Paid $301.11 for a white vinyl roof that has never been received. After just short of a month and multiple excuses and multiple "no call backs" I figured that was enough. I called and actually got through and changed the order to a black vinyl roof thinking this would be much easier to get. I was told it would be in in about a week and shipped right away. That was three weeks ago and unlike some others I am not willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. They obviously lie to cover their butts and then don't follow up. I ordered and paid 1300.00 for 2 seats on April 4th 2017 and have yet to receive them. Every time I email or call they give me the same line about having issues with the manufacturer. Bought a grill from these guys on EBAY 09/08/15. It took two weeks to get here which i thought was long but i was glad i got it. Opened it up and it was all bent up and scratched. I just payed $500 for this and it came damaged. Called Ned and he said he wanted pictures and would put a claim to ups. I told him the box it came in was fine. This damage was because of poor packaging. No bubble wrap or anything. So it just bounced around inside the box for who know how long. I went ahead and took pictures of all the damage and the undamaged box. After a week later i called and asked what was going on. He said he was waiting to hear back from ups. I again told him ups did no damage, the box looked good but wasnt packaged well. He asked if i wanted a refund or return for another. I chose to get a refund and asked him to send me a prepaid ups label. Another week goes by before i get the label. I immeditaly ship it back. He received it in three days since he is from southern ca and i am from nothern ca. So i asked when i would receive a refund. He stated that it takes several days in order to look at damaged items and process everything. I told him that was ridiculouse. I received damaged merchandise from him and returned it. I want my refund. Every time i would email or call he would put me off with some type of excuse. The last one was that i would recieve an email when the refund came through. It is now 10/27/15 and i have yet to receive a refund. I had to goto my bank and file fraud charges. Now i will probably have to wait another couple weeks to have my bank deal with them. I have been in bussiness for 25 years and if a customer recieves damaged merchandise and returns it i immediatley give them there full refund. This is a sign of bad business and poor customer service. I also informed ned that if i got the refund i would not post any bad reviews even thought they deserve it. Obviosly they dont care. Pure junk bot upper and lower tubular control arms one side has completely failed. Ball joints are junk and ruined a spindle. Springs have shrunk almost 2 inches. Bushings are useless. Spring pockets have desinigrated. Junk. Spend a little more you will be glad I wish I would have read more

Don't use them!! Sent me wrong hinges for my 72 Chevelle but refused to take them back. They said they didn't have those hinges in stock and yet the picture on ebay is the exact same pair they sent me. I thought those were just to show "hinges " but they would send me the right hinges.
