The words were spoken to me by Tracy, the event planner, hostess, server and bartender that I had been working with for the past few months planning my event. From our first informational meeting to when it came time to pay the bill, Tracy approached the entire process with understanding, simplicity and professionalism. She answered all of my questions and presented many possible options to make the event a success. Every one of the 59 guests who attended our event commented positively about the setting, staff, food, drinks and service.
