SERVICE WAS AMAZING!!!! Me and my friends went on a hike and when finally finished our hike we were so hungry and searched up the closest restaurant and this came up. We sat down and I got the wings. OMG the wings were the best I've ever had for some reason and the fries were so good!!! And I think the price on the wings should go up because how good they are and the price was actually really good!! Next time I go on a hike I will be coming back knowing that I live 41 minutes away. Canned music is so loud it's difficult to have a conversation. I met a couple of friends from out of town for lunch and the music was so loud we had to yell. We asked the server if they could turn the music down and were told it was at a preset and couldn't be changed. I mentioned this wasn't the first time the music was too loud. A few minutes later, someone turned the music up even louder. The disrespect shown to your patrons is unacceptable. We won't be back. read more

Came in for our first try at this local joint and was very pleased. I'm not a country boy, so I'm not into the music, but it was not overly loud and we were still able to converse at our table, so it was fine. There is a fun vibe in the air, people are clearly enjoying themselves. I had checked out the menu in Yelp photos before going and had my sights set on a hot pastrami sandwich, but it they have changed the menu since then. I went with the prime rib dip which was good. We visited Rusty Buckle on a very busy Saturday evening and even with the staff running at their maximum, they were super friendly and did their best to expedite our drinks and food orders. Both our entrees and appetizers were super tasty. The drinks they serve in the glass boots were awesome. We thought the price point was very reasonable for the area and really loved the live music. Everyone was having so much fun and the whole place had a very positive vibe. All of the food is very good, the vibe is very western and it really feels like you're in a different town from the normal east Valley places. I did not expect to be blown away by the standard type of food I guess at a saloon, but this spot puts real quality into their food, especially that prime rib. It's ridiculous. read more

I've been here a few times before I left a review to really get a feel for it. If you can't tell by the name, it's a country themed bar. They have live bands, excellent social media work, a dance floor, and a spacious patio. The place itself is really clean and well put together with all the decorations. I get food every time I go, and the quality and flavor is great. Plus they have a decent variety depending on what you're feeling. From their quesadillas, to the grilled cheese, burgers, etc.. it's always been really good bar food. My only complaint is the portions are small compared to the price I'm paying. I'm not a huge eater, but I'm always still hungry after and can't justify ordering another meal. They have good prices for beer and drinks, plus hey also have special drinks that are unique to this bar, and I think that's a great touch. The bartenders there are probably the friendliest I've encountered without actually being friends with them (yet). It's always been lively every time I've gone, and the bartenders are busy and doing a good job of keeping up with the demand. Honestly probably one of the nicest bars in AJ (and the newest), and I can see myself becoming a regular here for many reasons. 9/10 would recommend anyone to check it out as long as you enjoy country vibes and beer. I'll start by saying we stopped the week they opened on Saturday night. What a cool place. My understanding is that this was only their 2nd night open, and I'll give a break for that. Our server was super nice, but she was kind of clueless. We asked for a drink menu, and she said there were none available. We actually found one on another table shortly after that, which we did order off of a few times. She couldn't really answer any questions, and made multiple mistakes. My friend ordered his outlaw burger without onion strings and it came out loaded with them. Since it took her some time to stop back by, he scpaed them off himself, and the bbq sauce came off with them. When she finally came by again, he asked for bbq sauce to replace what had been removed, and come to find out later we were charged for a side of bbq sauce. We didn't even bother for it to be removed from the bill. We came in as two separate couples and it already took her quite some time to split our bill. Waiting for a $1 to be removed wasn't worth it. My pastrami sandwich was phenomenal, but onion rings were cold, along with everyone else's fries. There was a live band and they did it up right, and that was quite enjoyable. Overall we all enjoyed our trip and are looking forward to returning. I'm sure things will get in sync. read more

The ambiance of this place is great. The service is amazing. But, the food is fair. We haven't had anything we thought was fantastic. The sauces, dressings and dips are all so watered down. I ordered queso for my fries and it was like dunking fries in soup. I think we only eat there because the music, ambiance and bartenders are great. There was live music today, which was good; however, people are there to enjoy music AND talk to the people they came with. My husband and I went here for dinner last night about 6pm. The fish and chips my husband ordered looked good but the chicken tenders I ordered were burnt from the fryer. I did not say anything to the waiter until I paid (Actually he never came by to ask how everything was like most places). I just wanted to try this place as my husband and son went here a couple of weeks ago and said the food was good. On Saturday 01/10/26 my husband and I come to have dinner at this place, this was our 4th time here. The first time we had the wings . I'm the DD so my husband had a beer with dinner. We got here late but not late enough to stay for the show at 8 pm. Second and third time we had the burgers very good, but the third time we were here, our burgers got switch. I always get mine well done and my husband med well. Our server was really nice and polite she notice the error and fixed it right away she also apologize for it ,very good service. That time we decided to stay for the music show since it was later than usual. Unfortunately our 4th time was not as good as our previous 3. We got there around 4:45 pm got sat on one of the small tables by the door. Every time the door open the sun was in my eyes. Plus the door has a glass little window that gets the sun through. My husband ask if it was possible we can get move from there. We were told no because it was really busy. ( we understand that) At this time our server hasn't show to our table, somebody else come over to ask if we wanted something to drink since our server was at another table. We put our drink order 2 waters one beer for my husband. Then our server Sara stop by our table ask for our order. One well done one med well, to with she responded with attitude that there was no such a thing, that they were all made the same well done! I said that's fine,(there's nothing we can do about it) I ask for the cheese on my burger to be changed to pepper jack instead of cheddar and raw onions instead of the crispy onions. When we got our order almost an hr later my burger was completely plain, I ask the food runner where is the cheese, bacon, onions and bbq sauce to with he responded that that's how the server entered in the system. He toked the burger back and bring back with in 5 minutes with just cheddar cheese on not even melted. Our server was on the table next to us , then she stop to ask if everything was ok. Unfortunately she again had attitude and roll her eyes at us. I told her that it was not ok. You will think she will try to make it better, instead she walk away. The manager at the time ( Bethany. I think that was her name) she notice and come over to our table. I explain to her what had happen , she apologize and ask me to allow her make it right. She did! Thank you for that. Meanwhile our server was nowhere to be found, she didn't show up at all for the rest of our time there. My husband wanted another beer but couldn't order because she never come over to check on us again. Somebody else did that for us. At the end we had to ask for somebody to get her and bring our check, which again she gives us attitude. While all this happened we learn from the tables next to us ,that we were not the only ones that experience with that servers attitude . Walking into the building it was very inviting. I liked the western motive. The bartender came rushing toward us and offered to sit us, and when we wanted to sit at the bar. She threw the menus back walked back into the bar. For a cocktail i asked if they carried R & R. And they did not and she had never heard of it (and that was ok) but she proceeded to inform us many times she has been bartending for 15 years (didn't let her know i have been bartending for over 40 years) and they don't sell that in AZ. Well i had just had one at another bar. So we got our drinks, asked for menus. We browsed and put our menus aside thinking she would see we were ready to order. Didn't return back in our area for over 15 minutes and still we had to ask to order. We ordered chicken strips and onion rings. chicken strips were very dry altho we were hungry and had lots of dip, we ate the anyway. onion rings were excellent. The churro french fries are to die for! The live music was great and not so loud that you can't hold a conversation. Service was efficient and quick. I loved how welcoming the hostess was and the employees were always smiling. The restroom was clean! LOVED LOVED LOVED this place! Loved the updated saloon feel of the restaurant when we walked in. They had a beautiful large bar that had a window looking at superstition mountain. The outdoor patio looked like a great place to meet up. Service was friendly & helpful. It got really busy so serving seemed slow but we never saw anyone sitting around so we knew it was just super busy. We sat inside as a party of 7. We ordered several specialty drinks & they tasted great. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. We had, several salads, nachos, burgers, & chicken fried steak.
