Overall the experience was somewhat mediocre. Our server was great, she was checking on us frequently and quick to help us. The restaurant itself was in need of some improvement. The food quality was somewhat disappointing. Overall presentation was lacking, everything looked very unappetizing. My chicken was swimming in butter and my wife's steak had an unreal amount of cheese piled on top of her steak. Our food was swimming in grease and sauce. The flavor was okay but again it seemed like very little effort went into preparing the food. The restaurant is in need of some improvements as far as appearance goes. The booth's seat had a hole in it, the seat was sinking as well on one side. Several of the table cloths on the tables were old and tattered. One such table cloth had a portion that had been pealed off. Our booth table was dirty it was pretty evident to me that it had been wiped with a dirty washcloth which had been dunked into some dirty bucket water. Things which were by themselves rather minor, but together made it an uncomfortable experience. The working staff was doing well but I think that the manager needs to reevaluate the condition of the restaurant and the quality of the food. read more
