My oh my did that hit the spot. The chicken enchilada was delicious. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The plate came with some posole, beans, and red and green sauce. Now if it was a one off, I'm just unlucky, but if you're telling me it's an issue, I think it's something management should really work harder on solving.
