They don't split checks, so be ready to order as a group. There's a 90 minute time limit as well, so don't dawdle. Highlights of our order included the Butter Pecan Old Fashioned (so good!) and the Banana Daiquiri. We stayed for the full 90 minutes and when we left there was a long line waiting to get in. Go early if you want to get one of the few seats inside or be prepared to wait. We loved our experience.

We arrived just minutes after 5pm on a Thursday, with only one group ahead of us -- about a 5-minute wait before we were ushered in. They do check IDs, so bring one, or find somewhere else to drink. After the secret knock and moving a book in the entryway library, the door opens into a 1920s-style bar: heavy, dark wood, and very limited seating, with just 8 seats at the bar and two larger seating areas for groups. I believe our bartender's name was Matt -- the last of the original employees since Eleven Twenty-Two opened eight years ago. He was great, walking my girlfriend through the menu when she asked for recommendations, and sharing some great insight when we asked about the bar's history and the mixology behind the drinks. She started the evening with a Mexican Firing Squad -- very margarita-like, with tequila, lime, house-made grenadine, and Angostura. I wasn't quite as adventurous and wanted to keep things simple, so my first round was a martini, stirred and dry. The fun didn't stop there, since we had 90 minutes to relax before our dinner reservation. Round two was a Slow and Foamy -- a lemongrass- and fennel-infused vodka with egg white. It was an interesting drink; flavors you wouldn't expect to work together, worked together beautifully. It's an in-house creation by the female bartender, whose name I didn't catch. Torn between a Sidecar and a Manhattan, I went with the Sidecar, since I hadn't found a good one anywhere else in Paso. Matt poured a really nice one -- not too sweet, with a sugar-rimmed glass and well-balanced simple syrup. Like every drink that night, it was beautifully balanced. We finished with a Banana Daiquiri -- their unique take on the drink, without the slushy ice or fake banana flavor. This was probably the best drink of the night for both of us, and we shared it. It's not cheap, but a night out for drinks never is. That wouldn't stop me from bringing out-of-town guests here -- they'd love this kind of historical, speakeasy-style setting. I have been top some great restaurants but I have to say that this one takes the cake. The staff is absolutely amazing and the food couldn't be better! After reading the reviews that people had written I knew I had to set things straight. This is the perfect family atmosphere! It may be a little noisy at times but that is only when the place is full and there are kids turning up the volume on the T.V. Where else can you take your family out to eat and enjoy a conversation with your husband while you children are entertained by the Disney Channel? This is the only place where a family of four can have a nice meal with a great salad that your kids will even love, and still cost around $30. I don't know where these other people are eating but I know a family of four can never eat out for less then $50. I love knowing that every time I come to Redbrick my food is always fresh, hot, and delivered with a smile. I will always be a customer here and I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Whatever those owners are doing to make this restaurant such a great place to go please keep it up! read more

I love this place! The pizza is baked in a brick oven, which in my opinion is the only way to go. It keeps all the flavors in and the crust crunchy. The salads are tossed and really fresh. The beer and wine selection is huge and almost all of it is local! Definitely save room for the italian gelato (ice cream). Great selection of flavors, the coconut is my favorite. I just recently began eating gluten free and the gluten free pizza they have is delicious. The staff is extremely accommodating to health and dietary needs. I have always had great service here and the cashiers are very knowledgable on the menu. The atmosphere is very inviting with several tv's to keep anyone in your party happy. I tend to eat on the later side and I have been here several times at closing and none of the employees have ever made me feel unwelcome or like I'm inconveniencing them. I love that about a place, it's great to have a healthier option later at night then getting stuck with fast food. I am now officially a regular here. read more

By far the best pizza in the county! I am a frequent visitor, love the brick oven pizzas, and the salads are always so fresh! Great place to relax, grab a beer, and watch the game, they have multiple flat screen TVs including one in every booth. Excellent local beer and wine selection with what seems like hundreds of options. The customer service has always been spot on, and they are very willing to accommodate my special dietary needs. The place can get very busy at times so if you are in a rush I might suggest calling ahead to place your order. Last time I was there I tried the roasted garlic chicken pizza and tossed Greek salad, both not to be missed. Finished it off with some gelato, they hooked me with the free samples! This is the perfect family restaurant. My family loves to come here because the atmosphere is perfect for families with kids. The kids love the TV's at their table that they can control themselves. The employees are very professional and sweet. They didn't seem irritated or annoyed even when the kids made a mess and were a bit loud. The customer service is incredible. Once I ordered my food the staff made sure I had everything I needed at the table so I had no need to even leave the table. They have the best salads in Paso Robles and I have never tasted pizza with ingredients that were so fresh. Phenomenal! My wife makes home made pizza all the time, and going out for pizza is just not the same with homemade doughs perfect touch of spice, and the freshest ingredients. Restaurants just can't compete. But Rustic Fire is amazing and does an incredible job of coming as close to homemade as I've ever experienced. The quality of the pizza is unmatched (and I've had pizza all over the world, lived in the city of pizza, nyc, it's practically my love language)!! I called tonight just to confirm the menu on their website was up to date (obviously yes, it was). I needed a few minutes to collect my thoughts, narrow down our order, and figure our lives out. I called a few minutes after their kitchen closed, and as a former server, I know what it means when the kitchen is closed. It's closed, everyone's tired, everyone wants to go home. Nope, not Lebber's. They didn't even hesitate! They took our order, gave us a 20 minute eta and cracked a few jokes along the way.
