He clearly knew what he was doing and worked with great attention to detail. He took off his shoes before entering to keep the floors clean, and he handled everything carefully with clean hands so he wouldn't leave marks on our matte white walls. (The previous technician had left dirty handprints all over the wall and the indoor AC unit.) Apparently it is much tougher than others when it comes to permits, and it ended up requiring a lot more paperwork and extra effort than he expected. Jaime and Jesus handled the installation of the air handler, ductwork, and heat pump.
