I'm not ashamed to say I frequent this place for lunch a lot. It's close to work and always has seating. I typically just get the salad bar. It's good and reminds me of college. Even when they're busy they keep it neat and stocked so I can't complain. Other food is ok. The soups are standard and I would assume the other other entrees are typical chain restaurants. The biscuits on the other hand are little red lobster things of deliciousness. I'm not mad they're so small. It keeps me from eating too many ;). read more

Sometimes you forget RT is around, but lately we have been going here for a quick and FRESH dinner. The Prime Burger is excellent, cooked to order and really tasty. Salad bar is always a winner and the ingredients there are fresh, too. All the veggies and toppings are kept up and the bar is clean. Probably a few more fruit selections would be nice, but no complaints because the pumpernickel croutons make up for any transgressions . . . . . . Then of course the little, baby cheddar biscuits. Yum and gone. Don't bring any more b/c I will have to make them disappear, too! So this place is nice, friendly and clean. If you are staying nearby, it's a safe, easy stop and if you live nearby why not support your local RT? And it's easy on the pocketbook! read more

I had very low expectations going to eat here because it's a large chain and I tend to not love those. But was pleasantly surprised! Service was good. Store was clean. But let's talk about that salad bar. Not only are there SO many options, but they are good and unique options (not the basic 10 - 15 things others have). Also, you can swap one of your meal sides for the salad bar for only like $2.... which trust me is more than worth it. It turns your one meal into two meals (leftovers!) because it's so much food! Walked in about 7pm on a Monday to place a to go order - had to grab my own menu as several people walked past me with zero acknowledgement. After having plenty of time to figure out what I would order, I still had to wait - went to the bar and asked to place the to go order. It felt like I was putting her out by doing so. She took the order gave me the bill and walked away, did not ask if I would like a drink while waiting, no time expectation, no thank you ETC. based on service alone I would not go back, but there was one younger waitress who was not working that was friendly. I ordered a Cajun seafood dish with steamed broccoli and dirty rice. The food saved the overall experience as it was very well prepared. Hats off to the chef as I will give them another shot. Parking was easy, though GPS does not bring you in properly. Overall it seemed basically clean. Floors were pretty sticky in some spots. If that was the Manager named Mike at the end of the bar, I hope you did some coaching afterwards. read more

Great server but the food was warm. I ordered a baked potato and it tasted as if it had been cooked days ago and keep warm under a heat lamb. I asked for another and was the same way. The salad bar had a variety of choices and the dessert was good. read more

Food is always good here. One comment, I came in to get a carryout and the kitchen is open and there was a cook with longer, thicker hair, not pulled back and not in a hair net. All I could think about was hair in the food. Its only sanitary to have cooks with long hair to be pulled back, especially if all the guests can see him. read more

If you like a salad bar, this one is well above the one at Frisch's in food quality. The salad dressings appear freshly made and I can speak for the balsamic vinaigrette and the ranch as being excellent. The shrimp fondue appetizer is a standout and well worth the added expense. It was the only option open at 1030 after traveling. I sat in a booth near the bar and the seat was ripping so I had to maneuver a bit. Bartender was nice and recommended the ribs. They were actually decent. I also got the salad bar. Skip that if you go there. The pasta salads were either tasteless or unrecognizable. Salad dressings were strange and not tasty. Again skip that part. My meal came up quickly and was placed on the warmer. The server didn't notice it yet but the manager did. In fact he looked at it, looked in the system, looked at me and then took out his phone and began texting. He didn't bring it to me or even tell the server. WTF is his job? I had lunch there yesterday and the salad bar was lacking to say the least. What lettuce that was there was frozen and speaking of frozen their was a sign on the door stating the heat was broke and the dinning room was 60. To cold to eat. Every time I go to this restaurant the place keeps getting worse. I will never go back or recommend it to any one I know. read more

I tried this place again, and wow it has changed in the last couple years. The service is fast, and the portion size of the entrees are good. The pricing isn't too bad either. The salad bar has a wide variety of different veggies and salads which I love. I ordered the bourbon glazed pork chop, it was so moist I literally could cut it with my fork. AMAZING. The mac and cheese is the BOMB!!! and I'm picky about my mac and cheese! My mash taters were really good also. I have been there 2 times since my visit at the hotel next to restaurant. I would definitely go back for sure. The only one thing I would have to say is that they have way to many employees when it's completely dead and it was unprofessional for the employees to linger and sit at the bar and the tables just sitting there. New garden bar was great! My wife got the Double Decker Chicken and it was great. Nice size portion and well prepared. I got the Chicken Fresca, a signature item, and it was a big disappointment. Very small chicken breast with a couple tomato slices. Had a baked potato as a side .... that was the better part of the meal. Waitress wasn't much help. Garden bar kept me from leaving hungry. I've eaten here many times during business trips to the area (primarily because it's convenient to my hotel.) Service is always great, pricepoints have value, and the seafood is above average. Crabcakes are some of the best outside of Maryland (with that said, they are still not even close to the quality of a Maryland cake.) Steaks are average. Salad bar is great but the pricepoint leaves no value for the salads (I think it's $7.99; if they'd put some hot food. . . or even soup on it there would be some value.) In the past they stocked some great wine selections, but I've heard that they are closing out some of the better selections that they once carried. Also, they did carry Dogfish Head IPA; recently they ran out & I'm not sure if they intend to restock. Overall a great, convenient place if you're staying at the Sharonville hotels. It'd be nice if they would add some better steaks (filet mignon, currently they only offer sirloin) and re-evaluate the decision to 86 their better wines and brews. read more

The food was very good. Ribs were very tender and the sauce was great! Service was on the slow side as far as the server goes. I noticed that it was the manager that brought us our food. We treated our three children and three grandchildren to lunch at Ruby Tuesday in Sharonville, OH on Sunday. We arrived around 11:30 and were among the first to eat from the salad bar. Every employee who was involved with our meal did an absolutely wonderful job and made us all feel welcome and comfortable. Ruby Tuesday is one of our favorite restaurants and this was our first visit to this location. Our hostess and server did a terrific job preparing a table large enough for all of us and our server never left us waiting for anything. We even received a visit and personal welcome from the store manager! Not something you often see these days. The food was very fresh, moist and flavorful. Our drinks were kept filled and our server helped us get the best use of our Ruby Tuesday coupons. It was a very pleasant experience and we will look forward to returning to this location on a future trip to Cincinnati. read more
