We arrived to a packed, buzzing room and were shown to our table immediately. The energy was lively without being chaotic, in a good way. We ordered a starter and a main to share, both served efficiently and both genuinely delicious! The food lives up to the reputation! What stood out most, though, was watching the staff. Our server Karley was friendly and on point, and, looking around the room, that tone carried across the entire floor. Everyone seemed to know exactly what to do, exactly when to do it, and they did it with great attitudes and real teamwork. That kind of operation is rare these days, and I think it's probably the secret to why this place stays packed and keeps people coming back. This was my second visit and I was equally impressed as the first. That consistency is hard to achieve and says a lot about how the place is run. Highly recommend!

The pizza slices arrived promptly with a fresh basil leaf on top. We started with a slice of the pepperoni and sausage #1, which had amazingly crispy/chewy crusts, and a garlic knot which was perfectly garlicky with a pillowy interior. Later we also shared a figgy piggy, which was probably our favorite slice. The fig matched the bacon flavor with perfect balance. Finally we got a cookie to go. Amazingly crispy on the edges and soft in the middle, with pools of bittersweet chocolate, butterscotch chips and a dash of flaky sea salt. We literally walked away in a haze. He added cheddar cheese to my sandwich, i didn't think about telling him blue cheese would be best BUT when I picked up our order, i asked for a side of blue cheese crumbles. As a cheese lover, I loved it! My husband has a dairy allergy, so he asked if the onion rings contained dairy. The person at the register took the time to check with the kitchen, and we appreciated that. Unfortunately, they are made with buttermilk, so he went with French fries instead -- which are always his weakness. He really enjoyed his mahi mahi sandwich, although the fries could have been hotter. We will definitely continue stopping here whenever we're in the area.
