They come to you, which at this time during a pandemic, is very convenient. I just visited Russia for the first time and was a little worried about getting my visa application filled out properly and on time, so I figured I would go through an agent. I chose the Rush In Documentation Center and couldn't be more pleased. Svetlana took care of everything for me, obtaining the visa invitation on my behalf, completing the application (which was surprisingly complex!) and monitoring its status. We had a complication when a bunch of Russian embassies were closed down in the wake of new sanctions right after my application was filed. It meant that my application had to be sent to New York instead of Seattle, and there was an instant backlog. They also asked me for additional documentation and information. All of that would have been super stressful to deal with on my own, but Svetlana took care of it all, kept me very promptly updated at every point, and generally reassured me that I would have my visa on time. After a long unavoidable delay, my visa arrived two days before my departure, just as I had been promised it would, and Svetlana called me on my cell phone right away as she knew I was anxiously awaiting it. I would never go through this Russian visa process without their help. It was not much more costly than doing it on my own, and waaaaaay less stressful. This is the most complicated visa application I've ever seen, and I was really glad not to have to fill it all in myself and wonder if I was doing it right. Highly recommended! read more

Bad service ! I've used this service to apply for U.S. citizenship. Previously I went there to apply for Green Card and I've got my one fast, I trusted this company and wished to use their service for citizenship application. But at this time service was terrible because : 1 -Worker forgot to check out all signatures and missed one page, she hadn't noticed that 2 signatures were missed. When I came home, I compared my copy with my relative's copy (we applied together) and found that signatures were missed because of this office worker's mistake. Because it was Friday, I had to wait for Monday and drive there again to put signatures. It caused 3-day-delay of mailing my application. 2 -photos for citizenship application had very poor quality. Details : I'm red-haired and have light-blue eyes. On photo my hair looked dark-gray, and eyes looked black. But, documentation office worker refused to make better photos for price I've paid. She told that there will be no problem because by her opinion nobody will check'em out to compare shades of hair color. But photo is important for naturalization. So I've prepaired my own photos which were used for naturalization paper. I wasted money on photos made by this company. It is not fun ! 3 -Worker mistakelly put "yes" on "widowed" and "single" status in my application. 4 -When I ordered complete set of translations of my Birth Certificate, office worker hadn't provided translation of Apostille. So because of that mistake, I have ordered my document translation at other company and in result I've paid twice for one translation. 5 -When I finally got my Certificate of Naturalization, this company offered me to apply for passport using their service. But their prices are too hight ! Ok, as was offered - to make photos (again) and to call post office for checkin' out best time, and to go there with me is for same price than for application itself ! So when I make my own photos and went to post office without using this documentation center services, I ordered my passport and received it twice faster than expected. read more

After reading all negative reviews here I wanted to share my very much positive experience with this business. I've gone there twice, for translation and notary services. Unlike most of their competitors, they are MUCH more pleasant and helpful. The job was done within the promised and very reasonable deadlines. The prices are not higher than what you'll pay anywhere else. May be I'm just the lucky exception, but so far have nothing to complain about. I also believe that the right attitude is important. Don't come in there assuming that they are all "Russian mafia" there and all they want is to screw you :) read more
