Ruby Tuesday, well well well, I kinda see why I haven't been by in a few years. The food quality and service has not changed much. It is still just okay. I set up a reservation as there was going to be six of us and it was lunch time. We arrived and we were sat immediately. The time factor became slower and slower as our waitress frequently disappeared and we had to seek help from other staff to help us. We ordered our food and drinks together and it took over 40 minutes to get them despite it actually just being five of us. There were not many other people in the restaurant, so we couldn't understand why we were ignores. Well, when we finally got our drinks one of my coworkers had a cracked glass and finally was able to get a new one more than 20 minutes later. Our food didn't come until after 1pm despite ordering at 12:20, we were patient, but the time was a bit factor with having enough staff and little to no customers. The food was just okay, but a little too salty and not enough real flavor and spice. The double broccoli was probably the best part. I could tell it was fresh and was pretty delicious. Overall it was okay, not sure I would return or recommend due to the lack luster service and time factor. read more

Went there yesterday. They where out of almost everything including the Coke products. After ordering they literally got my bill wrong 3 times. I went to go look for my server and stepped where the register is to let her know about the incorrect bill when another lady yelled at me about not being allowed to step back there. I had no idea, doesn't say anything about employees only. Well after the third time I finally got the correct bill. Just on a side note, there where hardly any customers in the restaurant. Absolutely Horrible, the Manager was Absolutely, disrespectful, she sat at the bar laughing and playing while her one waitress had to tend to the bar and 6 other tables. This location was my first experience with Ruby Tuesday and it was okay the first and second time. But lately we've been getting great food and service so we've been going once every two or three weeks it seems for a few months now. The first time, the food came out cold and the waitress only took our order and gave us a ticket. The salad bar was delicious and saved the experience. The second time, the food came out wrong and by the time they fixed it, everyone else in my party was done eating. This time the salad bar started rotating items. They removed black beans, the Parmesan crisps, and the pasta salad. All three were my favorite items but it's still a great salad bar. Lately we've been getting the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and it comes out perfect every time. The waitress we had since our first visit was our waitress up until recently. She got to the point of knowing our order and would have our drinks on the table before we were seated. We haven't seen her the last two times so hopefully she's just on vacation. Ordering RubyTueGo is great as well, the portions are nice sized and our order is always right. We will continue to eat at this location. read more

I don't go in there often but when I do. The place is in need of further repair. The seats in the booths leave you feeling that the floor is the only thing that's gonna stop you. Carpet and lighting both dismal at best. Now for the salad bar. This in my opinion is the best thing going. The contents are fresh and there is a wide variety. The only draw back is some items are hard to reach. Due to the cover that is over it. For lunch I had sliders. These were way over cooked and very dry. Had to put coleslaw from the s.b. I ordered the smokehouse cheeseburger. Very very good. Nice and juicy. Very flavorful. My experience was awesome. It was my birthday treat to myself and it was well worth it. This place was pretty much empty when my group of three decided to enter and eat. Now I know why. We were seated about an hour and a half prior to closing. After sitting down, not a single server even looked at us or spoke to us. You could clearly see a group of servers on the other side of the dining area joking and talking amongst themselves. I do NOT recommend this Ruby Tuesday. I tend to avoid chain restaurants but there is very limited choices in this area. I ordered to-go and upon arrival to the restaurant they had yet to even put the order in. The majority of the staff are not wearing masks or have them around their chins. My husband and I ordered food from Ruby Tuesday. When my husband arrived, they stated that somebody else with his exact name picked up our food. As we explored this a little bit more, it was revealed that a third-party driver, GrubHub, had taken our food. The staff argued my husband up and down that his exact name was called out. My husbands last name is extremely uncommon. I could see if his name was very common. I called back in after my husband left and asked for a manager. I heard the person that answered the phone say that had to be that man's wife. When the manager got on the phone, I think her name was Teresa, she was very nonchalant about the whole situation. The driver brought the food back in the restaurant with a thank you back and not a Ruby Tuesday bag. I'm missing food, broccoli to be exact. The entire way that the situation was handled was just nonchalant. It was close to closing and I get that everybody was interested in going home, but where was the customer service? The handling chain of our food was all wrong, the customer service was all wrong, and initially had we not fight back, they would've just told us that we had to eat almost $50 worth of charges. We literally had to explain the situation for them to even acknowledge it. It just so happened that the driver came back in with a chipotle bag and had a GrubHub stickers on it. How could that man walk out of that restaurant without GrubHub stickers on our the bag to identify our order as a GrubHub order? We didn't order from a third-party vendor.
