I did not want a typical perfect smile; I wanted something that closely mirrors my natural teeth shape but whitens and gets rid of the imperfections. Dr. Jacinto was very patient and helped me pick out the shape and color of each tooth; I sent her pictures of teeth that I like vs. teeth that I did not like and she took everything into consideration, even going as far as to send an initial case of lumineers back to the lab because she didn't think they'd fit my standards. AWEFUL, Russel is rude rude rude, she does not care to hear a second opinion. I refused to do the overpriced and unnecessary treatment she suggested and she was so insulted she BRUTALIZED my teeth cleaning, and threw her tools down on my chest at one point. AVOID this dentist. Not quite sure what the issue was with Anissa in 2013, but rude is the last word I would use to describe the doc. Been coming here maybe 23 years, even though I moved away from Glendale 19 years ago. Nobody likes going to a dentist, but I keep coming back because it is as stress-free a dental experience as I've found. I've had fillings, a crown, bonding. These are friendly people. They do good work, and give good preventative advice too. A coworker in the early '90's asked me if I could recommend a dentist. I told her the same thing. She passed me in the hall a few weeks later and thanked me. So it's not just me. They helped me out with some pain this morning, and when I got home I thought "I should Yelp those guys."
