak and salad bar. The steak had a delicious garlic herb butter on top that I really liked. The salad bar had a bunch of options, and a cilantro lime dressing that tasted amazing. I've never seen that kind of dressing at a restaurant before. The only negative thing was that they were clearly short staffed. Our waitress was a woman with gray hair (I think her name was Amber?) who was doing her absolute best to run the place with what looked like only one other server. After waiting 20 minutes to be sat- it took at least 10 minutes to be greeted- we placed all our drink, appetizers and food order at the same time, We got our drinks and appetizer in fairly quick time, but when our entrees came out only my steak and my husband's pasta came out. It would be another 15 minutes before my nieces impossible burger and tater tots would come out. The cheese wasn't even melted on it, just slapped on top! The excuse was that they were behind and while I understand that if the place was busy it was not- there were roughly 6 tables in the place and a few people at the bar. We decided to try this restaurant as there was a long wait at the Cracker Barrel next door. Though it wasn't busy it took a while to be seated. Our waitress was very friendly but they are short staffed. We were able to order after a small wait. My daughter ordered the Marinara Pasta and said it wasn't very good. She said that the taste of the noodles was plain, and that the tomato sauce was a little tart. My son had the boneless hot buffalo wings and said it was delicious. I had the tacodillas and they were absolutely disgusting. The sauce that they used was horrible and I definitely don't recommend. I did have the broccoli cheese soup and it was amazing! The soup was by far the best that I have ever had. Though there was a delay in getting his food, my husband had the salmon and zucchini and said it was delicious. It took a while to get drink refills (again they were short staffed) and their computers were having issues when it was time to checkout. It was very dim inside of the restaurant but it was quiet. Have eaten here several dozen times, mostly in the last year or two. They frequently send me deals by e-mail and we usually use them. I LOVE their salad bar--at the present time it is not self-serve because of Covid, but the servers give you an order form and do a good job of making it the way you want. My favorite entrée is the Bourbon Salmon and my wife loves the Triple Play. We usually get some cheesecake also which is pretty good. We will be returning on a regular basis. read more

Do you want to be served mediocre food (food that strongly lacks flavor profiles) at exorbitant prices? If so, eat at Ruby Tuesday's in Sharonville, OH! My wife ordered the "Tacodilla" and I got the Mexican spiced chicken wings. We shared the tots. The Tacodilla ($8.99 was actually priced well) was tolerable, but heartburn was inevitable. The wings were most definitely processed from undersized chickens...and they cost $14.49! The decor is musty, and the atmosphere nearly matches it. Our total bill was $32.84, and we felt like we'd been robbed of our money and food flavors. On a positive note, our server, Shandra, was very good! Had not been to Ruby Tuesday's since they moved from Tri-County Mall, so we had to find it after I saw a special online which they were advertising. It was a Sunday night, and they were fairly busy but we got seated right away. Went ahead and ordered the "Sliders" deal which included the salad bar. I had forgotten how much I liked their salad bar. When my (chicken) sliders arrived the first one was fine, but the second one was cold. I let our server know and a couple of minutes later the manager brought out my replacement slider and was very apologetic. I give them credit for going out of their way to correct the mistake. I've worked in restaurants myself, and I know that on rare occasions this can happen. Hopefully its a learning moment for the cook staff. I still went with four stars since everything else was great. Came here for mothers day when there was no where else to go. waiting for an hour to get a table and never did. I know Ruby Tuesdays isn't the best place already but what really bothered me is how they were trying to seat us. We walked in with half an empty restaurant. we had a party of 6 and they said they would have to wait to seat us because of a reservation. we said no problem. 15 mins later a family go up and there were a few tables they could place together. Instead they sat 3 parties that walked right in. when I asked what the game plan was they said that we would have to wait for the two parties of 10 to get up. those parties didn't event have drinks yet....we would have had to wait at least 2 hours. I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Salad. There were a lot of different flavor in this salad and for me it just didn't come together well. I want to say it was one of the dressing in addition to the pesto sauce just made for competing flavor as opposed to complementary ones. The chicken was tender and good, but I would not order this salad again. The saving grace was the cheddar baked biscuits and the customer service. Any kitchen that willingly sends out a burger with a black and moldy topping gets 1 star. I mentioned in the caption of my photo- I'm fully aware that avocados discolor when air hits them- it happens all the time. This was not a discolored avocado- this was black slimy mold. Lettuce from the salad bar was slimy too. So disappointed. Its a chain, yes, but a nice staff and quick with the to-go orders! I have stayed at the Drury Inn several time which is next to this Ruby Tuesday's and so this is my go-to dining option after a long day. Lots of grill type options and they are always quick with the to-go orders. No more than 15m wait and they will bring it out to your car! Nice bar area too if you want to go in and relax. read more

I wrote a Yelp review in February explaining how Ruby Tuesday executed a bait and switch con on their buy one rib get one free. They had only been open 90 minutes and the restaurant was maybe 25% full. They told us they were out of ribs after we ordered appetizers. We went to the restaurant because of the rib special. Ruby Tuesday responded to my review twice requesting I send the the date, restaurant location and my contact information. I did that three times and they never even responded. We're staying at a local hotel overnight after a LONG drive & took an Uber to the restaurant. We were seated at a bar booth & were told our server Terry would be right with us. A party of 7 or 8 sat at the bar almost 10 minutes after we did & then a single gentleman about 5 minutes later. As we sat there starving & tired with not even an "I'll be right with you" from anyone, we waited another few minutes. You know who was served 1st? The single guy who came in last. This was literally the perfect meal! Service was great, Old Fashioned was spot on from the bar, pretzels and beer cheese appetizer was hot, fresh, and melt in your mouth. I came in one day because the traffic on 75 was horrible, Yelp showed me local places to eat. I wanted some place that would have a playground or a drive up. This place seems dark on the outside but that is due to the location. Once inside the place was clean and staff friendly. The salad bar was clean ( I was inside before 6pm) The waitress/ waiter were nice and explained the menu and what the special was. Food was pleasant tasting. Drinks were good. Restrooms were clean. I normally really enjoy Ruby Tuesday. The salad bar and biscuits are fantastic. I came to this location thinking I would have a quick burger and salad bar. Quick didn't seem to be in this restaurant's vocabulary. I had to send back my burger three times due to issues. The fourth one (once I got it) was very tasty. The surprising part is after the second error, I asked to speak with the manager. When she brought the third one, she asked me to check for errors (which they made again). The food was "Suburb"! Cooked very well. I had the "New Double Chicken Breast" w/t Mashed Potatoes. My Mashed Potatoes were kind of cool but very good.
